I ordered this for my mum to give to my 8yr old daughter, who had looked at it for weeks, for Christmas. After a lot of hassle from city link and eventually getting it delivered the box looked like at had been kicked around the warehouse for a week, and yes it's all in Spanish. What a waste of my time. Yes Amazon I am very disappointed. Anytime I want to buy something I always check Amazon first. I may not next time!!!I just wish I'd read the previous reviews before ordering. If I could have I wouldn't even have given it a 1 star rating!!

I opened the package to see the Bratz Crystal Ball, it looked very good.... pressed the try me button and it was like something from Only Fools and Horses where people buy knocked off dolls and they speak another language !!!!! It speaks Spanish!!!! No English!!!!!!How rubbish!!!! its going straight back...Its a shame because i always thought Amazon was an answer to my shopping prayers... no i am not so sure? Do not buy unless your children can speak Spanish!

This toy speaks in Spanish although there is no reference on the website to indicate this, you only find out when you receive and test the product. Do not buy, a waste of time unless you want a Spanish speaking toy. It is now on its way back and I have to start looking again for a popular xmas present having wasted a week. Very poor customer service from Amazon, I expected more from them than this.
