I've never seen planet 51 but having read the reviews it looked like a fun game. I had problems with the controls to begin with and had to be shown how to work it by my 8 year old neice (think thats more due to age than the games fault though) I've enjoyed playing it but the challenges get progressively harder and I'm now stuck in a bumper car challenge. The only thing I find a pain is when you fail a challenge you seem to have to go through the video build up again rather than just starting from the beginning of the challenge. Its fun, quirky and something different from the ususal games we have.

I bought this game by chance not knowing if it would be good or not. To my delight my children aged 7 and 10 love it. They have been playing it at every opportunity over the last 4 days. The game helps you with the rules and the controls so even I can play it. Your skill levels increase as the game goes on. I have not seen the film but the game follows a story line and is quite funny in places.

Ok this is a bit of a kiddies game, very nice,smoth colourful graphics are its best feature. Numerous levels with the best levels being the racing levels, the levels involving rover are pretty dire and boring. Game is ideally suited for 7-12 year olds, although i enjoyed some of the more challenging levels. If you are an older player you will probably complete it quite quickly

My son had done loads of work on Planet 51 at school so was really keen to get anything connected with it. The controls on the bike take some getting used to, but that could just be me.Captures the theme of the film so he is really happy, and that's what is most important!

This game is one of the best our son has owned, he is 8 years old and cannot leave it alone. Highly recommended if you want a bit of peace, he disappears for hours with this game.

My son loves this game, when he first got it he played it for a week non stop, and for a 9 year old I consider that a measure of how good the game is.

Game was received in fantastic condition and works so well. A G-rated version of Grand Theft Auto for the little kiddies.

Planet 51 is an excellent game, their is nothing I do not like about it. I would recommend itto friends and family.

My eight years old son loves it! It is only difficult to let him stop!!! Great game for the age!

This game is good fun my little boy who is nearly seven would spend hours on it if he could.
