It's double the price of a twin GU10 chrome spotlight bar. However, the light quality and spread of light is without doubt, much better. I know this as I've bought the cheap bar versions recently. The Hall entrance area is now lot with a warm bright, even light.This item feels great. The quality is obvious with powder coated metal and a really nice feel to the rotating lights. I love it. The narrow base made it the perfect solution for me as I needed to replace an old pendant hanging from a big plaster moulding in the hall. At only 60mm wide, it fitted like a dream.I had this fitted in under five minutes, using Wago 221 connectors. I'm not a spark but I may as well be as I do a lot of domestic electrics when renovating houses.

Very limited space inside the fitting for connections, so could be tricky to fit over a replacement ceiling rose if the cables are on a standard lighting ring connected in the existing rose (ie loads of wires). In my case, I took all existing cables up into the loft and joined them in a junction box, then just led a single 1.5 mm twin and earth out through the ceiling into this fitting. This would be the job of a very competent DIYer or electrician.The light itself is excellent. Nice warm white, very low power and used on the landing, I can leave it on all evening or night if I need to without worrying about the running cost.LED lamps are permanently fixed, so no changing them,

These are a fiddly to connect if you have anything more than two wires in your light fitting. The enclosure contains the LED driver which takes up most of the room, so you are not going to be hiding away any connection blocks in there! The bracket is stand alone - you fit that to the ceiling. Then the light fitting attaches to the bracket. The light itself is very yellow - will swap to more white light when the expire. Overall quite pleased.

These feel very well made, the only criticism I have is that there is not a lot of room in the back to hide the wiring, as such they are quite fiddly to fit. We have some of the four spot versions and these are much easier to work with. All in all a good product that looks good. Would be even better if the back plate for the spots was the same colour as the rest instead of black.

This is a great wee light even smaller than expected but that was what I wanted, a tip to fitting roof spotlights is when you put the roof bracket up put a length off fishing gut under the fixing plate and then tie to the lights this will take the strain off the wiring as you connect then simply nip the fishing gut off at the fixing plate with a sharp blade.

Super bright and love that you can alter the direction of the beams. Fairly easy to install - instructions are pretty good - but this is quite small so its a bit of a squeeze to get everything inside when mounting. But apart from that absolutely love it, I've installed another 2 light bar, 4 light bar and a round 3 light version of this since.

Our ceiling is not very high, these lights are extremely neat and compact and the clever design makes them easy to adjust to all angles. They weren't the cheapest ceiling spot lights but I think the quality and design is excellent, they look and feel expensive.

Absolutely amazing I wish I bought those long time ago -compact small builds but powerful light, metal powdercoder casing looks smart- funny enough I installed this light on a ceiling in a room whit very low head height-works amazingly well

Fantastic little lights. They provide plenty of light in my kitchen and look really neat. I read some reviews that they were difficult to fit, but my by husband found them very straightforward and easy to fit. Excellent product.

Used these in our extension and they look great. The are easily adjustable so you can get the lights angled where you want them. The casing is strong and the lights appearance is modern and simple.

I never normally buy Philips products, but this was the only really neat little twin spotlight I could find. Only complaint is the unit does not fit tightly against the wall, there's a 2mm gap.

Very pleased with this LED twin spot fitted to my downstairs cloakroom/loo. Bulbs are not replaceable but shouldn't need replacing. Very compact and stylish. Very bright.

Works great, I got this as my wardrobe is in a dark corner so when I installed this I aimed one of the lights to that corner, also takes up less room that a light shade.

This is a well made and substantial product. It gives good light, is compact and robust. My only quibble is that the earth terminal has a very short thread on the screw.

These lights are small but give brilliant light affects and move in all directions to suit your room, Ive two in my hall way and are best lights Ive purchased...
