At home with have a long corridor with a lot of old fashioned candelabras fitted with old style dimmer switches (very useful to leave a low light at night so that guests can find their way around).I have tried lots of other LED bulbs that claim to be dimmable but none of them work properly. While they don't break, they don't move smoothly from a gentle glow to full brightness. I didn't try these at first because I didn't want bulbs where you can see the internal light source (as you can with these). After lots of failures - bulbs that stay bright regardless of the dimmer setting, bulbs that dim only a little,,, I bought some of these Philips bulbs. And they are perfect.

Ok, product didn't ship to me, but they refunded my money because I had the last box and on inspection before sending it to me they noticed possible damage. I will be happy to order again knowing they check before sending!

This is exactly what I was looking for, a dimmable led bulb that you can just install in the same place where you have your normal bulbs without adding any adaptor or any fancy led dimmer. And looks really nice

I pick 2 led bulb for 2 bed side touch lamp with 3 level light is worked great big saved electric bills than old 40 watts normal bulb.My bedside lamp -

Excellent LED bulbs when used with a Variolight dimmer, good brightness range and no flicker.
