This was a present to myself and as I lose pens for a pastime needed to be inexpensive. This has been very comfortable to write with even if it is quite light plastic construction. The nib unit is fairly standard to Parker pens and so is easy to write with and great with the purple cartridges. The cartridges are a snug fit and need putting in very firmly. Once I got that sorted it is remembering how it feels to write with a fountain pen after having rollerballs.
