Expensive for LED bulbs, but I was very happy with these bulbs initially. Bright, nice colour temperature, I very much like the fact they don't have a bulky plastic base restricting the light, and they are apparently the very latest efficiency standard. Unfortunately two of these bulbs have died within just two of months of use. So much for the promise of 15,000hr long-life LEDs. Anyway, the packaging states a 3-year warranty, and Amazon's customer service was excellent and a replacement was sent out immediately. Update, the replacement bulb has failed after 6 months use - removed another star from my rating!

Worked well in my bathroom for about a year, then started to flicker and died. By the time that it died, it was just past a year from purchase. I contacted Amazon and was told to make a claim directly with Osram. It seems that the Osram name is licensed to a company called Ledvance Ltd. I sent the failed bulb back with a covering letter to Ledvance Ltd, Aquila House, Delta Crescent, Westbrook, Warrington WA5 7NR and got a replacement about 2 weeks later.

Worked for 3 months, disappointed with Osram quality and going to contact Amazon customer service for "3-Year Manufacturer’s warranty"UPDATEContacted Amazon customer service and received refund for the failed bulb. Changing rating to 3 stars.

With 2 - 4 hours daily usage and to last only 4months this will result in 480 hours of life. I won't recommend.
