Used this to replace a 150W PAR bulb as garden floodlight. Tried an LED bulb but that quickly failed and the light was less and too 'blue'. This bulb proved to be a good alternative, cutting power consumption by almost half, yet still bright enough. Obviously the light output is lower, but was acceptable. Has lasted considerably longer than the LED one.

I got these for my son's kitchen. would you believe it 10 flood lights in your kitchen,He said they are good, wait till he get his electricty bill, I wonder someone make this typewith low energy .. I must say you can't get them in any high street shops so I am very gladto find them from Ge Lighting ltd. and AT A VERY GOOD PRICE,Thanks,Beatrice

I bought two one worked the other didn't. I was offered a refund but I can't be bothered to return it. I've spent more on a sandwich so I'll let it go. The important thing was that they straight up said to return the faulty one. Didn't try anything on at all. So would I recommend? Yeah. Shop with confidence, either was your covered

Hi there I would like to start this review by saying I know it's only a light bulb but this has been one of the better quality units I have used some others in the past have felt loose once inserted but this one fits perfect arrived promptly in good packaging and at a very reasonable price 100% would buy again

Not a lot I can say about these items. They work which is the main thing. For how long I have yet to discover. They were packed well and they are Crompton as described (which is not always the case). Good service from supplier.

Product good quality. Delivered a little later than expected but packaged really well. Does the job perfectly.When I messaged seller, they replied the following day. Overall happy with my purchase and service.

PAR38 240V 80W E27 Flood, delivered quickly, exactly as expected, a great value product from a recongised brand.Having been in use for a few weeks I have no reason to doubt its longevity.

It is for an outside security light. Previous bulbs have lasted from 13 days to 3 months, my current bulb (Crompton Lamp) has been is use for at least 6 months. Very good value!

So relieved to have been able to source replacement bulb as I tried two hardware superstores to no avail. So far so good, and a reasonable price considering the bulb type.

Convenient way to order Par 38s at a competitive price. They have worked so far, though in general I find the life of Par 38s disappointingly short. Will order again. JF

A competitively priced product. The product was as described. Prompt and efficient service. Check the specification of the bulb being replaced to get the correct fit.

Much cheaper than the local store; just reordered too. I suspect the green police will stop these being made soon too so maybe I should stock up!

Received very quickly ahead of estimated date and looks to be a genuine product unlike some cheaper imports that fail within a few days.
