This is nice bit of kit, not too expensive, quite lightweight and not to obtrusive, only gripe would be that could be a little heavier, only my opinion others may disagree, other than that no complaints here Once you have found a good spot for it to receive the most channels possible, had a nice amount picked up where I am in Weston, signal not the best in these parts but been good so far especially if you don't fancy forking out big bucks for sky etc....which I have done in the past.

I purchased this to use in my bedroom, plugged it in and began to scan for channels (i wasn't really expecting to get many) i ended up with 80 something on the first scan which i was amazed at. Took a couple of minutes to find the right spot for the best picture quality but once i did its worked perfectly. I havent had a single issue with it. Its also nice and compact so its not an eyesore when you look at the tv. Well worth the money :). Already told a few people to get one.

Purchased this feeling a little bit skeptical about it's performance as not been impressed with other indoor aerials I tried in the past. I was in for a pleasant surprise as this performed very well however one thing that is very quickly an issue is it's lack of length for connection as depending on where you are and channels you want you may have to move it about to gain a good reception. I recommend purchasing some coaxial line to extend its reach to get round this problem.

Bought on behalf of an elderly relative who had moved a TV into a room in the centre of her bungalow in which she couldn't get a signal using her existing aerial. Researched amplified aerials and decided that this one looked to be the best performer for the money. Worked fine straight away. Only criticisms I would have is that it could do with longer leads and a slightly bigger base plate. This would give the user more flexibility in placing the unit and make it more stable.

The price to have an aerial fitted , where we live is extortionate. This works just as well , once in the right position. There is a better model for our area, but the item is labelled as coming soon.I did try the chat, service to make sure I bought the right one. They were unable to advise me.Check you have the right aerial from the manufactures information, especially in relation to where your main satellite is situated (in terms of miles ) from your property.

I had just purchased a small TV for a bedroom that had no access to the main aerial and was situated at the rear of the house facing away from the transmitter at Winter Hill. I was concerned that an indoor aerial would not work. I attached the aerial to the TV and set it off on an autotune. I was amazed when it picked up easily all the Freeview channels giving excellent reception. Remember to check your distance from the transmitter and have a mains socket for the aerial

I used the wizard on the One-For-All website to find a compatible aerial and this one was within budget and looked neat in design.Installing it was simple enough but you may find the leads are too short, depending on where you position the aerial. The aerial isn't great for auto-tuning your TV channels, so as a tip, tune the TV with your main outdoor aerial (if you have one). Once your TV is tuned, plug in your aerial and you'll get clear HD channels. Marvellous.

Great for conservatories, bedrooms, kitchens etc without having to install an additional Ariel. Not great for your main TV in living room as nothing compares to a rooftop aerial.Reception for me was average, it will largely depend on your location but I found the product incredibly easy to install and setup.Biggest con for me is the tiny cord, limiting where you can put it. With a longer cable you could perhaps hang it high on the wall to get a better signal.

I love this portable Ariel! You literally plug it in and you're away! And because it's digital it scans all the channels and picks up most everything.I use it on my main TV with built in freeview and I have smart TV's in the bedroom with this Ariel and in my dining room - which is in the middle of the house but still picks up! I doubt very much if anyone would be disappointed with this, unless you're miles and miles away from a mast!I'd buy it again!

I surprised the staff in the store by saying I had already checked where my nearest transmitter was. It works up to 15 miles from your local transmitter and it works perfectly (being 12 miles from the transmitter). Apparently folks take them back because they don't work but if you are outside of the maximum reach then that is not surprising. Works perfectly but it is very light and could maybe do with being a tad heavier hence the 4 stars for design.

Easy to set up aerial, one lead plugged in to the back of the TV and one to the power socket, switch the TV to HDMI 2 then scan for channels. It is very slim but rather long, longer than I thought but blends in with the TV so no bulky. We brought it for an older TV that had built in Freeview, but we had no way of connecting an aerial. Doesn't have to be on the windowsill, its on the cupboard under the TV and gets great Signal

We wanted this aerial for the bedroom where we do not have a fixed aerial.I was pleased with this aerial as we have a poor tv signal where we live and this small aerial picks up quite a few more channels than our last portable aerial did.I was very disappointed to be advised by the assistant that served me that I could not return the aerial if we found it unsuitable so will be reluctant to use Argos in the future!

We were on the verge of returning this indoor aerial as we couldn't get it to work anywhere in the house! Then somebody told us it was because we live in a dip (Hampshire) and very few aerials pick up signals. So we took it to a relative in Surrey - and it works! We bought it to go with a new tv we will be taking camping and were thinking we wouldn't be able to do this but now it looks like we can!

This is an excellent get-you-by product until you can get your roof aerial fixed. Ours had water coming down inside the cable which destroyed our last TV! Used the indoor aerial for a week with more or less perfect results. One or two of the digital channels were problematic but that's all. Reception will also decline if you stand directly in front of the aerial. Other than that it's great.

I have previously use a flat digital ariel I brought from Argos cost me over £60, changed to a smart tv for the bedroom the flat ariel way hopeless.Thought I would try a cheaper one, this one said helps block mobile signals so thought there way no harm trying it.It picks up loads more channels than my previous one, just give it a go if it isn't up to the job you can return it.
