Nice lamp, but I think Nordlux have a quality control issue. I have one in green. Bought one in white from Amazon but it had marks all over it. The base has a felt covering on it which should be improved to a rubber base cover. The plug is large and cumbersome (for UK use) and should be improved. They should use a plug with two and three pin attachments that you slide on, rather than the ugly looking adapter they give you. I think they should do some updating of this model to keep up with technology. But it is a fine lamp and very bright!
