Bought 5 December 2016; installed 2 weeks later and in the past week, has failed to work. Called the electrician and water has got into the light which is obviously faulty.Will contact Nordlux and hope that they replace this item as have had 15 of these lights.This is the second one to have this fault.November10 '17 This light has 'gone' again so I think that Nordlux should replace; obviously it appears that some are faulty as with 15 of these lights, most are OK.

Bought 3 from another retailer in June 2014, all 3 ceased working in Jan 17. The guarantee was only for 2 years so just bought another 3 from Amazon, who offer a 5 year guarantee. The electrician has just refitted the new ones and did comment that the product is good quality but the neutral connection fitting is a bit tricky and needs firm fixing into place........I love the lights but not willing to buy another 3 of them if these fail.

Looks good and emits subtle pleasing light.Having purchased several though, there is a design fault in that water may get in through the top and kill the light.
