This is a very smart unit, but it is very difficult to install without compromising the hermetic sealing of the unit.The amount of space for wiring is very restricted: it would have been much better to make the base just 5mm bigger all round. As it is, it is almost impossible to close the case without getting the wiring trapped between the rubber seal and the case, and it's impossible to tell if this has happened unless the unit fills up with water and dies.The manual leaves something to be desired. The instructions are all basically pictographs with very little text. For example the unit has three screwdriver adjustments, and the pictograph illustrating the third just says "Daylight Level" with no explanation of what it is supposed to do.

I actually needed a compact movement sensing light to fit over a Summerhouse house doorway and was really chuffed to find this baby. It's perfect for illuminating a doorway and although supplied with a halogen bulb works beautifully with a 5W led bulb (lower consumption and lower temperature) much to my satisfaction. I was also really pleased with the price since I'd seen other similar lights for much more money.

Chose this light because I wanted a nice compact size and wanted a silver one. Good bright light does what it's supposed to. Look's really nice in my porch.
