This is my first pressure washer, and although I have used it quite a few times & in quite a few different ways, I cannot compare it to any other make.It is very easy to assemble, all that is actually required being to snap the wheels into place and clip the jet hose together.During first use, the power of the jet surprised me a little, as get your hand anywhere within 6 inches of the spray & although I wont say it actually hurts, it is like being thumped with something blunt. My first task was washing the car. In comparison with a garage jet spray, it was really not too far off. There is a detergent bottle to put car shampoo in (I used tesco's cheapo brand), and this clips on the end of the lance. As the car shampoo I used doesn't froth very much, it only appears on the car (when spraying) as a very light froth. Although I kept the shampooing part down to a minimum, it did still use well over half the supplied container (maybe 300mls) of the shampoo. I usually only used about 100mls when washing the car by hand, so it is wasteful. Having said that, the job was very easy, over in half of the usual time AND the car ended up pretty clean...There is a video of someone using this washer on their car on Youtube with an aftermarket foam applicater lance, which seems to work fabulously. I may well get one too (Amazon won't allow web links, but just go to Youtube & put "Nilfisk Snow Foam Lance" into the search bar).I reckon it scores 8/10 for car washing. My next task was cleaning my block paved patio...I started off blasting all of the moss out of the cracks between the block (3 years worth). It was a lot more time consuming than I expected, but the power of the Nilfisk was well up to the job. Be careful, as any dirt or kiln-dried sand can backfire into you eyes (you might consider safety glasses). I didn't think that the patio cleaning attachment would be much cop at cleaning the moss out of the cracks (I was reserving it for a final clean), but thought Id give it a go as it does take ages with the jet... I was pleased to find that the patio cleaning tool was actually slightly quicker at removing the moss & debris than the jet was. All the attachment is is basically a shell with a stiff brush going right around the edge. The water is sprayed out via 2 jets that spin underneath. Although it does work pretty well, it would have been better if the attachment had been constructed of thicker (more sturdy) plastic. This is due to it actually flexing pretty badly as you push down on it, with the result that the spinning jets do occasionally hit the patio (with a rat-tat-tat noise),,, I do believe that this attachment could quite easily break if you were a little heavy handed. For something that costs £30 to replace, you might expect a little better quality... At least this attachment is included in the package. It did take quite a while to clean just a 25 square metre patio, but it really does now look as good as new. The patio attachment is pretty flimsy, though, so 7 out of 10 for patio cleaning.Next I spray cleaned some hardwood patio furniture before treating it with linseed oil. The furniture had sat untouched outside for 3 years and was looking pretty sorry for itself. The Nilfisk was totally fantastic at cleaning this,,, It was really satisfying to see the dirt & mildew power away, and a coat of linseed later it all looks almost as good as new... 10 out of 10 for general cleaning.I also used it to clean the house windows, and there were no problems there whatsoever. It does a fab job as long as you finish off by getting all of the excess water off with a proper window blade rubber. Without it, you still get lots of dirty water marks. It reached the upstairs windows from ground level no problem. 9 out of 10!The price is pretty fab for what you get, and other reviews seem to suggest that it is a very reliable machine. Reviews on Amazon & elsewhere do clearly suggest that it is the best make to go for & certainly better value than Karcher. I can certainly confirm that I am extremely pleased with my purchase. As it comes with a couple of needles to unblock the jets (if they do get blocked) I did expect to have to use them by now (especially after the patio clean, as dirt & debris flew everywhere), but not so... I guess jet blockage must therefore be (thankfully) quite an unusual eventuality.Apart from the slightly flimsy patio attachment, my only other moan is that the mains cable is just too short (although it's not too much bother to use an extension). This is a cracking all-in-one pressure washer at a really competitive price.UPDATE: I won't bother with the snow foam lance, as it's £30 at the very cheapest (ouch)!!!

I really like this product for the money. Sure there are better alternatives, but you really can't go wrong for less than £100 (I paid £75 which I think is brilliant!).I've seen a few reviews which talk about cleaning patio's and decking, though I bought this to ultimately help clean the car so this review will be focused on this type of use. There are a few different nozzle attachments (I used the short one which sprays water flatter than the second, which is longer and produces more of a halo), a foamer and the patio cleaner (which I haven't used yet so this review does not reflect it). The two pressure washer nozzles are really good and fit for purpose - really easy to attach and remove. The foamer which I've seen very few reviews on,is a nice little addition to the set which is better than I expected. Sure, it's not perfect, but I didn't buy this expecting the foamer to meet all of my expectations; this will simply make do until another I have purchased arrives. As with any foamer attachments, the weight of the foam generated will often depend on the foaming solution used, given this will generally be diluted twice before hitting the car (personal preferences of course). As I wasn't expecting great amounts of foam I didn't dilute the solution in the bottle so came out nearer 60:40 when hitting the car. The picture attached was after a few minutes - still a few suds but certainly wont blow you away with thick layers of foam remaining.(One thing to note on this attachment which I've read a few silly reviews on; I used a snow foam product, not the normal car shampoo - they're very different products, are used one after another and will ultimately give you different results, so if you're new to using this attachment I recommend you doing some research - don't expect this attachment to be able to clean your car for you (with perfect results) without using your hands!!)Of course, car enthusiasts will have their own favoured cleaning products and equipment but for me this pressure washer is a great addition to my collection. To note though, I would have liked a longer hose and / or heavier unit (falls over quite easily if pulled - this I'll have to look into further), which is why I'm giving it a rating of 4.5/5. It's great overall value!

Like so many others I have been disappointed with the life cycle of those other, yellow, pressure washers. The last one died almost the day after was out of warranty! (Apparently, it's because in all but the very expensive models their motor is almost entirely made out of plastic.) So I found myself looking for a replacement and decided that I wouldn't make the same mistake again. I spent quite some time researching before I committed to making a purchase and liked what I read about the Nilfisk range. It seems that their motor is of metal construction and additionally a two year warranty sounds like a very good selling point!Although there's a bit of home assembly required, it's not too difficult.I really like the way that everything fits on the unit once it's together; trigger, hose, lance, spray bottle and jet heads all sit in their allotted places which makes it easier to keep track of them. The pack includes a patio brush which I haven't used yet and a car wash foaming bottle that would cost around 20 quid if bought separately. It's nothing special but it works quite well and distributes the foam fairly impressively. A worthwhile inclusion. The pressure is certainly as good as my previous (yellow) machine and everything seems to work just as it should so far. The construction appears to be of sound quality and the finish is good. From the literature, there appears to be an impressive range of additional extras available. Not sure how much I'll invest in them though.Only time will tell if the lifespan of this machine is better than the others but all in all I'm happy with my purchase. The only minor disappointment (which does not impact the review or the score I've given) is that the delivery company (City Link) did not give any prior warning as to the time or day of delivery which some other companies do and so they missed us. When they came back the courier got my wife to sign and then left the box outside the house. It was a fairly large box, not excessively heavy but slightly cumbersome and it would have been a better service had he offered to leave it inside the house rather than leaving it for my wife to lift and carry.***Edited to add***12 months on, plenty of use and it's still going strong!

Bought this in the lightning deal I purchased the car brush to go with this, hefty price @ £16.99, but it has nice soft bristles. Washed the other halfs car with this yesterday, i'm very impressed.Attached my garden hose to the inlet valve and then placed other end of hose in water butt as no plants need watering yet & i knew it was going to rain this weekend and replenish used water.sprayed water over the car to wet it, then plugged on the foamer (wasn't initially very impressed with this because hardy anything came out i couldnt see any "foam" but maybe because i was using turtle wax shampoo and its really thick (until i squeezed the soap bottle a bit) maybe it needs added water,or as i did priming it to get a suction first- hey i could be a man as i didn't read any instructions - i tried to when putting the handle n wheels on but it seemed a lot of warning this or do not that rather than instructions! lol.Anyways i poured shampoo over places on the car and attached the car brush, just added a squirt of water when needed (brush nice & soft) my OH went around with a sponge just to do the nooks where large brush didn't reach, after a good (gentle) scrub i attached the what i assume to be the tornado attachment because boy my arms ached from the back force, like a firemans hose (and i'm not a weakling) so powerful all this black crap kept coming out from roof bars and under windows etc, now this car probably hasn't been cleaned for a year & not with a pressure washer for about 4-5 years so with regular use i'm sure the black crap will be history. This is my first experience of owning a pressure washer and i'm "blown away" lol i'm now thinking of purchasing smaller brushes for the wheels, but considering they're not precious paint work, maybe save the cash n buy a 50p dish brush to apply suds n scrub then just used the jet to rinse off. cant wait to try it out on the patio and weeds. Oh and it used hardly any water probably a 3rd of a slimline 100ltr water butt.

I ordered this pressure washer at 08.42 yesterday morning (Bank Holiday Monday!), scheduled Free Super Saver Delivery: Saturday 26th April to Tuesday 29th April – it arrived early this morning, now that’s what I call service. Thank you Amazon. The washer was purchased to replace a Karcher K2 which sprang a leak from an internal plastic component not that long after the guarantee ran out – typical? It was not cost effective to repair.I’ve had several pressure washers over many years from cheap and cheerful to 3 Karchers and again looked at another Karcher as the accessories that I have are not usually interchangeable with other makes. I looked around for a replacement and came across the Nilfisk which came packaged with the patio cleaner, read the reviews and thought I’d give it a go. An adaptor is available to connect Karcher accessories to the Nilfisk so I can keep all the Karcher tools. The Nilfisk is well packed, feels and looks of quality construction, is very light weight and took only a few minutes to assemble – attach the handle with 2 screws, clip in the wheel carriers and secure with 2 screws, pop on the wheels and ‘Nilfisk’ covers, connect the hose and away you go. I tried it out this evening and the performance and tools are excellent, it managed to shift some stubborn marks on the patio that none of the Karcher washers would look at and it’s relatively quiet. Everything stores on board. The User Manual is straight forward and unlike some reviewers I’ve had no issue with the CD supplied (Windows Vista Home Premium OS) which provides a PDF copy of the user manual which can be saved to the hard drive for easy reference, a video for assembly of the washer and videos for all the available attachments – what more can you ask for?Obviously I do not know how long it will last, but the initial impression is of a quality product that is outstanding value for money - 5*.

I recently destroyed my old Karcher pressure washer and opted to buy this Nilfisk after reading various positive reviews and attracted by the very reasonable price here on Amazon. I've never owned a Nilfisk pressure washer before but am very glad I made the change; this model may look small, but it packs quite a punch, and is absolutely ideal for the job I purchased it for, blowing away the 2 years worth of weeds and moss growth that have overrun my brick-paved driveway. I tried this with my old Karcher and it simply wasn't good enough to do the job. However, less than 4 hours with the Nilfisk and the driveway is completely clear of anything living, and back to its original colour to boot. That's not bad at all. The washer comes with a special 'patio cleaner' attachment, which I admit I found rather fiddly to attach and in the end decided not to bother with. No matter, it did the job pretty impressively without.Other equipment includes a couple of different nozzles with adjustable power, and best of all a 'foam applicator' bottle for car washing. This bottle can be filled with car shampoo and attaches to the nozzle, producing a lather that is blasted over your car at high pressure. While this won't work wonders, it does make the job a little quicker and easier. The washer is sturdy and solidly built, and pretty quiet. It is light and compact so easily stored. While I'm sure there are better pressure washers on the market, I believe you would struggle to find a more competent one at this sort of price, or indeed anywhere even close. A highly recommended purchase.

After years of putting up with my shabby-looking patio, I decided it was time to get a tool to clean it properly. I was deliberating between this and the Karcher K2 Home (both that item and this Niflisk come with very similar patio cleaner attachments). The deciding factor for me was that after browsing various DIY forums I learned that the Karcher K2 has a plastic pumping chamber, which is prone to failure, whereas this one has an all metal pump. All the professional handyman types recommended the Nilfisk for this reason, which was good enough for me.The kit arrives in a surprisingly small box: the handle and wheels have to be assembled before use. There were some diagrams on the side of the box, which made it pretty obvious what part went where. Do be warned, however, that the first time I assembled the patio cleaner, I got the stem the wrong way round, which resulted in the heads turning very slowly. Once reassembled, it worked brilliantly (the correct orientation is to have the writing at the front). I wonder if this is why some other reviewers are saying they found the patio cleaner to be disappointing? The water pressure this thing produces is amazing. The lance attachment was easy to handle, and it produced a powerful, focussed water jet (but a heck of a lot of mud went everywhere!). The patio cleaner attachment made short work of the patio and driveway, but the main advantage of that attachment is that you are protected from splash back by the plastic cover. I'm very pleased with this product.

A product which well and truly exceeded my expectations. I spent a long time comparing various pressure washers to determine which was the best value for money. In particular, I was focussed on price, bar pressure and attachments. I eventually plumped for the Nilfisk C110 as it was extremely cheap, had great historical feedback and came with good extras (including the patio cleaner which was important for me).I was originally nervous about getting this washer due to the slightly low bar pressure than the other Nilfisk models. However, I needn't have worried. I have not been disappointed at all. This product is excellent. A really good build quality provides reassurance straight away.Clever functionality and compact design make it easy to store away too. It was also very easy to set up (although PLEASE NOTE - you do need a separate hosepipe for this machine. Whilst that may sound obvious, I naively assumed that the hose would attach straight to a tap). The washer works brilliantly. I've already used it to give my outside decking a freshening up and to completely restore my driveway. It got rid of all stubborn marks - yet worked equally as well on my prized car.Overall, a fantastic purchase and well worth the £60odd quid I paid for it. Providing you can get it at a similar price (and not the inflated price at which Amazon sellers sometimes raise their prices to), I would well advise purchasing it.

I have had this a few weeks, so while I can't yet comment on the reliability I have already used it for a number of tasks. I've used it to pre-wash and rinse the cars, wash down plastic garden furniture and clean a patio.Car washing - it did a good job with either of the nozzles attached in wetting the car before washing and rinsing - brake dust came flooding out of one car. The let down here is the foaming bottle/lance. It doesn't have any controls over mixture or spray pattern and seems to have been an afterthought. I'm now looking for a foamer that's designed with controls.Furniture - the power of this little pressure washer (but it's very quiet!) is amazing. With the 'sharper'nozzle attached I was able to blast clean some very grubby second-hand plastic chairs to their original white. Very pleased with the results on this.Patio cleaning - the cheaper of the two patio cleaning attachments Nilfisk make is included but it does a great job, it maybe that the more expensive version is quicker, but for me the one included gave great results. It's important to work methodically over the slabs/flags and to let the cleaner 'hover' off the ground - the brushes are not to clean but to contain the spray!Overall this is a great pressure washer that's small, quiet yet powerful. The tools all click into place with confidence and apart from the foamer work brilliantly.

I have been toying with the idea of a jet washer for many years - but just kept putting it off. But I finally decided and ordered it Sunday, it arrived today, Monday and what a great four hours I've had.I cleaned half of the drive and can now see the colour of the bricks, most of the moss and grass has gone and it fairly sparkles at the side of what it used to be. I found that the patio cleaner set made it far simpler to clean the drive. Even passers by remarked on the improvement. The second half I'll try tomorrow.I also did the decking at the back of the house - also with the patio cleaner. What an amazing difference. The wood is almost as good as new, and when I have put some more sealer on it,it will look really good. I will start sitting out there drinking coffee again now that it looks crisp and new.It also cleaned my windows and the UPVC is looking much better. A couple more washes and it will be fine. Now that I have got the Nilfisk, it will be far simpler to keep things clean and tidy. I am amazed at what I achieved in four hours. My real regret is that I did not buy one several years ago and the house would have looked better for longer.

Everybody makes a resolution to keep their cars plane - don\t they? But, it is a real chore having to use all those buckets of water! Going to the Car Wash is expensive, so how about a High Pressure Washer? This works very well, we have ridiculously low mains pressure and you have to wait a minute or two for the washer to prime itself with enough water and occasionally the press is lots and you just need to stop washing for a few seconds, but as there is only a trickle of water coming through the hose pipe then the force of the pressure washer is impressive. Our technique is to blast the dirt off with the pressure washer, then one of use washes a section of the car with a soft brush and washing up liquid then the PWO (pressure washer operative - I like having a title!) rinses off before the soapy water dries. If we try and do the whole car then rinse off with the pressure washer we have to go round with a cloth and polish off the water marks. We have used this on a wooden deck to blast off the mossy stuff that grows in the summer to make you slip and break your ankle in the winter - works well but takes a long time.

Works better than you would think given its diminutive size. I cant really tell the difference between its performance and my now broken Karcher 3.99 despite the Karcher being twice the size and weight, The flag cleaning attachment works great as well. Design wise it's strangely laid out with the garden hose attaching at the front and the high pressure hose connecting at the rear (??) and the elec supply flex connecting at the side. This means you need the machine to face away from you while in use otherwise the high pressure hose has to curl around the machine shortening its usable length and makes it easy to pull the washer over or kink (and knacker) the hose.It also makes storage difficult as the high pressure hose is the first thing to touch a wall so you risk damaging it by kinking it if pushed against a wall. Disconnecting it after every use is a pain and could have been avoided by reversing the connections or having both on the front as you'd expect.Apart from this? Good little washer that cost only a few pounds more than a flag cleaning attachment on its own costs for a Karcher

I bought this to replace an earlier Nilfisk pressure washer that died after only a couple of years - the water pressure switch in that one stopped working - hopefully this one will be longer lasting.it's a very compact machine, but seems well made and plenty of power for washing cars and cleaning paving slabs and decking.Don't go overboard looking for one with all of the accessories. This machine did come with an excellent rotating/vibrating jet nozzle that really cleans very well. But the round patio cleaning brush is pointless and simply doesn't work very well - you're better off just using the regular jet.As with the previous Nilfisk machine,I find the high pressure hose rather stiff and it tends to get kinked - and it's never quite long enough. And the whole machine is a bit light - good for carrying around, but it can fall over. However, this machine is ideal for occasional use - washing the car every week or so - and it's a good price for that. If you want something bigger there's a large step up in price to the next models.

Really happy with this Nilfisk pressure washer, especially as I got it on a lightning deal. The accessories all fit nicely back on the main body and thus can be stored away neatly. So far I've used the pressure washer on patio flags, cleaning the car, cleaning the BBQ, washing the windows and its done a great job.For the flags i used the additional surface cleaner but i wasn't overly impressed and would be really disappointed if I'd have paid anything more than £5 for that (it came with the purchase but i think it retails at £20-£30!). Instead I just stuck to the high pressure connector and it worked a treat. For the car I used the bottle accessory. It was ok,but again an accessory that probably isn't needed - the mix inside it seemed to empty quickly! But I was really happy with the washer overall for the car.I have used velcro ties to keep the water hose and electric cable in a loop when stored away, really the manufacturer should have thought about this but its only a minor thing and im sure everyone has cable ties etc nowadays.

At first I was skeptical about buying this brand of pressure washer so I bought a well known brand (Balck and Darker).I bought the Black & Decker Pressure Washer Plus - 1600W which was on offer at Argos at the moment for £89.99 instead of £119, and I also get a £5 voucher. After 5 minutes of use, I was shocked that my smaller but noisier Power Devil blasted the greens and stains off my patio a lot better. So I thought it was faulty, so I got a replacement, but then the replacement was the same. I then chose the next model down which was Black & Decker TDK Plus Pressure Washer - 1500W but the unit I had was faulty, it lost (pressure) power intermittently which was so annoying. So I went back to my local Argos and just picked the NILFISK 110.4 . Boy I'm so glad I chose this instead of another B&D... it had more power than the two B&D's I had, also the design is far better than both B&D's.One thing I would really like is they should have included a lance attachemnt that can be changed from pin point to fan... hence only 4 stars from me.
