Out of the box all that is required is very simple assembly, which took a matter of just a few minutes following the picture instructions. Everything that needs to be put together just clicks into place, no tools needed. After it is assembled all that is required then is to connect the water supply (hose pipe) and plus it into the mains and switch on, then you're away.It is very easy to use, one wand has a choice of various power settings while the other is a dedicated hard pressure wand. I first used it to clean the car, which sad to say had not been cleaned at all over the winter months. While it was good at dislodging debris such as leaves and the like, it made no impression on the layers of dirt,so it was back to the regular sponge and car wash liquid. After that the Washer was very good at rinsing it all off. However I won't say it was that simple, manoeuvring the Washer with a hose, a power line and the sprayer hose is not that easy, in fact it is rather cumbersome trying to avoid stepping on/tripping over any one of these, and of course avoiding getting them tangled. So in reality I cannot see myself going through the hassle of setting this up every time I wash the car, the results do not justify it, maybe if everything were easy to hand it would be a different matter, so it really depends on your set up.Turning to another use changed my opinion of the Washer. The terrace has not had a proper clean in twenty years, just a broom and water is the best it has ever enjoyed, so I set to it with the Washer, first with the variable hose wand set on hard. It did little, other than remove recent bird deposits, so to the dedicated hard pressure wand, now we're talking, in just a few sweeps across the surface a remarkable change took place (see the picture). To do the entire terrace will take a little time, but certainly no great effort, and will result in paving slabs looking almost new, it also removes all the debris between the slabs along with the moss. (The picture shows some of the slabs after cleaning beside some as yet untouched, between the two areas you can see the partially cleaned area showing the circles created by the jet as it sweeps across the surface.)The Washer has many more uses, but it's performance cleaning the terrace is enough to win me over.

It’s a bit unfair but our old washer was a Kew and it was 22 years old. Never gave any bother was not overworked I hasten to say but it became an uneconomical repair so decided to have a change. So bought the Kew first thing I noticed was the weight so much lighter. But the disturbing thing so much plastic. The Kew was an old tank of a thing could take some abuse, the karcher I’m not so sure, but early days and I’ve just got it we shall see. The saying you get what you pay for and at £99 I’ve got just that so no complaints. Have tried it out and the power is a lot weaker ( but it is the basic model ) and the Kew was not, so I am wrong to compare but can’t help it as it’s what I’m used to.Will it do my job I think so as at 70 all I want to do now is wash the car and clean the pathway, so maybe it will suffice. Time will tell. However a warning for me I bought over the internet if I had been in a retailer I would not have bought this model I would have bought a more robust and professional unit, every day a school day. It was also because we are under house arrest via this virus thing I could not got out and look at various models. However the deal is done, Halfords gave me a good price and delivered it on time well done them. No complaints about Karcher or Halfords but I think I should have waited, we shall see.Read full review...

I bought this directly from Karcher who delivered it swiftly. The Karcher is great for washing the car, which is what I plan to us it for. I found it was great for removing the mud and grim that covered my car, which normally requires a lot of hard work. I found I was able to wash the car in about half the time. It is easy to put together and use. My less favourable comments are that its not easy to put away the power lead, or the high pressure pipe. I have wound mine around the machine as its the neatest way, but a more considered design could resolve this. Also if you join the two wand elements together they don't sit in the holder on the side joined together.They will however sit on the machine for storage when not in use, but someone didn't think about the in use option. The handle the allows you to pull the machine along is firm, however it drops down far too easily. I also bought a Karcher FJ10C Foam Nozzle, which didn't cover the car in foam as I expected. That said I think it helped clean the car and am planning to use a different refill soap when this one has run out. All this said I would not buy the next model up, I think for how I plan to use this I am generally happy with the product considering what I paid.

Always telling myself to get one, finally I did and very happy to.. As you can see, the green, filthy plant pot, one of two I bought for mum over 12 years ago, came up good as new, in only a few seconds. Only got it, so haven't had a huge amount of time to try it out yet. Dead simple to put together, excellent piece of kit. Got the K2 Full Control, no extension lance, no cleaning fluid (most of it is a waste of money anyway, from what I have heard) and no patio cleaning gadget, pointless, although it says prevents spray, you're still using the same amount of water. So once I' done the patio, the plants should get a nice watering in the process.. Great deal, cheapest I have seen it anywhere,chuffed to bits. Off to do the patio now....Oh wants to get the wet/sand blasting kit and a bag of grit too, some marks on the little patch of patio I did blast it with, are really deeply embedded. That's what you get from never cleaning the patio for the 15 yeas we have been here, since I laid it. Highly recommended, especially at such a low price

Bought this pressure washer, primarily for cleaning our cars and I must say it's a good piece of kit, however if like me you want one for using 'snow foam' then you really need to look at the snow foam bottle attachment also as the snow lance and bottle combination built into this machine just doesn't cut it, it simply doesn't come out like a thick foam as you expect, more like a watery big bubbles wash I think the snow lance mixes too much water with the detergent and isn't adjustable so for snow foam applications you'll definitely need a better snow foam attachment. I've also used it to clean the patio and the 'wand' is simply superb for this,the water is shot out the nozzle in a high powered spiral and removes moss and mildew with ease, its really quite satisfying seeing green paving slabs returned to their original colour before your eyes. All in all an excellent little machine although I've dropped a star because of the snow foam issue, if Karcher could sort that it'd be an easy 5 stars!

I would group this product, along with my Al-ko silent power 5000 shredder, (which no longer seems available?) as being a really addictive bit of kit to use as it is very effective at cleaning drives. It will do most other cleaning jobs where high pressure water is all that is required but be careful on loose brick pointing as it'll also remove that! It has a gentle option on the nozzle but that reduces the fun as well as the water pressure. Brilliant little toy, not at all bulky but very effective and enormously therapeutic to use. I'd thoroughly recommend it to the NHS to prescribe for the relief of stress. The concrete drive looks like new... even after quite a few decades of grime. Right,enough of this, what can I power wash next...

Very easy to assemble. Everything that needs to be put together clicks into place without using any tools. Instructions are clear. You will need a hose pipe connector to connect the hose pipe to the device as well as to the mains water supply.The pressure washer is easy to use. Various pressure settings can be adjusted in 4-Click Vario spray lance and the settings are clearly marked on the wand. The pressure washer is very powerful in use and very effective in cleaning car, bicycles, patio etc.Please note that there is a different model (K2 Full Control Home pressure washer) with a patio cleaner accessory included for cleaning patio, decking, block paving etc.

Bought this as I was tired of buying cheap pressure washers and them failing after a year or so, works fine even though I didn't read the instructions, easy to assemble and variable flow rate good as you can use detergent with the washer BUT you don't get a detergent bottle nor is there anywhere to store(it) whilst in use so any small container you use can get pulled over in use.Seems a good buy time will tell as to how long it lasts?You cannot store the lance in its assembled state, you need to remove the end section in order for it to sit in the holder, though this is quick and easy and there's a storage holder for each part on the machine.

Having only just bought this and waiting for a dry day, I have only just used it for the first time. It was a replacement for a previous K3 jet wash, which had seen good service. First impressions are that it is as good as my previous model, with the added bonus of the variable lance, which I find very useful. Although it didn't come with a decking cleaner, it is compatible with the one I already have and works well. Other owners comments about less robust construction have not become apparent yet, although I do wonder about the strength of the extendable handle, which seems a little flimsy. All in all, I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this kit 18 Jan & put it through the task of tackling neglected flagstones...good result ensued.However the Full Control spray lance Click-Vario power failed on the hard position. 21st after 39mins wait K... Customer serv was very pleasant & helpful and once the email invoice photo attached was received, Courier dispatch delivered replacement 23rd. I completed a two days drive blast fllwd by hard wash three times. Now the medium pressure level has failed. My only disapointment:The lance replacement is not a Click-Vario, but a rotating pressure lance with no guide marker.

Replaced my Macalister pressure washer with the karcher as my Macalister was getting difficult to remove the hoses after use. The karcher is far superior but I used to own a karcher years ago and I noticed that all the fittings are plastic now as they used to be metal. So far no problems but I'm holding out incase the plastic pieces become worn out broken as when I'm am washing cars or patios there is alot of movement and I find the karcher falls over quite often. Overall great pressure and cleaning ability though. I would recommend it to anyone over the Macalister.

I bought this machine to replace an "off brand" washer that went on the Fritz about a week after the warranty expired. I decided that, as with most that bags, especially tools ... one should buy a top-quality quality item. As with shoes, buy the best you can afford ... by far the cheapest in the long run. So I bought this Karcher washer. Fantastic machine! Compact, very powerful, and it was just that bit more expensive than cheap machines. I know it will last for years ... and will therefore have been much cheaper in real terms than the one it replaced.

A fantastic piece of kit! This is a compact unit with the pipes and hoses all tucking into the main body very neatly. I was amazed to see how little water it used when I cleaned my garden waste wheelie bin recently. It did a fantastic job of that as well as cleaning mountain bikes caked in mud! The three strength settings are very useful too and, when connecting the pipes to the machine, they lock in place very easily and securely. Another top quality product from Kaercher at a competitive price.

Cleaned my deck and garden furniture and paving. Good tool but it really needs some kind of brush attachment for washing timber that allows a bit of a scrub of the wood surfaces before going to pressure wash. Also there is no indication in the manual as to the rate at which the washer consumes the wood detergent and it consumes it pretty rapidly. So a consumption rate in the manual would be helpful to aid the purchase of the right amount of detergent for the application that the user has in mind.

This is a good , lightweight, powerful, pressure washer.The attachments are good but I definitely recommend a patio cleaner attachment as it makes patio cleaning A MILLION times faster.BUT!!! This is my second Karcher in 13 months as its replacement had only been used twice in Spring 2017 & produced no pressure when I came to re use it in Spring 2018.I’d of given the washer 5 stars had it not let me down!I had a 1st generation Karcher before my 2017 purchase & that model lasted 15+ years .
