Once assembled this was a joy to use. I've never used a pressure washer before and was very impressed. I wanted it mainly to clean up the flagstones on our back garden and the front drive and it worked a treat. Really easy to use, push in your detergent canister, plug it in, connect it to the water supply with a garden hose, turn it on, select your desired setting on the cleaning lance, pull the trigger and away you go. I liked that you could change the power from soft to hard, and the top setting felt really powerful. I slightly dread to think how much water I was using, though perhaps as it's under pressure, not as much as I thought.The only problem I had was assembling it.

I have had many Pressure Washers in the past, from petrol engined through to a number of electric machines.This machine is replacing an 8 year old Karcher K7 which is slightly more powerful at 160 bar. It has however done many days of pressure washing, but is still working well.Having used this new machine for a some 10 hours work I can report.1. It took about 30 minutes to put together, it does seem that there was a lot of unnecessary assembly. Why can they not just ship these devices built?2. I love the very simple and straightforward plug and go detergent system. This is excellent, effective and flexible in use.3. I did not notice the reduction in power from my old 160 bar machine to this new 145 bar one.4.

I bought this, my first pressure washer, to clean about 350 square meters of very dirty/mossy brick/cobble/smooth stone. It took me about 25 hours, with some of that learning curve, in particular figuring out how to avoid washing the same area repeatedly.Overall, it just about did the job, but was very awkward to reposition, and quite easy to break.Lessons learned: you need Wellington boots, eye protectors, and a barrow+shovel+yard broom to remove the crud as it's washed off. And to make sure to start at the highest point to avoid having crud run back over newly cleaned areas.With such a large area, I had to move the washer repeatedly, and found that very awkward - for safety I switched off power & shut off water,

I started with the pan with a rear patio crazy paved area that had lots of moss in the grouting. Great performance, finished in around 90 mins, my old K2 Karcher would have taken all day.I started on the 2nd patio which was a 3rd of the way through, did that in an hour. Great results all round.The next day I started a a blocked paved drive and again everything was going great until 2/3 of the way through I noticed the jet settings had gone to medium instead of hard. I couldn't get the hard setting back so the job slowed down. I then switched to the cone oscillating attachment wheich did allow the hard setting and maybe I should have used that in the first place because I finished the drive an hour later,

Very easy to set up,the handle very easy to put together,bottom plastic plate very simple all round easy assembly. To set up and use very straightforward a ordinary garden hose fitting for the water side of the setup snap on snap off simple.the wands were very good to use very powerfull but also gentle on the correct settings .the solution was very easy to use just plug into the unit put it on the correct setting and off you go . The circular wand cleaned the moss of the decking with ease.altogether a brilliant product.The wands are ideal for cleaning the car, brought the wheels up like new and removed the grime with perfection at ease.Cleaned the flags in the back brilliantly,

This jet washer is awesome, I had a less powerful "blue variant" that did nothing and was tired of trying to get all the stains off my driveway and back garden patio.Allowed to treat myself I bought this after watching endless YouTube videos, washing the front drive with the rotating disk was like hoovering your carpet.Mental, so impressed only problem is I've done everything I needed to do, car, bins flooring walls etc and for the sale price of £250 don't have any use for it until perhaps wash my car again or until next summer.Brilliant price , much better design especially with the attachments and ability to turn the pressure up and down real time,

I’ve used this pressure washer on my decking, paving, windows, guttering and I feel like a whizz kid switching the attachments (OK it’s so simple and easy even I can do it). In fact I’m left so impressed by this item that I’ve purchased the car cleaning attachments (and as a result a longer hose).I can’t deny that this is a noisy piece of machinery, but the power of the water’s release freed up even the most stubborn of twigs and leaves in my decking. The windows gleam, and the guttering around the patio is gleaming white. Stubborn marks were removed with ease whenever I targeted them.The handbook is easy to follow, and this item is fun to use.

Really pleased with the K5 arrived this morning and blasted my way up the drive today with it. A few bits to assemble yourself 3 bits in fact, the part for the handle the foot plate and the case on the front to hold the lance, for what reason I don't know as it could of easily fitted in the box with the bits on. It's a joy to use though, I haven't yet used the plug in cleaner as the pressure of the water alone shifted the dirt with ease nor have I used the patio tool, but now everything is clean I will keep on top of it using the patio tool. I have tried the dirt blaster lance and it's a beast of a tool and nice to have for the odd stubborn stain.

Now this little unit is powerful and convenient. No more bending down as it stays upright all the time and the hose and cable can be wound around it for storage. We've been very pleased with our previous Karcher pressure cleaner for several years, but this is a whole new level of convenience. We're in our 60's and wanted something to be easy to use as we get older ... this will do nicely! My wife loves pressure cleaning around the house (outside!) and I'm very happy with how it cleans the car very swiftly. It deserves 5 stars.Almost 2 years later (now November 2018), we are still just as impressed

We have used this to clean the patio and as we progressed, there were many shouts (which became rather monotonous after a while...) of "I don't believe it!" as the patio became like new again after starting as almost black in colour (see photo). We didn't even use any detergent, just the patio cleaning accessory thing and the power of the water was enough to amaze us with its results. Not used on anything else yet, but so far money well spent. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent piece of kit and time will tell if its going to be reliable and long lasting. I would give it 5 stars but for a couple of minor usability issues. The accessories don't fit very well in the holders provided and nowhere to store the spares. I was disappointed in the way the high pressure hose wraps I would have expected a better method for wrapping it which would completely avoid any possibility of kinking it, ( I did that within two mins of trying it).

Have had a karcher for more than twenty year with not one fault. Thought i would splash out with a new one with a bit more power and keep the old one as a spare and an very happy i did as this machine is the bees knees. The dirt blaster takes away stuff the other lance does not and the patio cleaner does a super job with less mess. Very happy with it and at a dam good price well done Amazon

Missing some parts from amazon for which I received a partial refund.Quality of washer is great, better than my last one despite being less powerful and smaller.The soap dispensing thing just doesnt seem to work though.The patio unit is great and better than expected, makes life a lot easier.

Used this several time mainly cleaning the patio - does excellent job but I have only used the jet spray and not the patio cleaning device, The force of the water is quite fierce so when cleaning the car you will need to turn the pressure down slightly. Would recommend to anyone

I was going to buy one of these but I don't have a power supply with enough current to run it. 2100000 watts is just beyond the scope of my domestic supply. At 240volts its gonna draw just under 8000 amps. Come on amazon who puts in the product data. get it right
