I have just placed an order for WORX WG630E.1 18V (20V MAX) 4.0Ah Cordless Brushless Hydroshot Portable Pressure Cleaner and also extra order for the attachable soap bottle both to arrive soon.I am being unfair in that i haven't even used the product yet, but i have a major criticism, the order for the WG630E.1 is ok but getting the extra brushes, there are a couple available but expensive/difficult to find, also extra water hose and fittings to extend the range to reach all corners of my allotment, can't find anything. The really annoying thing is that the weaker powered and more obsolete version includes more extras but is inferior so i feel like Worx are wanting me to order the more obsolete '629'brush motor 2.0Ah powered version to get the extra attachments. I really don't like this. The WG630E seems good and looking forward to it arriving but getting the short lance and the brush attachments is difficult and in a simple good value package where you either get them all or get easy options to add them to your order easily and cost effectively is bordering on impossible. This project started looking at cordless drill powered pumps, then cordless 'hybrid' water pumps .. and then i saw this, perfect for chucking in the river and watering my plants and water fights in general but getting the complete perfect deal ... like a few feet of extra hose and the couplings ... it has alluded me. And Worx directing me to the '629' to get the brush and short lance seems wrong to me. So i have been a bit harsh with the 2 stars .. both for perfect product .. but minus 3 stars for not enabling me to place the perfect good feeling comprehensive order. Naughty Worx surely you can add the fuller range/add ons? This has taken me hours to do though the 7m hose will leave me short of range.UPDATE, i've upped the score to 4 Stars as i don't like to be too critical, the Hydroshot does work and seems perfect for watering but also washing the car as the soap box attachment could be good, also i discovered when i found the WORX WA4037 Hydroshot Turbo Water Nozzle Accessory add on, the others were all listed on the page, except the longer lance as mine came with the shorter lance i think, though i might be getting confused with the PIVOT NOZZLE.The only other criticism is that if i want to order some other Worx cordless products, they come with batteries, eg the lawnmower, which looks good, it has dual batteries but only 2's as opposed my 4.0ah battery, i'd like to be able to bundle products and steer towards the higher power than feel i am being fobbed off with 2 x 2.0ah being phased out batteries.Be careful with setting up, the lance needs to be set at '0' and raise the bucket water supply and keep the lance low, can take 30 seconds for the water to get through. The hydroshot WG630E.1 came with the quick charger which is relatively simple to set up. If you want something to work from a bucket or river like me you should feel really good about this. I also found an extra 10m of 10mm id transparant reinforced hose as the 6m provided won't reach far enough, also found some inline 10mm connectors and waiting for them to arrive, found on amazon but no provided by worx. Seems the usa can get a 2 40volt set up Hydroshot with 2 batteries which i really would of liked though would of been expensive. Overall i'm quite content with the hydroshot WG630.E1

**This review is for the WG630E with Brushless Motor and 4.0Ah battery**Very, very impressed.I bought this for cleaning my aviary, for which a Karcher would be much too powerful, but tried it out on my little patio first just to see what it could do - wow! It shifted 15 years of muck and moss with relative ease.It is very simple to assemble and use. The battery charged from flat in 45 minutes and from that I got around 45 mins of use on high power. On this version there is an 'Eco' button you press when you want to use LESS power/water; it resets when you release the trigger. The '0' setting produces a very narrow jet to blast the stubborn muck and moss (or write your name in it like a kid with a sparkler).A quick twist adjusts the stream in increments all the way through to '40', then 'watering' - much easier than changing lances and nozzles. The setting shown in the video is '15', I then turned it to 0 to get rid of the spots of moss. There is little splashback and it's not even that loud. For convenience and portability, I don't think you could beat this. In fact, refilling the bucket is the only real inconvenience, as it does guzzle water. You can, however, connect it to a garden hose, so no refilling required.I have now tried the water bottle adapter with a 2 litre former lemonade bottle; it works like a charm, but I soon got bored of refilling it. It takes a lot longer for the unit to get going again as well, which I found frustrating and wasteful. So for normal use, give that a swerve, but if you need a quick but thorough wash of a muddy bicycle or wellie boots before getting in the car, it would be excellent.I got a great deal here at £120 (down from £200), as the 4.0Ah battery alone costs £60. I almost paid £5 more for the 'full kit' option but noticed just in time that you only get a 2.0Ah battery with that set.It arrived the day after I ordered and has a 3 year warranty if you register within 30 days (1 year for trade).**A note on registering - you HAVE to create an account at the same time as registering for proof/peace of mind that it's done; there is NO email confirmation as promised and you cannot create an account later. After a silly number of emails to Worx Customer Support, they finally advised I'd have to register the product again and create an account the second time around - so my Hydroshot is now registered twice and I have yet another account/password that I don't want, but it's done.Oh - they also told me the battery and chargeraren't covered so cannot be registered, but one of the two does appear in the [infuriatingly long] list of product codes arranged in no discernable order. Have fun finding yours!**In summary, although not comparable in power to a pressure washer (nor does it pretend to be), this still packs a heck of a punch - and let's not pretend it doesn't look cool!Highly recommended for what it is - but don't waste your money on a less powerful model - the 630 Brushless with the 4Ah battery is a necessity for anything but the smallest jobs.

Normally washing the car is a long drawn out affair and a real flaff hauling a hose over 60-70 feet from the outside tap to the roadside ensuring no one trips over the hose as it crosses the pavement and me getting sued then winding it all up again plus setting up and putting away a snow foamer etc.Phew it makes tired just writing this thinking about it.That is until I came across this beauty, tried it out yesterday on my other halfs Corsa. One bucket of pre mixed car shampoo and one clean bucket of water and away I went playing around with the hydroshot.Initial thoughts are that although the hydroshot has a good force of water coming out of it and gets rid of heavy soiling from driving downmuddy country roads you will still need to give your car the once over with a lambs wool mit to get the real ingrained road soiling off then rinse off. It is still much more powerful than using my garden hose, power wise it sits between using a normal hose and a jet washer which I tested it alongside out the back washing some green algae of concrete and it wasn't that far behind the electric powered jet washer in my mind although saying that my jet washer is a cheapo one.Overall I'm really happy with it and it has made cleaning the cars so much easier and quicker. Took me the quarter of the time it normally does and only took the two buckets to clean the Corsa. The 4AH battery still had two bars showing and using this is easy peasy, have now ordered a snow foam attachment and the shorter Lance to get more practical use out of it.Edit: Now have the short Lance which is a must have to help with cleaning things like muddy boots etc.I have noticed some people complaining about a lack of power, this is not true and I can only think that they either have a faulty unit, have it on eco or as I suspect haven't let the unit prime itself properly, it takes a good 30-40 seconds for the water to build power so please bare that in mind. Also some have mentioned that their garden hose is more powerful, well not where I live it ain't so that depends on location and if you're lucky with high water pressure or not.Edit2: 22/3/21Still happy with this, bought some 25l containers which are a godsend in place of 5l buckets just super heavy (for me) when full.Another way I found by saving cleaning time was to half fill the snow foam bottle with demon shine and half with snow foam so first off spray down car to get initial crud off then snow foam, whilst car is foamed up go over it with a lambs wool mitt or similar then hose off and buff with microfiber clothes, car comes up beautiful and looks good for longer.

*This review is based on the 20V 4ah BRUSHLESS version of the Worx cordless Hydroshot*I live in a flat so don’t have access to power or mains water outside which is why I needed a cordless pressure washer.I spent a lot of time reading reviews on various makes and models and realised I was never going to get a straight answer so decided to opt for a ‘Brand’ name and to get the higher end version of whatever they had to offer to improve my chances of being happy with what I’d bought. The Worx hydroshot was the one that kept popping up so I took the chance and went for it. I got it as a small kit (just the unit, battery, charger,Lance with adjustable nozzle and hose)I had read that the smaller powered 2ah version with the brushed motor wasn’t particularly powerful and didn’t last very long as far as battery life was concerned. I can’t comment on this as I avoided that version.I can honestly say the 4ah Brushless is brilliant!Obviously it doesn’t have the same power as an electric, mains water powered washer, but this had plenty of power to give my filthy paddle board a good clean. If anything I was glad it didn’t have the max power of a mains operated unit, it was powerful enough to lift and clean the dirt away but not so powerful that it risked damaging my board.I ran it from a 25lt water drum and there was enough water there (and power in my battery) to not only clean my paddle board but also give my car a clean too (granted it wasn’t a full clean, just gave it a really good spray down to loosen and clear the really dirty bits)I will be purchasing one of those snow foam tanks for it as I’m really happy with how it performed and I’m glad I took the chance and bought it.So to summarise, if you’re looking for a cordless pressure washer, this is definitely worth your consideration.I would suggest spending the extra and getting the 20V 4ah BRUSHLESS like I did, as a lot of reviews of the lower spec version all seem to mention a lack of power.

The version of the Hydroshot I am reviewing is the newest WORX WG630E.1 18V (20V MAX) 4.0Ah Cordless Brushless Hydroshot Portable Pressure Cleaner.I used to own a portable pressure washer from a well known brand (yellow in colour) and it was very powerful but not very portable for the things I needed to do. Mostly I used the washer for the cars, bikes, patio and sometimes the windows but it was a pain to take out, wind out the power lead, connect the hose, pull it about etc..... It really became a chore.I was given the Worx WG630E.1 18V (20V MAX) 4.0Ah Cordless Brushless Hydroshot Portable Pressure Cleaner to test and it is defiantly portable and very usable. When you get it,it is heavier that a normal pressure washer handle but please remember that all the workings are built into the handheld device and it is very portable. For my test, I was checking battery usage time, power and most importantly, wether it cleans or not.The run time is much better than previous models and I managed to get 2 cars done and mucked about with my patio slabs, so I got about 45 minutes of time before it ran out. I connected the washer to my hose and it worked a treat (See photo's).The pressure for me and for my usual jobs is fine, but you cannot compare a handheld pressure washer to a pull along portable one as you may get more power and runtime from a mains powered one but the inconvenience of it being pulled around. My only gripe is when changing accessories over, it was difficult to remove and attach them but I guess that's because the o-rings are tight and new. Also, I would have rather had an extension on the brush to do my wheels as it's very close to the washer. This is the only pain but I would still highly recommend this washer. With it being hand held, and the battery has an indicator saying when its running down, I am more likely to use it more as its small. portable and not tucked away, hiding in my shed.

This is what I have to say!Hey guys quit messing around with all the other kits, buy this Brushless moter with the 4.0 amp battery this is the dogs ...............I used mine to wash my Honda Accord it 's a large car, never the less I went through 1 large bucket of hot water with added car wash shampoo the dirt & muck just removed easilyPoint to makeIt was a rainy day so the dirt was broken down by the rain.I used the Hydro brushless moter the remaining dirt just removed I have always washed my car on rainy days as I find it easier to clean! The bird crap was easily removed with a blast of the jet then a quick sponge down this thing is not as good as the supermarket jet wash buts thats to beexpexted. It blew me away!I had trouble jet washing my wheels they were bogging with grim & brake dust I gave em a blast then the little water left in the bucket I used to wipe them down with a small sponge.I got another large bucket of hot soapy water & blasted the car for the 2nd time it was sparkling this brushless kit is all you need, as if like me you have the brushes & things to clean your car then go for this one believe!I live in a top floor apartment this kit is the way.Don't fumble around with the 2.0 amp batteries as they don't have the power of the 4.0 amp this brushless hydro. It washed my car 2 times & still had 1 led left on the battery.I did'nt time it WORXS say it can go for 40 minutes.I got more out of mine!First time around cleaning the car I used it on both settings Eco & full letting the Hydro do all the work for me!Give it a go!Also WORXS give you an extended warranty if you register within 30 days of purchasing.it.I bought this from AMAZON used with box damage at a bargain!Buy it you won't be dissappointed.it's a great tool watch the videos on Utube see for yourself! Thanks WORXS I think it's a great tool to have in your kit!

UPDATE:In the interests of fairness, I wanted to update my original review to advise that I managed to improve the water pressure to a far more acceptable and usable level. In essence whilst the select-able spray attachment had been fixed in place and was working as expected in terms of the type of spray being generated, I decided to remove it, check for any blockage and reattach. After doing so and making sure it was properly connected to the lance (this time there was a more pronounced click which I didn't notice before), performance improved significantly. As a result the Hydroshot proved perfectly suitable for the purpose I bought it for, i.e.a quick and convenient clean of the car without having to drag out the hose or my powered jet wash. A couple of 2 litre bottles was enough to wet and rinse off bodywork and wheels, (hatchback) although they are emptied fast. And the battery more than stood up to the task. As a result, I'd now give the product 4 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Not what I expected at all unless I'm missing something obvious and the Power button that others speak of is separate to the ECO ON / OFF button, which is the only switch I can find to regulate the pressure. (Albeit from very weak to a little less weak) With the battery fully charged and regardless of the spray-type setting on the lance, performance is really disappointing and a lot less than I can achieve with a garden hose. I wasn't expecting anywhere near what my Nilfisk pressure washer can achieve but I was expecting more than this unit delivers. A real pity as the product itself seems robust and the portability is excellent.

I was very skeptical of this product especially after reading the negative reviews of the battery life, power of the jet washer and the snow foam gun. I didn't have to worry, it really does work well. It will never be as good as a Karcher for example, but it doesn't claim to be. My car was very dirty, not cleaned for about 2 months. I pre-rinsed, then foam sprayed and then 2 rinses, all on 1 battery. Note I do have a small car so anything bigger than a TT and you will certainly need 2 batteries. The snow gun is good, i used Autoglym Polar Blast foam and it stuck to the car very well. Its not as loud as i thought either. Cons - it does go through a lot of water, I used 5 normal sized buckets, like the ones you find under the sink. Admittedly my car was dirty so the pre-rinse took longer and the foam rinse took a fair bit of water but you will need some big buckets or be prepared to walk back to a tap to fill up a lot. The black clip that comes attached to the water hose that is for holding said hose onto the bucket is useless beyond words, I ended up taping it down to the bucket as there were numerous times when the hose would just fall out. Apart form those 2 things I can't fault it. I did only use it for cleaning the car and motorbike but as a tester I blasted some moss out of the ground and it worked fine but i cannot comment on anything else it might or might not be able to do. Also note that I got the "brushless" version which is meant to be better than the "non brushless" version. Well worth the money if you do not have access to mains water and power.

Having a garage several yards away from my house with no mains power, I purchased this to try and make life a little easier in cleaning my motorcycle.10/10 for portability10/10 for ease of useEasy to fit together & instructions to follow. Once battery was fully charged I made good use of it.I used this on a bike caked in mud that had hardened over a few weeks and found that it was sufficient to knock off some of the bigger clumps but thinner layers needed some agitating with a brush.I must admit that the nozzle needed to be on the narrower setting to increase the pressure and widened out when rinsing the soap off.The key question most will ask is..."what's the power/pressure like?"I can honestlysay that if you want high pressure like well known brands then this is not for you. This is a battery driven pressure washer which works quite well for what it is. I was able to pre-rinse the mud off, then apply snow foam (with their supplied attachment) and then rinse the bike off again. There was still enough power in the battery to keep going. It's worth noting that this guzzles water so would be wise to be near a water source to refill or like me, purchase a couple of deep buckets to be your supply. This is perfect for the tasks I wanted it to do.As for something bigger like an average sized saloon car, caravans or boats too, then I can see that it should be a suitable portable cleaner.

I picked up the brushless version of this when it was at £120. For that price it's absolutely brilliant. It seems to be very well made and it works great. Of course it's not as powerful as my 160 bar mains powered jetwash but it's more than adequate for doing cars and bikes and small jobs. I've actually been routinely using it for the cars as it's so quick to just attach to my auto retracting hose pipe. No more hassle getting the big boy out and messing about with cables and annoying high pressure hoses. Our house is in the woods so there's always bits of rubbish and bird mess annoying me and it's dead easy to just put a couple of litres in the water bottle and clean it off anywhere. When we go away in the UK we usually take bikes with us (mountain or road) and it can be a bit of a pain getting them clean, no longer an issue with this thrown in the car. I didn't end up using it on the bikes in the Lake District the other week but it was very useful to get a rather large area of bird mess off the car in the hotel car park! Great bit of kit, one of the best tools I've bought in a long time. Time will tell how robust it is and how long it will last but I'd be happy if I only get a few years of use out of it at the price I paid.

Don't expect to much from this product. I use it only for cleaning my MTB when I go out on trails and I clean my bike before I transporting it back in the car. Absolutely great for that. The pressure its perfect for cleaning bikes preventing any long term damage like the bearings etc. However don't expect that you can use it for deep cleaning patios and cars etc its just not powerful enough, only light cleaning . There are different settings for pressure nozle, unfortunately, you will need to get your electric power jet washer out. I'm happy with it as I only use it for my bike and cleaning my shoes/ and light clean of my car....The battery (4amp) last about 40/45min in use full power.(excellent compared to the 2amp) and charges about an 45 min to an hour, pretty good compared to the 2amp that I've heard that it takes forever.... There is a eco button less power but i don't use it .The item is expensive that you still need to buy a couple of items, 25 litre plastic jerry can and Hydroshot soap bottle. It uses alot of water I would recommend the 25 litre If you going to use it for what I use it for. At the time of purchase it was expensive £200 but now its reduced a better price.

I went for the newer brushless version despite having read no reviews on it. Only the U.S. version with the twin batteries.I thought I'd try this over the older Hydroshot as it came bundled with the 4ah battery and the fast charger. It's still not a replacement for a full pressure washer, but I like to detail my car and have no access to outside power or water. As that requires a number of stages (foam, rinse, soap, wash, rinse) I though the 2ah might be insuffecient with a long charge time.Overall it does the job nicely. It'll go through about 5 Meguiars 22 gallon buckets of water with one battery which is plenty enough for two regular car washes. It's not the last word in build quality if you are used to more prosumer power tools like Dewalt/Makita/Milawalkee.The plastic fixing holding hose filter snapped in two on first use. But it's holding together and jubillee clip will sort it permanently.I tried a snow foam attachement with little expectation and it doesn't really work. Works nicely as a soap dispenser though. You might have better luck with a hose attached, but it you have this a regular power washer would be better value.

It is difficult to comment on the above questions without being able to compare like for like.I don’t know of any other product similar to the worx hydroshot. However it cannot and shouldn’t be compared to a stand alone pressure washer I.e,karcher etc.I first used the hydroshot with the included water bottle attachment.the vacuum generated by the pump was such that the volume of water demanded by the pump could not be supplied to the pump because of the small diameter of the bottle, cavitation was the result and the water bottle imploded,no access to atmospheric pressure the cause.when using the supplied hose from a water butt it worked very satisfactory.I am satisfied with the performanceconsidering the limitations of the product. On the strength of the performance I have purchased the adjustable power scrubber. As yet I haven’t tried it out but would be happy to report my experience at a latter date.In conclusion without a vent in the bottle hose connection I cannot see how it can work.Perhaps Worx can offer an explanation.Would recomend this product based on what I purchased it for, quickly cleaning mud off my car.

Very impressed with the Worx WG630E.1 cordless bushless Hydroshot portable pressure cleaner because I knew before it arrived, it cannot compete with even the Karcher K2 for jetwash power, but it does what it's described to do - it's a very portable, solidly built machine which, on the narrowest jet setting, throws qqa strong jet of water - certianly sufficient to blast out the moss that's ingrained between the stones on my front drive, and more than enough to jetwash the dustbins and clean the car.I have a Karcher K5 which is fantastic but getting it out, connecting it to the mains, attaching the hose, dragging it around - it's a heavy machine, and it's incredible at cleaning the moss off the patio paving stones, and heavy duty stuff, BUT this is such a pleasure - it takes seconds to get it ready, click in the hose and off you go.This is an amazing device - I haven't tried the non-brushless versions, but this, being brushless is powerful enough for most general cleaning requirements and is a pleasure to use.(with charger and battery)

Just arrived and only tried it on a small patch of pavement outside my back door. I will update the review if my opinion changes. Posting this review as I was unsure of what came with a bare unit so hope it can help others. This bare unit comes with a everything you see in the picture:WG630E.9 Hydroshot Brushless Portable Pressure Cleaner.Extensionselectable spray head.Long hose with filter.Hose Adapter.Bottle adapter with short hose.I have tried it on a very old and dirty bit of pavement with the wide jet. At 30-20cms from the pavement it got it wet and may have removed some surface dirt. At 10-5cm above the pavement, the wide jet was only about 5-10cm wide when hitting the pavement but I could see a significant change in colour as dirt was removed.I have never had a pressure cleaner before so I have nothing to compare it to but it all seems to work. It may not be as efficient as a plug in pressure cleaner running from an outside tap but I don't have an outside tap and I wanted the flexibility of battery power and cordless.
