I bought this game to start loosing weight and keeping fit,I've been on it once since I've bought it due to not having time to use it...... It's a amazing workout and it allows you to pick what you want to do on it like muscle upper or lower body or all over witch is good for me because I want to focus on all of my body,must start using it again as the first time I went on it I could tell it was working..... A must buy :)

this is an excellent work out option, as it is like having a personal trainer who adapts to your requirements. There are some minor flaws in the system, but nothing that should worry anyone. The only improvement I would recommend is that the cursor options that you are offered quite regularly should be made larger as I often hit the wrong answer, especially when I'm puffing from exercise!

Another amazing Wii title. Lots of indepth exercises and workout routines. Disc was in top condition and postage and presentation were all excellent. Thank you.
