My baby, now 9 months, developed dry skin at 2 months which eventually developed into full blown eczema on 90% of her little body. A random lady suggested this product to me. I was sceptical to say the least because like most of you, I've tried so many emollients, ointments and various strength steroid creams. To cut a long story short, I was desperate. So I ordered the milky bath as well as this emollient. Hand on heart, it is now 7 days into using it and my baby's skin is so soft! Her itching I'll say has reduced by 70%!! At least! Bath time is no longer frantic torture. I cried the other night because she was more focussed on her rubber ducks than grabbing her skin! I've just ordered a 400ml bottle.

Brilliant - used as an alternative to steroid cream recommended by the doctor when my son developed total-body eczema at 4 months old and I didn't feel comfortable giving him steroid cream at such a young age. My husband had extremely bad eczema as a child and was hospitalised with it, so I wanted to find a more natural alternative to the creams that he had been prescribed. Our local pharmacist recommended this and said it is what doctors in France recommend. I have since seen this for sale in Europe, but it doesn't seem to be available in the UK other than through select suppliers.This worked brilliantly. His eczema cleared up within 2 weeks and he's now 11 months old and hasn't had any since.

I purchased the Stelatopia Emollient Cream for my 10 month old baby. She's been prone to dry skin since birth but looked like she had the start of eczema. I've used other Mustela products and rated them, so after doing some research decided to purchase this cream.It's a light lotion texture, rather than a cream. It sits on the skin for a very short while and is absorbed well. Although it has no fragrance, it has a very faint, clean scent which is pleasant. Most importantly, it appears to be making a significantly difference to baby's skin, even though we've only been using it for 24 hours. My son suffered a lot from eczema, since birth and for 6 months we were always seeing his GP to worked out which one would heal and stop this very stressful skin condition. We tried a lot, prescribed ointment and creams and non prescribed organic creams, yet nothing works until I found this cream. It's a heaven sent, we call it as a magic cream, as after 3 days of using this, his skin became smooth and clear from rashes. The other good thing with this product it cannot make the skin thinner. Now my son is 3 years old, we are still happy to use mustela products like shampoo, shower gel, cologne and etc. They are pricey but it's really worth it.

My 8 week old had terrible eczema and after trying different creams available from pharmacies and seeing my Dr and being told to continue with the cream I was using I gave up hope and turned to Amazon! After trawling through creams and reading reviews I opted for this. This was the best decision I made! I noticed a difference almost straight away but the results were definitely apparent to everyone after 10/14 days. Her rough red skin was now smooth and normal in colour. I also purchased the bath milk which I was less impressed with. It I will continue to buy the cream!

Of course depending on each person’s condition, but this works on both my kids and myself.The balm version is sticky so the kids get sweaty when sleeping, also doesn’t work as well anyway. It’s not worth the money and the kids running away from you at the supposed most bonding time of the day.This one though is almost magical. Usually a bad patch would be better next morning and would be gone by the end of the second day.No need to use too much, it’s tempting as it’s that nice and a bit runny. A good tip for this is: just try to remember how much it costed you.

My son developed eczema last year at 18 after going to university. He had very dry red flaking skin in a mask around his eyes and forehead, also on his shoulders and hands. After collecting the usual cupboard full of miracle creams that didnt help or help short term (like steroid creams) I saw this reviewed on a mums forum and thought it was worth a go. It's gentle enough for the face and my son has used it for a year saying it helps more than any other cream so far. We now think he has developed an allergy to our cat, but thats another story...

My 3 month old baby developed eczema on his face. The GP prescribed various creams diprobase, epiderm, hydrocortisones, fusin & E45. Nothing worked. His face was so very sore & its very depressing & stressful being unable to help him. He was referred to a dermatologist. After 5 weeks I ordered mustela stelatopia cream having read good reviews. With 7 days, after applying it twice a day his face completely cleared & healed. I can't rate this cream enough it worked wonders for my baby. Brilliant cream!!!!!

Wonderful! Just as described, based on natural ingredients, really emollient, but at the same time it is very well absorbed and mousturises the skin deeply, doesn't leave sticky residue. I've previously used raw organic Coconut oil and cold pressed organic sunflower oil and my baby's skin was still dry, but this gentle milk cream has made it soft and beautiful. Worth the money! Will buy again!

Have tried many creams, bath oils, skin mousse, lotions before and and nothing compares to Mustela, should have bought it the minute my baby developed dry skin and eczema, no more flakey skin or sand paper cheeks...his skin feels so soft and looks healthy after only two days of using this cream. The whole range is brilliant, the baby shampoo leaves hair and scalp very soft and smells divine.

The only cream I have found that keeps my toddlers eczema away without having to use steroid creams. I lather him in this every night and his skin is lovely - you wouldn't even know he had eczema. Tried all sorts of other creams with mixed success but nothing compares. It is expensive but worth it I think. Absorbs easily and not claggy like sudocream.

I've gone through all the creams recommended by the Eczma Foundation ([...]) which have a 5 star recommendation, this one is by far the best. I get eczma on my face have found only hydrocortizone works and have been desperately trying to find an alternative - Mustela Stelatopia is the first viable alternative to hydrocortizone thats I've found.

I tried many different moisturisers to treat my baby's eczema. Some prescribed by GP actually made it worse. We ended up talking to a dermatologist who recommended Stelatria (for the worse off areas, like face and neck in my baby's case) and Stelatopia for the body. It worked a treat! I would definitely recommend it.

My baby had a dermatitis and i been try everything and nothing was working. But with mustela stelatopia you can see the results. My baby skin was a lot much better after a few days using this amazing cream. i love it! Im so happy now. Because is really sad to see your little one with dermatitis But now not any more!

8month old had dry skin on arms and legs was getting worse despite all efforts. Read the great reviews on this product so gave it a go, so pleased we did as within 3 days there was a fantastic improvement and her skin is looking beautiful. You don't have to use a lot, and it is not greasy. Love this product!!!
