It's difficult to describe the material of this laptop sleeve, except that it's definitely not leather. An attractive idea based around a Moleskine notebook that works reasonably well although the floppy case offers limited protection - more a way of avoiding scratches rather than safety in a fall. Beware that the dimensions are very tight, I bought this in the hope that an 11" Macbook Air might fit. It doesn't. Buy this only if you do have a very small laptop.Also a mystery why at the time of writing in November 2011 the Moleskine Laptop Case 13 is cheaper than the 10" one!

I love this. I bought it for my husband and he wanted a hard cover so I got to keep it! Yippee. It is lovely and soft and keeps my ipad safe without being a really tight fit. Just like a Moleskine should be.

A basic, smooth and easy case that fits my ipad 2 and its cover. It is just as I expected.
