I had the original PSP version and its simply a hugely addictive game as is this,May it doesnt show its full idea or its simplist gameplay to the fullest on a PS2.It is a good puzzle game for Tetris fans simple as.Playing it for hours on end trying to beat your own score or master it to rival friends score - was that not the whole point of tetris? was that not the reason why it made it so addictive and simple to play.The idea is you drop a square made up of 4 smaller square with the possiblity of 2 colours in that larger square on each other trying to make bigger squares. Simple as.Yes there is a lack of gameplay modes,but so had Tetris!.Infact the computer AI gets very hard closer to the end of the challenge modes and puzzle mode -(you must make certain shapes of objects in a certain colour) is wickedly challenging.The further you progress in the game the more skins/Backgrounds you open. Complaining about the changing background colours?.. Thats one of the points of the game. Some Backgrounds are hugely difficult to play due to the flashing images and colours,(But this is designed to make you cause mistakes so when it changes back to another screen you can try and clean up the mess.For the money your paying for this game its very cheap. The really excellent puzzlers.i.e REZ/we love katamari etc are hugely expensive and rarer and rarer. Buy this this if you like trying to better yourself in each time you play a game and you loved Tetris. I'll be honest I'm holding on to mine as this is a low print run game and it is a good puzzler so hopefully the skies the limit once its a deleted title.

Best game available on the PSP - now on my TV. Best way to have multiplayer fun / arguments since Bomberman!
