Very pleased with purchase, was bought for 18 month old son, he is enjoying playing with it.Seems to be well built and very sturdy, sandpit holds plenty of sand and water table is a decent size.Comes with ample amount of toys, boats, rake etc.I did however have initial trouble with the hinge joint between the sandpit and water tray as it is an extremely tight fit. This was easily overcome by putting a smear of vasaline along the raised part of the hinge in the middle of the water tray! Now instead of struggling, it is very easy to put together, my wife also now finds it very easy!It has been raining all day, I have checked the sand and it is still very dry!This is an update after a few months of owning the sandpit /

My wife and I very pleased with this. Simple, strong, practical design with seemingly little potential for breakage or deterioration due to weather. Seems there are slightly different versions (because parts are made in Poland/China etc. (?)). Mine had no predrilled holes to allign as per the instructions (but no problems). I saw an answer to an online retailer re existence of umbrella holder - which said there wasn't one - mine has one (but again no pre-drilled holes). Also price seems to vary from retailer to retailer on line - so I advise do some research before purchasing. I think I got an excellent bargain from Amazon - the cheapest I found - whose own price varies from time to time.

My children love this product, sits outside on our decking all year round, the only thing I didn't like is that when you close the lid, I expected it to stop the sand from getting water to it, but instead it lets rain water get through and when you open it you have your sand floating around in a load of water, so kinda annoying, but otherwise great product. Maybe work on the lid and make it waterproof.

Chose this as it will close and keep the rain out of the sand! Not 100% sure if it does yet but its easy to put together with 8 screws to hold the legs on and the rest just pushes in. I haven't fitted the toy bag as it will just get stinking wet and in the way, and i'm not terribly convinced the "Sun shade" holder will support much so again i haven't fitted it.My nipper loves it.

Received this and assembled with hubby. Found no real issues in assembly. Clicking in water and sand table together takes a bit of a strong push but aside from that all else fine. Very sturdy and kids happy. We have other Little Tikes products and to be honest have always found them great buys.

my daughter is three and really loves this toy it is just the right size for her and her five year old cousin to share and it comes with plenty of toys for the sand and water sides and as always with little tikes it is solid and very well made 10 out of 10 for lots of summer fun

Despite some trepidation, based on other reviews we bought this for our 2 year old grandson and he loves it. It has been outside from early April and the cover has kept the sand clean and dry. Definitely recommendBuy the sand from a supermarket - much cheaper than from Amazon

Dispatching of product was a bit of a fuss but within getting in touch with customer services they were very helpful and received it in 3 days which was great. Overall product is great. Daughter loves it already, can't wait to get it outside for the sand.

Item arrived on time despite the dreadful snow. Fits together well, in spite of one of the reviews I had read. Will suit my tall 2 year old grandaughter very well. We have now had some good weather and she has thoroughly enjoyed playing with this toy.

Fabulous from children that have just learnt to stand to 4-5 year olds. So much fun! Excellent quality. Love it

This was for my son for his birthday it was used but looked brand new and half the price thank you michelle
