The description of the house is not entirely accurate so for that reason one point taken down...The house is described as "being made of wood" however the house is actually made of MDF panels and they are as much wood as paper or cardboard is..However, the house is very beautiful and it looks sturdy enough.There is a great attention to detail in the screen printed elements of the house...The furniture inside the house is made of wood as well as the heads and the feet of the dolls that come with the house.We have bought extra furniture and accessories for our house and my child spends a great number of hours playing with it.Update: I have increased the rating from 4 to 5 stars,

Bought this based on reviews and pleased with choice. It's perfect for younger child because it's robust and size is perfect for small hands with larger dolls house furniture (included) all perfect for younger child's fine motor skills. But will also suit older children who are not ready for transition to collectors models. The interior is well decorated the doors and shutters open the roof turns into a garden patio and it's pink! Whilst I'm sensitive to gender stereotyping my granddaughter loves anything pink so it was a big hit.

My three year old granddaughter is absolutely delighted. This dolls house is very well made and great value it is furnished , the drawers open and cupboards work beautifully. My son and daughter in law assured me that it was easy to assemble. I would think that my granddaughter will spend many hours enjoying it and I am sure her older sister aged five will love it also. I highly recommend this dolls house.

It had two broken parts I tried to email to get parts but had no reply. So I cancelled the order to return it then they offered me the parts! Also the house roof has two windows which can be removed as there's a garden on the back ...this would be difficult for a child to understand or,; to keep windows safe while playing with garden. So why have the windows good enough without

Looks lovely, and was easy to assemble. Not as sturdy as I would have hoped. Might actually need to just glue it together. Also real annoying issue with the lights. Two out of the three have managed to stick to the floor after the magnets which hold them to the ceiling fell after a few weeks. Afraid to remove them incase it damages the flooring. So that's rather disappointing.

I bought this as a last minute birthday present for my Granddaughter's 4th birthday. My son fitted it together for me as I'm hopeless at that type of thing, but to be honest, I could have managed. So easy to fit together, all of the wooden furniture and family are of good quality. My Granddaughter has played with it constantly. A bargain price too. Would definitely recommend.

so much better than the other wooden dolls houses I have seen in the same price range of around £70. this is so beautifully decorated with lovely colours to engage a child's active mind. The others I saw were just wooden with no internal decor. this is for Christmas so haven't seen my granddaughters reaction as of yet but I am 100% confident she will love it as much as me.

Brought this for my 4yr old daughter for christmas, I put it together in about half an hr on xmas eve so it was ready for her to play with on xmas day. It was easy to put together just slots together and you only need a screwdriver to fix the magnet block in place for the doors. My daughter absolutely loves it and it comes with lots of furniture pieces.

After 80 minutes wait in doctors surgery watching my granddaughter play thoroughly engrossed with a wooden dolls house similar in size, I decided to buy her one of her own. This is excellent quality, comes with furniture for all 5 rooms, and 4 figures. At 21 months this is ideal for her, and we are both very pleased with the purchase.

I haven't assembled as yet as it is a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I have checked all the pieces and they are absolutely delightful. I'm not sure who is going to have the most fun with this. I'm looking forward to see her face on Christmas day. Also I was impressed with the number of pieces which came with this dolls house.

Just finished putting this together and I'm so pleased! The quality is excellent, not a single imperfection and very simple to assemble with no tools required (other than two screws for the door catch but those can be added later for immediate play time). Excellent value for money compared to others on the market.

The dolls house is easy to assemble and is of good quality construction. The internal furniture is reasonably solid.Overall a good quality dolls house at a reasonable price. Unfortunately ours had been mishandled by the delivery people resulting in damage to the wooden television and bath.

Very good quality solid wood used and it all clips together reasonably easy. The dolls and furniture are really high quality. The draws all open the toy box is a proper opening box. The bed has blankets. There is a lovely little rocking horse this will delight any young (or older) child.

Bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter. The house is gorgeous and the lights That change colour and can flash with remote control really gives a lovely twist - even her daddy liked playing with them. Went together easily. Her 7 year old brother also seemed to like playing with it.

A lovely dollhouse. Just disappointed that one of the furniture items was damaged. We are hoping it will simply be quickly replaced. Everything else arrived in good condition. Very easy to assemble. The furniture and the dolls are great and the house is beautifully decorated.
