I bought this for my Daughter for christmas and I am stunned how amazing it is.Considering that it was just over £100 and other more generic, branded, plastic, mass produced "houses" are pushing £100 this simply blows them out the water.It's just over 4' tall and about 1.5m wide so you really should measure up before hand. The sheer size means that it is more than capable of handling any of the dolls she has comfortable and allow good freedom of movement in and around the rooms. I didn't see any of the [insert generic doll brand] houses manage that feat. I'm a little suspect with the roof area as it seems to add the extra height but add nothing more than a small storage space (like a real loft...)

Sorry for the late feedback - This house was delivered to me about 3-4wks ago when we had the adverse snow up here in Scotland & yeh it was a little delayed which was to be expected but it got here perfectly, well in time for Xmas and that i can't thank enough as it has made my little 4yr old sister one very happy wee girl.I can't fault this product at all - was built in no time by my mum without any assistance (if she can build it anyone can lol) , it looks great and if not better than the picture. It was only built tonight as this was a Xmas present for my 4yr old sister & she absolutely loves it,

My 4 year old daughter opened this present on Christmas morning and I can confidently say it is the best present she has ever received. She is just at that age where she loves her Disney Princess & Barbie dolls & I really wanted a house for her to put these dolls in but was not impressed with the official Barbie & Disney Princess houses. They just looked really poor value for money with "rooms" so small they could hardly be used for play. I'm so glad I bought this house as it reminds me of the Sindy house my sister and I spent hours playing with as children. It is very high quality wood & board (unlike the plastic alternatives) & the furniture which come with it is wood also,

Purchased for my daughter who was 5 at the time and the house was taller than her! It suggested on the instructions that it would take 2 hours to assemble, however it wasn't quite that long and it was easy to put together. I know some of the reviews mentioned the top floor being unstable, I believe that has now been rectified and we've never had any problem with ours.I would say this house is probably our daughter's most played with toy. It fits Barbie dolls nicely but she also uses it with the smaller LOL dolls. You get a good amount of furniture with the set and of course you can add to it if you want. Most of the furniture is wooden, but there are a few pieces,

This dolls house is a good size and I had done my homework on research concerning KidKraft products,however I was disappointed with the fact that there had been some kind of silver sticky tape on one of the back panels and having to remove has left a mark on the so called decor which is a shame. Having read other reviews and found out that you had to return the complete item which does take about 2 hrs to put together I decided it wasn't worth it. I brought this item half price in the after xmas sales which is still a lot of money but worth it.( I am so pleased I didn't pay full price,or it would have been returned without a question.) There is also another dolls house called the Brighton dolls house which is made from solid wood,

The Kidkraft Savannah Dollhouse was an absolute gem! It arrived immediately and assembly was effortless. I have never seen my girls, 6 and 4, so engaged with a toy. All of the intricate details provide them with a new found treasure around every bend. What I love about this particular house is that it is so affordable for how large it is. I was actually quite shocked, pictures don't do it justice, it's huge! All of their Bratz dolls and Barbies fit in there with plenty of space to spare. I've spent more than double this price on lesser houses that don't even fit their dolls. Plus the quality of the furniture and accessories is far superior to the more expensive counterparts.

I was astounded at the quality of this dolls house. I expected it to be of a good quality given the price, but it exceeded my expectations. It took about two hours for me to assemble, but the instructions were very clear and even the nuts and bolts etc were clearly labelled, leaving no chance of error! The included furniture is of a very high standard (including a velvet covered sofa, lamp, fridge/freezer, cooker, four poster bed, two tables, two dining room chairs, a cot and swing and more). I would highly recommend this product to anyone. My four and six year old girls play with it all the time. One negative - my 14 month old who is a little heavy handed managed to break the door to the fridge within an hour of setting it up,

Lovely large dollshouse; love the decor and details in the dollshouse; it has clear instructions to put together and took about 2 hours to assemble. Only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is that a couple of the holes didn't line up correctly, resulting in the screws not screwing in easily and there is an area where the screw has lifted the dollshouse flooring; it's not completely protruding so there aren't any sharp bits, but still would've expected that all the holes lined up correctly.The house came with some furniture -swing, bed, oven/sink, fridge, toilet, plastic bath, dining table and 2 chairs, a wooden cake, a sofa, coffee table and wooden lamp, a crib. The stairs and pillars are made of plastic.

We were looking for a dolls house for our daughter for Christmas. We looked at so many but there always was something not quite right. We saw this on Amazon and thought it was perfect as one big selling point is that our daughter could use her Barbie dolls in it (she has many). It arrived perfectly packed and despite several apparent knocks and tears on the box the contents were so well packed there was no damage. It comes flat packed but the instructions are really easy to follow with the screws etc all coded so you cant go wrong. Took me about an hour to set up and it exceeded our expectations. It is much larger than we imagined and the quality is better than we expected. Our daughter loves it (she is 5)!

My husband and I assembled this in just over two hours on Christmas Eve with no issues (except for the balcony swing - it took a while to get it tied up correctly and swinging properly). We wrapped it up with red paper and a big gold bow. Since then my three year old has played with it everyday. I love the classic design, vs. the other dollhouses available on Amazon that are "too pink". The colors are lovely and muted, and the pieces of furniture are durable. The attic is a storage space for beanies and dolls. I am sure this will last many years as a toy and later on as a decorative piece after my girls grow up - I am sure we will not be able to sell it or give it away,

My three-year-old twins haven't stopped playing with it since they discovered it at 7 am. Thank you Amazon for your courtesy.With an exquisite interior decor and very nice quality wooden accessories, it's a beautiful dollhouse and it's HUGE so do measure first. Very sturdy and realistic looking, it encourages imaginative play and I think we'll have it for many years to come.Most of their dolls fit perfectly inside (all four floors are functional, as the attic can house all the miniature dolls and pet figurines.)Assembly instructions are a bit out of order, but with a little patience this can be completed in less than an hour.I would also recommend you fasten this to the wall,

Beautiful, this is not flimsy like most larger doll houses, nice and sturdy, furniture is sturdy too. Great house, daughter loves it! Have recommended to a friend who also bought and is pleased with too. Great 3rd birthday prezzie for any little girl into barbie, my daughter is now 4 and a half and she still plays with it every day and it still looks like new. Absolutely Recommend.......Just a quick update, my daughter is 6 in a couple of weeks and this house is still like new. I have posted a photo for those of you querying wether barbie sized dolls can fit and as you can clearly see the answer is yes! I can not fault this beautiful house and my daughter still plays with it most days.

This is the most beautiful dollshouse and really has to be seen to be appreciated.I bought it during the flash price sale in December but I would also think it is worth every penny at the original price.It is made of sturdy, good quality wood and relatively easy and hassle free to put together.The furniture is just magnificent and came very carefully individually wrapped.I just love the attention to detail. The house is bigger than I expected. The colour scheme is nice and soft and not tacky or loud like some of the other dollshouses, this house is simply a classic.It really is every little girls (and her mum!) dream. I can see this in our home for many many years to come.

I have bought this house for my 2-year-old daughter. She is tall, so she will reach for the balcony as well. Not for the above children's room, however. I built it in around 1 hour. It helps if somebody helps with keeping parts in places while doing so. I had my wife to help. It is a BIG house indeed. Ours is upside down a little, meaning they built the kitchen and the dining room downstairs and the bathroom and living room upstairs, but this is not really an issue. It is a pity the extra furniture costs half of what you paid for this house on sale. Yet, would be nice to have the whole set. Overall, the house looks charming and we also bought a family of new dolls to go with it.

I had been looking for a dolls house for my girls aged 4 and 7. Saw lots of small plastic houses and then I saw this! Perfect. This will still last them for a few years in that they can use it for their Barbies. It is big enough (really big) for them to stand and play with it or 2 or 3 to play at the same time. The quality is fantastic, much better than the plastic ones I had seen. The best thing for me is that I ordered it on 30 Nov and it had been delivered to my door in New Zealand by 7 December. It was also a great price in the sale, and even with the exchange rate, I bought it about $200 cheaper than what I could have bought it here in NZ. I am one very happy customer.
