Just bought this with trepidation after reviews of it being too short and hard to set up. It arrived a nice, light little swing. First look we were confused as to where to start then it clicked. Take the end with the ring on and that attaches to the climbing frame easily (string1). Now take the other end with the funny looking clasp on and see that the middle little bar swings outward. So now move the swing seat to the height you want it from the ground THEN take the funny looking clasp with the bar open back upto string1 and push string1 through and put the bar between the string. Repeat for the other side of the swing. Easy when you know how! Think they should provide instructions.

I've been looking for a swing to attach to my apple tree in my garden for a while now. I came across this swing in Amazon and not only did it look like nice in the picture it was also cheaper than any other swing you can find online. The swing arrived on time and was securely packed. The problem I had is that they failed to mention the rope which is attached to the swing is only about 2 meters long, so I had to tie extra rope to the swing to hang it over the tree branch. Also it's very hard to find the same rope, so having 2 different type of ropes tied to each other doesn't really look that nice. Other than that the kids have really enjoyed it.

Fabulous little swing seat - durable and aesthetically pleasing but there were no instructions!!Lots of reviews say that there is insufficient rope or you need to open the ring to attach but this is not the case. Once we (OK, not me but other half)worked out how it went -no additional rope or tools were needed and the rope can be adjusted from virtually ground level to about 1.3m above ground level. If anyone wants a picture of how to do it, much easier than trying to explain (which is probably why there were no written instructions in the first place), just shout!

i purchased this for my 3 year old as he had outgrown his baby swing. It was easy to attach and looks very sturdy/strong. Aso, i like the seat as i have seen some which are a little unstable and not very wide - this one is just right - made out of natural wood and a good width to help him learn to balance. He now manages to use it completely on his own and is learnong to swing himself!

Great easy to put up and can be adjusted to any length got it for the grandchildren and they love it better than the park so they say got the hooks from B. & Q just for swings strewed them in to the tree strong enough for me to have a swing too

Lovely wooden swing, but ropes are too short to wrap around a branch and just use on their own, but after purchasing swing clamps, problem resolved. Still good value compared to some retailers and as a replacement swing.

Found it a little hard to put together, could do with instructions. Glad we purchased it though, great value for money. My two kids and their friends have played on it every day.

i find this item good value for money better than plastic seats and treatable against weather. my children like the product also. would purchase this again.

Very happy with the swing but could do with instructions on how to adjust length, although our grandchildren seem to have devised their own method!

My daughter has spent hours on her swing. My husband thought i was mad but I managed to put it in a small apple tree. It is just perfect.
