During the summer we looked to buy a swing for our 7 month old son. We knew what we wanted but couldn't find it trawling round the usual toy stores (or the prices were ridiculous). Browsing through the Argos website we found EXACTLY the right swing at a fantastic price. We reserved online and went into our local store the same day. Amazingly easy to do and the staff in strore were efficient and helpful.The swing is a real hit with our little boy (who's now a year old). He loves sitting in his special baby seat and I'm confident that he's safe and secure. It's a real bonus too that he'll be able to play happily on it until he's 10 yrs old,

Easily assembled the swing accommodates small babies and your children as they grow. This is supposed to be accomplished by extending the four legs at somewhere around 2 years old. We found that without the full extension the swing is too low and most importantly the four foundation legs would need to be re-located. Fixing the foundation legs is definitely NOT easy and aliging the swing with the foundation legs is an almighty task (there must be a trick we're missing). Ended up with a less than secure initial install. Only answer is to dig holes (this will also lower the swing!) and set the foundations in concrete. Great Value for money so worth the hassle.

A fantastic buy for the money. Bought it for my 16 month old Grandson for Easter. Looked easy to assemble, but that's easy for me to say as my husband did it. It is standing proud in our garden and its no hardship to mow the lawn round it. However, I only gave it a good rating, rather than excellent, as we had to purchase 2 lengths of chain and 2 karabinas. (minimal cost).The chains were needed to lower the baby seat, as we had to have the swing at full extension for our Grandson and he felt too high for his own comfort, so the chains bought him back down to earth! and the karabinas enable us to remove seat when raining.

I got this and put the baby seat on (my son is 18 months old) but he is tall so his feet are on the floor and he cant swing!I put the bottom legs on the frame and the swing is way too high for anyone else to lift him into it (im 5'10"), but I have to have it like this so he can get a shot!It will be great when he can use the basic seat but until then - I will have to persevere in lifting him in and out at my shoulder height!Great for the money if you have a small child for the baby seat.. Only thing I would recomment is some way of adjusting the height to suit all heights of babies..

This was purchased as a birthday present for our three year old granddaughter. It is surprisingly sturdy and well coated so it should resist corrosion for a few years. The additional baby swing is in storage until the next grandchild appears.It is well made and easy to assemble although fixing it to the grass needed a bit of thought as we do not want to dig up the lawn to put in concrete blocks. So I placed short lengths of wooden board beneath each leg. Drilled through them for each ground spike and now it is reasonably secure and will not sink into the ground.Al in all a good product.

I bought this as it has both seat types included and it works out much cheaper than buying them separately. The thing that is not so good is that the baby seat is very short as you are expected to build it at half size and then rebuild it a couple of years later which is pretty silly but I did that first but my granddaughter who is 1 managed to drag her feet on the ground so we had to put it to full height and the the straps are too short and she was really high up so i had to find something to lengthen the straps, which is much better. the normal child seat has ropes of a good length.

This swing is a really great product. We were looking for a baby swing when we saw both this one, and a nursery one in the argos catalogue. We bought this one because it converts to a childs swing when our baby is older.The nursery swing seat is made out of fabric and is very comfortable. Our son loves to swing in it, and it looks very safe. The ground pegs ensure the swing is secure, and these are concreted in for when the swing is used at full height for an older child.I would recommend anyone looking for a baby swing to buy this product because it will last a long time!!!

Was very easy to assemble - my husband done it and he's not normally that great at assembling things! The swing was as a Christmas present for our daughter, it has two heights, that grow with the child as it were, shes 9 months now and the swing is small enough to be used indoors - as the weather this time of year doesnt promote good swinging conditions! The 'baby seat is great, good support and the child can be tied in too - added safety. She loves it! As she gets bigger we can change the height and seat to suit - brilliant!

. This is swing is great firstly because its good value for the purchase price.. Its shape, padding and straps ensures my baby can use this swing safely and comfortably.. It can turn from a baby seat into a child seat which most baby ones don't therefore product will last longer and height on straps can be adjusted to adapt to individual babies/children.Its not too big for a garden if small and its easy to clean if necessary.My baby really likes this swing, she smiles with delight each time she uses it.

My 8 month old son loves his new swing. It took me about 20 mins to put it all together which I thought wasn't too bad, I'm sure Dad's could do it in half the time! The quality and design of the baby seat is really good. It's comfy for the baby and looks like it should stand the test of time. My only niggle is I wish the carabina's were 'clippy' so could easily take the seat off at night/ on bad weather days as it's material. Only used it as a baby swing so far but the quality of the junior seat looks good.

Bought 2 for 1 year old twins for the their first birthday. Very happy with purchase. Easy enough to assemble. Very safe seat for babies to sit in with a strap in belt as well.Only downside is that the poles are supposed to go into the ground to make swing stable, but due to the pole being open at one end and closed at the other, after one use the pole is full of dirt and is hard work to push into ground if you move them. Would recommend though as twins thoroughly enjoy them and are safe in them.

We bought this swing after finding it really hard to find one in stock and our daughter loves it. It took just over 1hr to put up, not bad as we are not very practical.We have it in the lowest setting (nursery) and it looks great. It was easy to anchor and feels sturdy. It is recommended to remove the seat in poor weather but we couldn’t work out how to do this without agonising over getting it tied up correctly again so we have made a cover for the seat out of bin bags which is doing the job.

Purchased this swing because it’s 2-in-1 so when my toddler gets bigger we don’t have to either bin it or sell it and buy another we can just transform it into a bigger swing for him which is fab, he loves it we haven’t really got anything bad to say about it apart from when we built it we realised there was a rip in the baby seat but I rang Argos and they reserved the last swing at my local store for me so I just popped down that day and it was a really easy smooth swap for a replacement one.

It did take two of us to put it together and was a bit fiddly but its a great swing and although we bought it for a two year old we found that the nursery swing hangs a bit low for us and the older swing for 3yrs + is a little too big for him at the moment. Overall though, we like it and are glad we got it as i'm sure little one will get plenty of use out of it soon. Also, it recommends concreting the posts in, but we found that hammering them into the ground (on grass) has worked fine for us.

I am very happy with the 2-in-1 swing, both my children love it! might even have to get another one for at grandparents house. It is easy to set up. However, the instructions are slightly misleading to the picture on the front in regards to the baby seat; if you follow the instructions fully it says to put it at it's full height but then the baby swing is too high up and the picture on the front shows it at it's lower setting so i just use it at the lower setting. Overall very happy with it.
