You have left me in a difficult situation with Christmas coming and the difficult job of replacing a sub standard product. I now have to decide whether I can replace this item in time for the big day. I would like to know how you plan to refund the postage payments I will accrue in sending the item back to you? As well as returning my money (including postage and packing).I do not believe that I should pay at all due to the item description being misleading and inaccurate.

I thought I was buying Brio, like my grown up children had about 20 years ago.It is however all the same size as some Brio I bought from a department store.I just hope it lives up to the same expectations. If it does, it is a good price for the amount purchased in this box.
