I am extremely satisfied with this drive. I mostly chose a Lacie as I already have two other drives made by them and they have given me excellent service.Initially there was a problem with this one - the setup assistant was not recognised and it was only showing a fraction of the memory that it should have. I contacted Lacie who took me through a procedure which re-formatted the drive and it is now working at as it should.I can recommend this drive but most of all, Lacie's help desk is excellent.
