Received the pan this week and made chilli in it. Surprisingly easy on my induction hob. Biggest problem was trying to decide if the one red ring (for low pressure), or two rings for high . If there is a fault it would be that as it was hard to see. Chilli turned out great in 8 minutes and cleaning the pan a breeze. I have an Instant pot which I love and make my own yoghurt and steam puddings (despite trying to convince myself I'm on a diet. Bought this small stove top pan as I wanted the ability to cook small amounts. Handle was not screwed up tightly when I received. Otherwise happy with purchase.

This pressure cooker has exceeded my expectation. It is easy to use and very well constructed. If you can afford it you should always buy the non-stick version which makes cooking and cleaning the product a joy.Unlike many other pressure cookers this one is more modest in size and is ideal for 1 person up to a small family.This product is very highly recommended for professional chefs right down to novices.

I had a Hawkins before this. Don't get me wrong, I love the style of it but this Kuhn is something else. It's polite, efficient and on time. Just like the Swiss! It's just about right for cooking for me and my two girls. Might even stretch to four. I use it for curries mainly. Still can't believe chicken is cooked to tender in 8mins! How does everyone not know about these things??

Bought this as I make a lot of Indian curries for my cafe bar, cooking meat usually takes ages but with this I am able to pressure cook the meat which leaves the meat tender and cuts down the time of cooking. So far no problems. Will be purchasing a larger one for home shortly.

I've used several pressure cookers, this is one of the best. Quick to come to pressure, quiet and easy to use. Used daily for several months now, have bought a second one as a gift. I also have one of the larger Kuhn Rikon pressure cookers which is just as good.

Excellent pressure cooker pan - buy the one with titanium non stick base- benefit over normal size pressure cooker is that its reduced volume means it comes to heat quicker and cooks faster
