So far - fantastic! The girls (who are six years old) didn't put these on their Christmas list's but we all know that Santa sometimes brings gifts you haven't asked for. It was the first thing they both wanted to open on Christmas day and play with and so we got them out and have been on the dining room table ever since and are gone back to all day - the most played with item so far this Christmas.They are really looking forward to finishing them and you can see the picture building up which is great for keeping them interested - easy enough for them to do themselves once set off. The only thing we do for them is pre-punch the holes slightly in the polystyrene which stops the pins from wobbling

I bought this for my 6 year-old daughter for Christmas and we're probably a third of the way through. Have been completing one lot of coloured sequins at a time and so far haven't run out of a colour. Having said that we still have the larger coloured sections to do so will review product again if I do run out! Anyway, she's loved doing it, my almost four year-old son's loved doing it and I love doing it!! Have been tempted to do some when the kids are in bed but my husband said that was sad!! A great product that will definitely be purchased again for my kids and for presents for others. Just not too excited about the prospect of it being hung in my lounge once completed!!

My daughter loved this. It's good for helping them concentrate, but do expect to be picking sequins off the floor while the work is going on. We used a magnet to keep all the pins together. The finished picture looks great up in my daughter's room and she is thrilled with it.Like other reviewers, we ran out of sequins. I emailed Sequin Art who sent more sequins within 2-3 days, so I would advise prospective buyers just to be aware that this might happen - but not to worry about it as more sequins are easily forthcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more of these - in fact my daughter is already choosing her next one...

Have to say my daughter had this for Christmas and absolutely loved it but as in other review we ran out of sequins after hours and hours of work. My daughter was devastated. Rang the company who makes them and to be fair they sent more of the correct colour by first class post so saved the day. Great product, great fun but KSG please make sure you include enough sequins in the first place! My advice is to buy this as it is really lovely but keep the card with the contact details on it and warn your child that this might happen!

This is a really lovely sequin art set that I got for my 8 year old to do, she thinks it's great as she can complete as much or as little as she likes at one time, she's finding it easy as it's all colour coded so she tends to pick one colour at a time to do. She's really looking forward to finishing it as it is going to look amazing when it's all done and she'll be really proud of the finished product.

These are lovely art and craft toys, which my daughter loves. The only downside is that when we first received this 'Junior' sequin art, we thought a part was missing, as unlike the non 'junior' sequin arts, it only comes with a paper background that you stick the sequins onto not a velour one. It wasnt until we purchased another 'junior' one that we realised. Lovely item though, and would recommend.

Bought as a Christmas present for our youngest grandaughter who loves doing practical things. She was very impressed and couldn't wait to get started. We visited 4 days after Christmas and she had done nearly 2 thirds of it and I was most impressed. It is not simple and requires patience and concentration but is well worthwhile.A very good product, good delivery time and well packaged.

This was purchased for my grand-daughter as a birthday present. Of all the presents she received this was the first one used. Although I have not yet seen the completed picture, my daughter assures me it turned out really well. Saw similar products in local Department stores at about £5 more expensive - so this was definitely good value for money.

Bought for my daughter's 8th birthday. She has been enjoying making the picture, but after many hours spent pinning it is still not finished. Now she has put it away for a while and I wonder if she'll ever complete it. But even if she doesn't, it has occupied her and kept her happy for ages.

My 9 year old daughter loved this. Great for concentration and keeping your child occupied on a rainy day. Although it can be a bit fiddly, the overall result is well worth it. My teenage daughter even joined in and now wants a set for herself! Had plenty of sequins left over at the end.

Great Item and looks beautiful once completed, but if you are buying for a 4+ as it says on the box I do think the age is wrong, I think even an 8 year old would struggle with all the pins, I bought it for my daughter who is 10 and she struggled and I ended up doing it.

Involves a lot of precision and concentration from my daughter whos 9 to complete.She really enjoys completing it and the final picture she was well chuffed with.Was a lot better than I thought for the money and it came really quickly as usual with Amazon products.

This is a beautiful gift and a very good size, larger than expected. Very clear instructions, enjoyable to do and beautiful result to hang on the wall. Excellent value for money. I bought this for a 10 year old but my 15 year old loves doing these too (and me!)

This product is perfect for a first time sequin art. There is no guide for this sequin art because it shows you the colours of the sequins and where to put the pin. This is a beautiful picture when it is complete.

Just what my 10 year old daughter wanted. better price than in shops. Arrived quickly and in good condition. Hadn't realised just how addictive these are for children - kept her quiet for hours!
