I first saw this product being demonstrated on a certain Craft TV channel where it was being sold with some "baker's twine" for £29.99, I liked what I saw just didn't like the price so when I found it on Amazon at less than half that price I bought it.I make jewellery & jewellery needs boxes. This is a great product and is easy to use to make an assortment of boxes for rings, pendants and bracelets. Bigger boxes are a great size for sweets and giving a great presentation for your cupcakes. A nicely made box can make a simple gift look luxurious. I like to use a thicker card stock for making the boxes. I like a pearlised or a matt foiled card run through an embossing folder as a lovely base to work with.

A neat little punch board that produces professional looking gift bags. The largest size of paper to use to make the biggest bag is approximately 30cm square so it's not for enormous bags. I used paper that was approx. 25cm wide by approx. 20cm tall (the smallest size bag); the finished bag is approx 7cm wide by 5cm deep by 17cm tall and will easily hold something like chocolates or small cosmetic items or a bottle of perfume. I like that the additional function of the punch is to make neat holes in the top of the bag so ribbon can be threaded through for a tie.The instructions are good but it is a tricky design so I watched an easily accessed Youtube video and found that much more helpful.

This is a great product it, makes excellent quality boxes really easily and quickly and the fact you don't need adhesive is really convenient. I love that this board has a fold out arm for longer card sizes and for anyone who has the envelope punch board and struggles withthe fact you cannot score the full length of bigger envelopes on it, if you mark just the start of where the line is on it, then bring your card over and line it up with the little red bit on the box board you can score it right along when the arm is extended. I have removed a star because based on the envelope board I expected this board to be much more versatile in terms of the range of sizes and shapes you can make.

It's a handy tool and I will use it when I want to make a large quantity of favour boxes, or similar -but for the odd one off, or special gift I'm more likely to make my own using a paper template. You do have to practice and find the right paper/cardstock weight and be careful when lining up against the green line for the first punch/score -otherwise you may find it is slightly off kilter when you bring both sides together.Also you'll get a much more professional look if you finish it off with your own embellishments, this has the added advantage of drawing the eye away from the 'not-so-perfectly-crisp'

I was really excited and couldn't wait for this board to arrive and when it finally did - I hesitated to open it up and use it! I think it's because it looked so fragile and delicate and I thought maybe I would break it or damage it in someway, but I found when I finally started handling the board and using it that it is quite a sturdy little device and can make a variety of lovely little gift bags in different heights and widths. It does take a little while to understand the concept of how it works, but once you do, it is a brilliant little device and I think even if you aren't a into crafting like I am you should buy it out of necessity and put your own spin on a gift bag for a loved one.

Love this board! It took slightly longer to get into it than it did the envelope board but then I've been making envelopes for 17 years. I'll state the glaringly obvious : make sure that your paper strips are straight. Also, when sticking two strips together for the larger flowers make sure that they are end to end and not overlapping and if, like me, you are using sticky tape you only have to stick halfway up and put the open side into the punch - not stated in the instructions.I love the sizes, the larger ones are huge. Plenty of scope for experimenting and, as mentioned elsewhere, tutorials on YouTube. Recommended.

The product arrived in time given, 3 weeks. It came from aboard, though not sure where.W R Memory Keepers is a family run company that makes market leading products that are simply perfect. This product is beautifully made and is a credit to the person/people who designed it. The scoring tool is a pleasure to handle and has a softener in the plastic so it runs smoothly. It is a quality item that has clear photo and written instructions on how to create 3 different sized bags beautifully. I saw it on a shopping channel for sale nearly twice the price and looked on line for it else where saving a bundle.

This works in exactly the same way as the 123 and envelope boards, just on a smaller scale. This does mean that greater accuracy is required, both in cutting the initial paper square and in aligning it on the board, to ensure the finished envelope is neat. The board has both imperial and metric measurements marked on it, but only the imperial instructions are on the board itself, the metric ones supplied on the instruction booklet. The only drawback is that the paper size/ card size/ score line instructions are absolutely tiny and the alternate lines printed white on blue are almost impossible to read.

It takes a bit of practice, i practiced on cheap copy paper at first - rather than waste expensive craft paper. Glad i did, because my first 3 attempts were not so hot :-( However, after i got the knack of it, i thought it was really cool.You could create the same result with a good score board, but i love gadgets and this does save bothering with larger equipment (after you master the simple technique of course).I must say though, i was not impressed with the way my board was parceled up - there was not enough protection padding around it and it was a miracle it didn't get broken in transit.

I bought this to help me make 170 luggage tag place cards for a friend’s wedding. I wasn’t sure at first whether it would be able to withstand such a high volume of use but I wasn’t disappointed! It was easy to use and worked a charm. I think I’ll be able to continue using this for some time - Yey!I was using it on Daler Rowney canford card which is 300gsm.My only criticism would be that the size of the hole is very small. I’m hoping that it won’t cause a problem. If there were a way to adjust the hole size depending on the luggage tag size, I would give this five stars

I love these. I took a long time to work out how to use it. My son finally worked it out. And once you get the hang of it it's a great little tool. The bags you make are not huge. They are small. Tho you can make them longer by using longer paper. But they are very cute. Do what a few you tube vids or use the instructions. But I found the instructions a bit confusing. They are two steps pictures, made to look like one step, so it gets confusing, till you know this. Make sure you know this and are familiar with how it all is laid out. Then you'll be confident making them.

Absolutely love this item! I journal in my bible and this is perfect for punching (approx 6cm x 4cm) letters and numbers.Saves a fortune on buying alpha or numerical stickers.Comes with an easy-to-understand instructional booklet and within a couple of minutes I understood completely how it works.Step 1: Cut pieces of paper or card to size (3.8cm x 6.4cm).Step 2: Turn to the correct letter page in the instructional booklet.Step 3: Follow the instructions to cut out the required letter of the alphabet or number 0-9.Really impressed.

I watched several tutorials on this before ordering. It is useful and I can now make Whale Tail Tabs as there is no tab punch available, so far, for this design. But as far as making file tabs is concerned, it takes a few tries before success is achieved. Using the paper cutter that is part of its design, I accidentally cut into the tab so I would advise having "try outs" on odd bits of card first.As with all WeR Memory pieces, it is good quality but think it is probably over priced for its limited use.

I have the 123 punch board by We R Memory Keepers but have found I only really use it to make smallish envelopes. When this mini envelope punch board was released I was beyond excited. Not only is it much smaller and lighter making it more portable, it also makes my favourite size envelope and even smaller versions. I love the fact it comes with a mini creased as well. This product is definitely worth the money as it is well made, punches even thinner papers neatly, and makes perfect envelopes every time.
