When my old Turtle beach headset broke after some years of use I decided to try and save some money, we all know most popular brands over charge simply for their reputation after all, and I bought one of the cheapest sets I could find on Amazon. They were ok - did the job for a week, until they suddenly cut out and died on me mid game. I realised the cheapest sets were not going to cut it, so I looked for something mid price range and discovered these gems. Oh my, these are far superior to the Turtle beach set I had at well over double this price. The sound quality is perfect, as an audiophile I find it difficult to imagine how these can be topped for gaming (I listen to music with my system, not usually headphones, will certainly have to test these compared to my senheiser cans). The build quality is better than the Turtle beach set I owned, I am seriously impressed by this start up company and their apparent commitment to delivering superior design, quality and innovation to their products.I am starting to sound like a paid advertisement now, which is unfortunate as I received no money, but I am slightly overwhelmed when I receive first class quality backed by a 2 year promise of what appears to be first class service at half of the price of their competitors. In this day and age, this is indeed a very rare thing, so I even looked forward to writing a review about this product and the company. They are absolutely comfortable to wear, I suspect some people may think they are too tight but with some adjustment by pulling the cups down a little further, I find they fit around my ear very nicely and deliver accurate sound for positioning in games. What is more, I can finally hear my team mates clearly again and I am told I am crystal clear on their end. There is always the argument that you need stereo 'phones for accurate sound placement in FPS, well I'm no longer a believer in that either, I have had much more accurate positioning in the last few days with these than ever before using stereo. It is also SO much more immersive, in a dark room at night I feel I am really right there in the action. Just astounding. The design is very interesting, with metal mesh panels covering the LED logo on the side, and although I do look somewhat like a robot while wearing them I can tell that each decision made during manufacturing was for my benefit - the 'squeeze' for example cuts ambient sound to such levels that I missed a package from the postman (I could hear the door with my Turtle beach set).Sound is crisp and loud enough that I find myself turning the volume down a fair bit more than I normally ever have, with the added vibration effect the bass 'kick' is satisfying and actually addds a slightly new dimension to the experience - it is quite hard to explain but it seems to surround the bass sounds with a warm envelope, so that as I was running along the ground or shooting in a game there is a reverberation somewhat similar to a sub woofer although obviously in a localised area. At first it was a little strange and annoying so I kept turning it off, however I now leave it on and am loving it.I don't sit right next to my rig while I play, so I would have liked just a little bit more cord, but it is still more than enough that I can sit quite far from the computer and game without my coolers blowing all over me. The cord itself looks rugged, the braided design will last for time, I am sure. Perhaps one gripe would be the slightly clunky volume control which although works flawlessly with no hiss or crackles introduced into the sound when moved just seems a little bit bulky. I think most sets I have come across have this so perhaps it is intentional to keep this thing alive for years to come. In an ideal world I would have an LED on the volume control to know when the microphone mute toggle is active too. The volume control could be a little higher on the cord so that it doesn't slip off your lap, as others have suggested, but again this is really just being very picky for the sake of a review that might help someone. It took minutes to download and install the drivers, the product looks like it is worth far more money than I paid and the quality of sound is simply astounding. The thing that really sold me on this company is their clear concern for the customers experience, it is a rare thing to back your product for 2 years and I doubt I will ever have to call them based on how rugged these feel. This is the best purchase I have made this year, and leaves me a little warm and fuzzy inside. I only hope I 'need' to buy more of their products in future as the need arises, because I am blown away, and I always like to support good, honest people like this, thank you KLIM! I know you have a tester program and you are welcome to contact me in regards to this if you ever need, I feel like I am going to be using your products for many happy years to come. You need this headset in your lives.

My KLIM Pumas arrived this morning so I've had a few hours using this product at this point, and so far I am very impressed.Build Quality:These feel really well made and the shape being similar to Siberia 350s (which broke on me and I bought the KLIM Puma to replace) which makes them already quite familiar to use/hold for myself. I would say these have a much better build quality as they dont creak or twist unexpectedly, and overall are very secure but also have the necessery flexibility so there isn't any fear of breakage when using them. Very nice material on the headset cable too!Comfort:So light to wear, its a blessing to actually use them; prior to these I would have said the Siberia 350s were the most comfortable I had used but these actually stand out from them on this front as they also don't move around needlessly when you move your head. I used to own Roccat Kaves and you couldn't wear them for longer an hour due to their weight, but the KLIM Pumas are really light and comfortable so far and feel I could wear them for days without issue!Sound:Crystal clear and very high-quality! It has great noise cancelling with the cups covering your ears nicely (and I've got quite big ears lol) blocking outside noise really effectively; and if you are playing loud music/sounds then that sound is also effectively blocked from your microphone too. The vibration feature is pretty outstanding; it doesn't slam you with distorted sound either. Its a bit suprising how it identifies the sound ranges to generate a vibration from; its done wonders with some music you wouldn't expect. In games, the feature is f*****g dope if you are in an intense firefight/race etc. and I don't think I can ever go back to a headset that doesn't have that kind of feature.Microphone:Spins round to deploy, its a nice mechanism on it and doesn't feel cheap/likely to break. The mic seems pretty durable and is (reportedly) very clear and without issue over Discord/Skype. No complaints at all here!In-Line:The In-Line Controller is so much more well made than what was on my Siberias/Roccasts - It isn't as unwieldy as it first looks and the volume control is nice and quick to use, with the Mic and Vibrate buttons being quite readily accessible without needing to look at the controller. There is pretty much no weight to the In-Line Controller either contrary to its appearance and its shape actually lends itself to not causing problems with the cable/movement like other headsets controllers.Overall:As the headlines states 'I've never bought a headset before that immediately ticked every box!' - I'm probably going to get myself a second pair for work next month because these are really great, for the price and quality I am well impressed and won't be looking for another gaming headset for a long time to come.

I Purchased this headset back in April 2018, and its now December 2019, so that's what? a good 1 year and 8 months ago. Anyways the head set is absolutely amazing and i have not got a single regret buying this to this day. This review is my opinion and an honest one at that, I have not received money from KLIM for this review.MIC -Mic quality is amazing, I have purchased more expensive headphones in the past from more well-known companies (back in april the company is was new) that have been much worse. I use these on discord almost every day and I speak to many new people and I've not had a single complaint about how I sound, or background noise etc. They are not too sensitive to pickup your S/O asking you to do the dishes so you're good there. The mic quality is actually very impressive.COMFORTABILITY -First thing I want to point out here is the fact that I wear glasses 24/7 so I was worried the headphones would be a little uncomfortable but they are 100% comfy and my glasses do not bother me at all. I play games for quite lengthy times, we are talking anything between 4-12 hours per session here and this headset still feels like I just put it on after a lengthy session.SOUND -I'm no audiophile so I can't really give a professional opinion on the sound, I'm just an average joe who enjoys gaming. These are more than ideal, they sound great, I mean really great especially when you're listening/playing something that has a bit if bass and you have the "V" button on (vibration inside the headset) then it really sounds and feels good.Quality -These feel great, the cables braided so it wont get damaged very easily, the headset has a matte finish around the plastics so that avoids all fingerprints. I love the idea of the headband being very light, it feels like it's on springs, it will fit anybody. The padding on the headset is very comfy, not sure what the material is but mine has started to wear a little, this does not affect performance of any kind.**I would like to add a note here that my headset started to develop a slight rattle in the left section of the headphones, this was intermittent and did not affect the sound at all, just an annoying noise every now and again. I contacted KLIM about this issue and they offered a replacement at no extra cost, KLIM has covered the shipping costs too. I absolutely love this from KLIM, great customer service.**Verdict -If I threw these against the wall in a fit of rage and smashed them to smithereens would I buy another pair? Hell yeah!Seriously this is a good headset and back up by greater customer service. The only problem had been with the rattle (see quality) and the foam ear padding wearing away slightly, but this is just normal wear and tear.

As of this review I've only has the headset for a week.TL/DR: Good value, comfortable, durable, good sound for price, vibrate is gimmicky but can be fun.Pros:* Comfortable, cushions are nice and breathable, headband system makes it sit nicely on my big head.* Value, This is easily as good as/better than my old headset which was almost double the price.* Vibrate function adds some nice depth/immersion to explosions in games and bass in music.Cons:* Mic lowering/raising mechanism is finicky and not very easy to use when wearing the headset.* Basic options in the drivers settings. My initial impressions of the headset on unboxing were; it looks well built,no obvious flimsy bits of plastic; the cushions and headband are both very comfortable while remaining breathable; the mechanism to flip up and down the mic isn't great/easy, especially where wearing it; nice braided cable and good rubber connections at the terminals, looks like it will last well; reasonably heavy when in the hand but the headband system makes it feel weightless on the head. One of the things that really attracted me to this headset is the design of the headband, I've had two headsets previously that both snapped where the headband meets the earpiece (I'll add picture later) after a couple of years of use. On this headset the angle of the connection means that when stretching it apart to put it on there is no lateral shear on the plastic components so fingers crossed I shouldn't have this issue down the line. After plugging in and installing the driver played around with the settings and tested with music and some gameplay. The settings provided by the driver are pretty basic but do the job and on default settings the sound quality is good. I'm as yet undecided on the vibrate system, it was quite fun listening to some bass heavy music, makes you feel like you're in front of a big speaker at a gig. However after listening to music for around 10 minutes started to feel weird so think it might get annoying for long term use, but the quick button on the mid cable control box makes it very easy to turn on and off. In game I think i'd always keep the vibrate on, I was playing Xcom 2 probably not the best to showcase it, but even so it's a nice bit of immersion when you chuck a grenade and get that real deep boom from the vibrate. Due to the game I can't comment on the virtual surround sound but from doing a sound test to ping each of the virtual speakers it does sound like it's coming from the right directions so should be ok.I haven't had the chance to test it on voice comms (Skype, TeamSpeak etc.) yet, might come back and update this.

As of initial thoughts, it's only just arrived today about an hour ago.Okay...First thought, it looks better than it does in the picture. I was a little unsure of how it looked but, upon seeing it in person it looks much nicer.Second, it installed right away with no problems, which was nice. The previous headset I bought off of Amazon, it took it a good 10 minutes to install.Third, the audio is clear and precise. I thought it was pretty quiet at first which I was a bit... ehhh about. But, then I realised that the headsets volume control was low, turning it up it was almost WAYYYY to loud for me. So, good for people that are semi deaf perhaps?Fourth, it is very comfortable,it fits entirely around my ears and I feel no pressure. Extremely soft. So, I can see on the days that I amplaying games on my computer online using this, it will be pretty comfy!Anyway, time will tell. I will try to remember to come back to update this review in a month or so. (I will also come back later once I'vetested the microphone out and update this in reference to that as well!)But, on terms of first appearance and use, they're great.Oh! There is a final point, delivery was extremely quick. But, I think that's more Amazon than KLIM.EDIT 1The microphone after having used it on TS, apparently is clear and well defined. (I don't know for sure, but, going on what my friend said.)EDIT 2Having tested the headset for a few weeks now, I can say I'm very pleased with them. The mic seems responsive. At least, I've not had anyone complain that I sound robotic, or that there's a lot of noise being picked up.(besides my music which I often blast out.)In summary, all in all, this headset is very nice. Responsive, good quality, sturdy build and comfy.I am hoping that I won't need to buy another headset for quite some time to come, but, if I do...I would happily buy from KLIM again.Further Update: As of today 14/09/2018, my headphones developed a fault, namely the cable broke.I contacted the customer service and immediately they were happy to help me, not evenslightly concerned that I bought the product back in January. All round KLIM is a great company.100% happy with the product and service.Edit Update: 26/05/2021 they still work great! The sound is still perfectly clear. The bass works well. And they still work perfectly for games such as Rainbow Six Siege.Or, well... any game really.

I had this product for 8 months which then developed an issue with the left speaker losing audio occasionally (I believe it was a fault with the in-line controls). So I contacted Klim and explained the problem to them and they basically ended up sending me a new headset.I didn't even have to return my old one for them to inspect or repair. I presume this had something to do with the current lockdown from Covid-19 (they explained they didn't want me to have to go out unnecessarily) and also due to the specific issue I raised and how I communicated clearly what I believed to be the problem.Anyway, the whole process was completed in under 24 hours over a couple of emails. The new pair must have been dispatched immediately as it took less than 48 hours to arrive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole process was an excellent example of how customers services should be handled. The KLIM-Puma headset is an amazing piece of kit. At the price point you probably won't get anything nearly as good.Audio:The audio is of a high quality and you get a very good range of sound, I've used these to play games and listen to music. Obviously if you're an audiophile looking to do some elaborate audio mixing etc. then it's probably not for you.Mic:The mic is clear and produces a very respectable level of audio quality when I've tested it with recordings. My voice sounds normal and there isn't any interference. My friends also say that when I speak it's very easy to hear me and understand what I'm saying.Everything else on this headset is just good. The cable is of a high quality braided material, sturdy but adequately flexible. The in line control wheel is responsive and doesn't "glide" there is a decent amount of resistance on it. The buttons operate really well, they give a good satisfying click when pushed, they aren't too stiff or too loose. The light on the end of the mic is a nice addition, although I would also/instead of appreciated a light on the in-line device which would be easier to look at.The rumble "boom" affect that you can activate on the headset is cool and it does give you an added layer of emersion within games and music. It can be disables though if it's not to your liking.5/5 stars, I was going to purchase another before they sent me a new one, even though it had only technically lasted 8 months, that's how good it is.

I bought this headset to replace my Corsair one after the microphone snapped off.Pro's;-Very comfortable fit & weight on the head, for me it fits very well-The Vibration feature is superb for added imersion. I play Company of Heroes & a multitude of other RTS & FPS games. You'll find this headset incredibly immersive during big battles & gun fights.- The Microphone does not pick up excessive audio from the background in my experience so far.-Honestly - the audio quality is absolutely on par with the named brand big boys. I have owned a few headsets in my time of PC gaming and this definately sits on par with them in terms of audio quality.Once you adjust the sound settings to your liking you'll be very happy im sure.Con's:- The headset is a solid build however, it is very plasticy for my liking. Like i said it is a solid unit so im sure it will be fairly durable. For this price i cant really complain too much though.- The microphone is very limited in movement compared to other headsets. I believe you can only rotate the microphone away or towards your mouth.- The braided cable likes to loop itself & it doesnt feel like the highest of quality cables so i'm expecting this will be the future problem with the headset. All in all i think this is a perfect headset for anyone starting out with using headsets and gaming & for anyone looking for a decent headset for a low price. I think the audio quality is fantastic for the price & the vibration feature really does add to the immersion of games. I think the build quality could be better & the braiding needs to be better. The microphone will be an issue for some people im sure however this isnt an issue for me.All in all i'd give this a 4/5.

The Good:- It's at a better price than most gaming headsets that offer 7.1 Surround Sound.- It's a VERY durbable headset and doesn't feel cheap.- The sound quality is great and can go up to some very insane volumes and remain clear if you want it to.- Has very clear controls and the software it uses is very straight forward.- I think it's a cool headset with some actual style to it that isn't just E-Sports. I think the white version of this headset has a style which is somewhere between Modern Minamlism and Space Age.- It's quite a lightweight headset.- It has the clearest Mic of any Headset Mic I've used so far. It let's me sound like me to others. For Clarity, I give it a 9.5/10. For Accuracy,I give it a 8/10.The Bad:- It doesn't have any real adjust options other than "sit it on your head and position the microphone" so if you've got a big-ish head like me, you'll find that you'll want to give it a break after a few days.- It just sort of adjusts to the shape of your head after a while so when you initially get the headset, you'll have to wear it in and it'll be quite tight at first.- It would be nice if they were designed to be easy to remove and washable. My last set are still in working order, it's just when I checked to see if I could take the Ear pads off, I found that I couldn't put them back on.Other:- The Rumble feature works well for games. Can work for Music with a hard Bass to it. It's a nice feature. If you want Rumble, great. If you don't want Rumble, it isn't a deal breaker anyways as you can just toggle the feature off and enjoying just using the good headset as a good headset.

Other than having slight comfort issues which comes with trying to wear most headsets with glasses for many hours, the Klim Puma stands out to me as one of the best headsets you can get for its price.(though I can't tell you what it is like to use for console gaming)The production value for this headset is brilliant. They haven't cut any corners by trying to make it out of cheap materials or by compromising on its integrity for the sake of flashiness as many other gaming headsets tend to do but instead it has a more robust minimalist design with enough nuanced style to stop it from seeming generic whilst also saving me from that feeling of spending too much money on what could be considered atacky esports-esc that is trying too hard to be cool/seem of value. The 7.1 Surround Sound Audio it produces is on par with £80ish headsets I've had in the past wavering towards having a strong bass, mid tone and it doesn't cut out on the higher frequencies or making them tinny. In regards to the vibration feature though, it only triggers when you're playing a game (if you turn the feature on) as it takes the signals from the game similarly to how a controller vibrates rather than responding to heavier sounds in a track so it doesn't actually have any application with anything outside of gaming.Overall, this is a very good headset to pick with its only real shortcoming being that it doesn't have the longest cable so you should consider getting a USB extension if you want to use this for VR gaming/want to walk a good distance from your computer.

I’ve been using these headphones for a few days now and I have to say they are nothing short of superb. The sound quality is amazing, compared to any headphones I’ve had before they wipe the floor with the competition. Regardless of whether it’s gaming or listening to music the bass is incredible in these and with the vibration feature it adds a whole new layer to this. Gun fights are now even more immersive due to the vibrations and the over the ear noise cancelling effect. Never have I felt so into a game than I have whilst wearing these. Same goes for music, the vibrations from the bass make listening even more enjoyable.Overall I don’t think you’re going to find much better sound quality from headphones.I’ve rated durability for 5 even though I’ve only just got them, simply because I can tell. The braided cord, the feel of the headphones, is enough in comparison to others to know that they’re built to last. If I remember I will come back to this and update later on in the year.Mic quality is clear and crisp from what I’ve been told, not much to say in regards to that.As for the headphones themselves, the elastic top is a great way to get a perfect fit on your head. The design is great, and they can be worn for a long time without any issues.Seriously if you have any doubts just read the reviews, they speak the honest truth. Oh and the little note that came with it made my day. Very amusing. Lovely to see a company that knows how to have fun but also puts the consumer first with its great products.

So, let's get to the point. I wanted THE best quality headphones that fitted within my budget and most importantly, was both comfortable and light weight (because of course, i'll be gaming with them on for a while). Seeing as these were highest rated, and after looking at the reviews, I picked these ones. Espeically since they were money off which made me think 'Bargain!' Clicked order, and within 36 hours they were at my door! Incredible! The reviews didn't lie. They were extremely comfortable. Sound quality was great. And my boyfriend heard my voice perfectly through the party chat using its mic. They work by plugging them into the USB of the PS4. So if your console is a little far from your couch (i'd say more than 2/3 metres away),I suggest getting a USB extension. My only little flaw is that there isn't a button to switch off the red LED lights, which is annoying because as a gamer I want to keep them plugged in to my console when finished. But, it's an issue that can be dealt with honestly if one doesn't mind unplugging it everytime. :)My final say has to be the personal email I got from the company (KLIM) which made them. I received it whilst sat in McDonalds the morning after I ordered them. My god. It was amazing. They really have a sense of humour this company, and they clearly show the greatest of attention for customer satisfaction. The small team even signed all their signatures on the papers included in the box which have I have never experienced before. Highly recommend!

I bought the headphones after they were recommended to me by a friend. I was already using other KLIM products and was convinced that the headphones will prove to be worth their price, and they have not disappointed me.Wearing the headset it very comfortable. There is nothing such as too much pressure, even after hours of gaming. The sound quality is awesome and I really like that there is an extra wheel to adjust the volume. This allows me to do so whenever I want without using the windows sound control every time. The vibration on low frequency sounds is also great and really adds something to the gaming experience, especially when there are guns fired, something explosed,or you are simply riding your horse in red dead redemption. Also this function, however, can easily be turned off by the click of a button next to the volume wheel. Also the microphone can be switched on and off on the control panel and a light on the microphone indicates whether it is turned on or off.The quality of the microphone is also amazing. I have asked other friends how they would rate the quality of the revorded voice and they approved (and I have recorded myself with it to check it).Ultimately, the only problem with the microphone, and the headset in general, is that it catches electric interferences. Sometimes, others can hear a quiet but constant noise if I have my phone too close by. Regarding negative points, however, that's about it.I can totally recommend this headset.

At first I was fairly concerned about buying a gaming headset on Amazon from a company I'd never previously heard of however I can safely say I hold no regrets over choosing this headset. The sound quality works really well and is great for games such as COD, CS and such where listening to footsteps is vital for gameplay. I also really enjoyed watching YouTube videos through the headset; due to an unfortunate circumstance me and my immediate family had been forced to leave our home by our mum's ex, meaning these are great for me to watch videos through while still being able to hear everything clearly without disturbing my younger sister and mother.Although I haven't had much opportunity totest out the microphone; I did do a few short tests and can say that the mic cane out clearly and also didn't pick up any background noise which is a lot more than I can say for headsets I've bought in the same price range. Finally, for the overall feel of the product I was pleasently surprised. The headset it very light and flexible while still feeling as though it is very durable and unlikely to break any time soon. It feels very soft and comfortable against my ears, even when wearing glasses making it great for long periods of gaming.Overall, I am overjoyed with the headset and will immediately look towards KLIM in the future for great quality at such an affordable price- great for a broke university student like myself!

I am new tot he online gaming world and really didnt know what to look for in a headset. I did a lot of searching via Amazon and other websites reading reviews of some of the bigger brands. But kept seeing so many mixed reviews it was hard to tell. Then I came across the KLIM PUMA. All the reviews were positive and for the price I thoguht it was worth the risk. They have arrived today and wow!I havent used them for gaming yet but I have used them for listening to music whilst I work from home and also watched a few 7.1 surround sound test videos.Audio from this headset is amazing, with the 7.1 you get a true feeling of where the sound is supposed to sound like it is coming from and yuo feel really immersed in whatever you are watching, listening to or playing. The vibration, I can see being a fun gimmic when playing games and getting shot at or crashing etc but I am really impressed with the added feeling it give you when listening to music, it really is like being in the club at your favourite concert/ DJ set etc.Ive tested the Mic using sound recording on my laptop and the Mic pics you up loud and clear. No complaints there.Excellent Product - looks and feels sturdy. Nice gaming design - the only improvement I could suggest would be for the Mic to be removable for if you are just using it for music. But that isnt a negative, just a suggested improvement.

Very happy with the quality of the product.I’ve had many headsets overtime, but these headsets are defenetly my favorite. There’s a great level of details and attention to the headsets, the materials are very good, the design is just right, not too crazy but not too boring. When it comes to function, the headsets do a great job to deliver and satisfy. Same can be said regarding the level of comfort when wearing them, not heavy, but not too light. You don’t have to do any adjustments to them, the design of the headsets kind does it itself.Honestly, if a big name company such as Corsair, razor or Logitech ( you name it) would own and sell this product, they would inflate the price for these headsets to £100+ as you wouldn’t only buy a good product but you’d buy the brand and name.Looks to me that this company is new in the market and they’re genuinely trying to make a good product so that they can rival other big name companies.Unlike other companies and products, the money you spend for this product is well worth. If you want to buy a good quality product that will last you, id put my money in this product.Installing the headsets was fairly simple, no extra software was needed. Although you can go on their website and download it. But the headsets work perfectly without it. Just plug in and enjoy.
