When it arrived it didn't seem to work and only worked in 1 of my PC's USB hubs. After getting in touch with customer support (who were quirky, knowledgeable and extremely helpful) they replaced it and it worked perfectly. Because of how friendly the support was I don't even count this as a bad experience (and I'm normally not easy to please).The fit is quite loose - not falling off but not so tight so those with a small head will have an issue. It is, however, comfortable, well balanced and not at risk of falling off for me. It fully encompasses my ears without touching them for a very relaxed and ambient feel.Mic is very clear, and the software gives a mic boost too.Like most USB mics it's ok but not that loud on max, with the boost you can take it down 20%. A bit of background sound gets through but it's clear enough I can turn it down a touch and get a good setting. It doesn't need to be particularly close to the mouth either, so I can keep it clear of breathing sounds and have an nice unobtrusive mic.Sound is clear and seems to have a good balance of sound to them. The bass isn't super deep although good for the price. The highs are balanced though, without a feel of being tinny or thin. The phones are not fully noise cancelling but the sound is very clear even with background sound and without being set too loud so I'm happy with that result. Taking the set off you can barely hear it so it doesn't leak out and doesn't need to be loud for it to be very clear. The only negative is the "7.1" (needs their software installed) seems like a gimic. Equaliser fine, handful of reverb presets fine, 3d setting fine, 7.1 rotating orbit thing...I just don't get it. I doubt that's the phones though - just the whole concept - and I don't need it turned on so no issue. Not like I paid extra for it.Overall: comfy, decent, and particularly good for the price.

This comes in quite a nice box. I know it's a minor thing but it makes you feel you bought a good product.The band is easily adjustable and well padded, making it comfortable for extended gaming sessions. The ear pads are comfortable, too, and don't let in much external noise. There are some external lights on the back of the speakers that have a bright blue glow to show that the headphone lead is plugged in. I don't really care for them but it may appeal to some.The lead seems sturdy and is definitely long enough for my needs. It doesn't kink and doesn't seem to have any problem with bends or snagging.The sound is spacious and gives you a great sense of direction. I got these to game with,and I do feel I would prefer a slightly higher bass, but it would probably drown a lot of the detail in the sound and I really do get a sense of where sound is coming from using them. I'm often shouting that something has come from my back left when playing PUBG and it is always correct. You don't just feel that a sound is to a side of you, but also in front or behind. It's clever stuff.I don't know how well the mic works. I am told my voice is clear and loud with them (although it can sometimes pick up particularly heavy typing on my part) and that is more than good enough for me. I haven't recorded myself to check.Overall I am more than happy with the purchase and would recommend them.

I had my first set from April this year, very light, do not crush your ears, which good for me being a glasses wearer, sound quality is great to, easy to install, sound drivers worked great from the website download too.Had an issue with first set, had problems last week and started to get noises from the right ear, the support i got was amazing, checked to see if it was a loses screw, sent photos and showed how to deal with the problem.Turned out to be faulty and replacement was sent out, looking for a good quality headset then this way to go.I had way more expensive headsets and the plastic broke on it, can not recommend these enough, great product and great support

I think above all else the customer service from KLIM outranked everything. Luis was so helpful in making sure I received the right product fitted for my fiancé. The headset themselves are gorgeous, comfortable and creates the best sound for playing games such as Fortnite, or Red Dead as you can hear footsteps and smaller noises incredibly well. Not to mention it is a godsend to be able to plug in a headset over listening to shooting noises ? highly highly recommend for anyone even thinking of getting a headset, beats all other headsets and we’ve tried most of them, the price for this is well worth the quality and customer service I guarantee it!

We have bought a number of theses headsets from KLIM and generally they have been very good. However, when there has been an issue (once) I cannot fault their customer service for such a small company. After having a headset for 18 months with generally very heavy use by my boys, the headset broke and they replaced it without any hesitation or trouble whatsoever. Other bigger companies cannot hold a candle to their service and my experience on Amazon is that this kind of customer service is a massive bonus.

Bought these to replace my plantronics gamecon 788 headset. Which I loved a lot.These are better! Better sound, better fit and comfortable for long wearing. Lighter and the removable mic is a big plus for me. As long as you have a proper home for it so it doesn't get lost! Sound is amazing, especially the surround. If you download the software you have great control over sound details. And Klim seem like a good company for contacting if any problems. I've only heard good things ?

My onboard sound card went along with my old headphones. I was thinking of buying a creative labs card and then a mate recommended this solution.It has a usb sound card which has some emulation involved but the cpu overheads are nowt (FX8350 I have felt no performance hit) and the end result is stunning.Why people bother with sound cards now is beyond me and I am an audio nut. Very good quality and good volume.On the whole no disadvantages and a cracking upgrade.

I have had my headset since november 2017, started to get an issue with one side of my headset not working so got in touch with customer service, what can I say apart from probably the best customer service I have ever had, they seriously looked after my issue and a brand new headset is on its way, as for the headset itself, it can be a little tight but sound wise it is very good, for the price it is a no brainer BUY THIS HEADSET :)

I really love these headphones.I've been looking for a brand new pair of headphones for a long time, i spotted these and i decided to buy them.The sound quality is excellent, its so easy to set up (you just plug the usb part into the port and you're good to go).I tend to use them when i'm in meetings with my co-workers and they've told me that my voice is crystal clear when i talk to them.I would reccomend these to anyone.

Hey, just bought this gaming headset to use with my Gaming computer and PS4. It amazing sound for so low price. The packaging is very nice and delivery was fast.Sound is as much good compare to my boss headphone which cost £200. The bass are amazing.During my game I was able to heard better my enemy and be ready for the fight.I hope increase my skill with this headset.Many thanks KLIM for this amazing product.

This headset provides outstanding Mic-Quatlity and sound for all types of gaming. Have had it for a long time and has lasted well compared to my previous headsets. Noise cancellation is great and they're so comfortable you don't notice you are wearing them!

A purchase I certainly don't regret, really good sound quality and enough noise cancelling to block out most of the office noise (exactly what i needed). I would recommend these to anyone looking to purchase a headset around this price range.

the Microphone turns to lock/unlock for removal from the headset which after a month no longer a works. Decent sound and comfortable but now have to buy another headset as the microphone socket has some kind of fault

This headset is just brilliant, very good sound, there is good spatial resolution and does the job at a wonderful price. Would happily buy another KLIM headset. Always been very good for me.
