It's always objective when you review any perfume.Simply because each and every perfume smells differently on different people.I should start by saying this is an amazing smelling perfume that I would but for my wife.Now I say perfume I need to explain that. Perfumes are stronger than Eau de Toilettes because they have a higher proportion of perfume oils. In this case 8-14% the lower 5 to 9% of the EDTs.So perfumes smell stronger and you need to take care with just spraying them as you would with an EDT.My advice is to go easy and err on the side of the fact that less is best.BUT the big mistake people make with perfumes is that they think they will last forever.They don't many people are

My favorite fragrances tend to fall into two broad categories - rich oriental spices or masculine scents with notes of cedar, tobacco and/or leather. Even in the summer, I don't gravitate toward lighter perfumes that are fruit or floral forward. Therefore, I was hesitant to give this one a go, since the top note is berry. But the list of base-notes (sandalwood, musk) intrigued me enough to go for it.Upon first applying, the ultra-sweet berry is very prominent, which was a big turn-off. To me, it smelled a bit juvenile and cheap. But after a couple of minutes, it dried down to a very warm, sophisticated scent as the base-notes came to the front. My husband commented that the fragrance was very sexy.

As background, I rarely wear perfume, and prefer Bath and Body Works cream instead, but was intrigued by the description of this perfume. I was asked to review this product. I will admittedly state that I am not a great reviewer of fragrance. What we like and dislike is so subjective it is hard to give an impartial assessment. I know nothing about what I see described as a high note, medium note or low note as I see some people state. All I know is what I like! This fragrance is beautiful to me! Very floral which I love. I do detect a mild vanilla scent as well. When I apply a fragrance I enjoy how it engulfs me in a sense of femininity. I have tried other brands before and I could almost swear I was applying Raid! So I look for a few things when I decide to purchase a cologne. !. Do I love the smell. 2. Does it smell floral and girly.

The box and the bottle are bold, gold, and confident - the latter word being perhaps polite for a little over the top. They are certainly not classic or understated. The top of the bottle is faceted like a clear gemstone and decorated with a black lace bow. The body of the bottle is gold and opaque but pearlescent shiny, not see through. It's like a wrapped up Christmas toffee from a selection tin with a clashing pink signature.The perfume too is bold and sweet. In some ways It's a little like standing next to someone chewing a caramel toffee. I found the opening notes downright headache inducing and nasty, with an under-carriage of burnt sugar but after about 10 minutes,

If you love the Juicy Couture style with its on trend streetwear full of colour, strong pattern and distinctive motifs, then this fragrance is the ideal accompaniment. This is a determinedly up front, but feminine parfum with the dominant note being a rich. Intense and sweet caramel which acts as a foundation from which the flowery rose accents emerge. The whole fragrance comes alive as it warms so this would be great to use for a night out clubbing or at a restaurant. As a parfum rather than an eau de toilette it does last well although it will need freshening up over the course of a long night.This is definitely a fragrance for teenagers and twenty somethings who want a statement scent which is sweet and feminine.

I liked the sound of this fragrance and it hasn’t disappointed. Although it smells cheap and generic when you first spritz it on, the warm vanilla tones really start coming through within a couple of minutes followed by the fresher floral scents. It’s predominantly a deep vanilla, caramel-ey scent though and it’s these tones that are the most noticeable and linger the longest throughout the day; the “Gold Couture” name is quite fitting I reckon. It’s a longlasting fragrance too and I quite like it.I’m admittedly not too keen on the bottle design, particularly for the price of the fragrance - but I do think it fits in with the Juicy Couture brand.

I got this for my wife. What struck me initially was the mix of modern and classic with the packaging and bottle. The cardboard box is classic gold with black on it with a company coat of arms and Gothic-style writing down the sides. But then there is vivid pink embossed writing over the top of this on the front of the box: "Viva La Juicy".Similarly the bottle is a classic gold colour, the company coat of arms again on the front. Then there is a glass top in the shape of a simple diamond. The modern is the vivid pink "Couture" graffiti-ed across the front and the Playboy-style lace bow tie around the lid.But the whole point of the perfume is the scent. There are many different types of Viva La Juicy, the original is a wonderful scent but this is the one to go for if you're looking for more sophistication added together with an almost edible caramel note. It's incredibly seductive and gives off a vibe of play and youthfulness. Definitely a date/ night out fragrance but through experience can also be warn to any occasion if going with the man in your life.VERDICT: Very much a feminine sex bomb fragrance that will seduce the man in your life, both projection and silage are good and longevity wise it lasts a good 5-7 hours before becoming a skin scent. If you're under 40 and looking for that playful and daring fragrance then trust me this is it!

Overall, this is a good, bright perfume that isn't too sweet. Fortunately, unlike other Juicy Couture perfumes, it doesn't have overpowering sillage. In other words, you won't find yourself enveloped in an offensively strong, one-note smell.When first applied, it has a strong, sharp smell that's disappointly like the cheap fake floral perfumes I avoid. However, it quickly calms to a warm, gently spicy floral with sandalwood and amber notes.It lasts about four hours, and even then it isn't completely faded - just noticeably more difficult to pick up.It's suitable (in my opinion) for day and evening wear. Because it isn't particularly sweet, it'll work for any age range,

Delicate scents of berries presented in an interesting bottle. The box is also pretty cool, nice gold raised areas and bright detail. The scent is very bespoke and doesnt smell like anything I've worn before, this being in a good way too. A distinctly girly aroma which could also last longer on the body, seems to fade after 4 or 5 hours and need another application to rejuvenate the beautiful smell. All in all a great smell and beautifully presented to make an ideal gift. I'd also recommend this as a choice over many perfumes for a gift as it's the sort of perfume that is not too quirky or different, it suits most friends I have that have also give it a try.

This is a delightful fragrance to wear and one that I have had people asking about. Describing a fragrance is rather difficult as they smell different to everyone, but it has a delightful caramel, sweet and rose scented fragrance that you need to use sparingly...less it more.! The packaging is striking gold with fuchsia pink writing, this theme is followed on when you open the box. The bottle itself supports a faceted top, cut like a clear gemstone and supporting a black net/lace bow. The fuchsia pink writing appears again on the bottles front along with the gold crest, its a great looking bottle and will stand out on anyone's dressing table.

On taking this bottle of Elizabeth Arden perfume out it's box, you will see just how pretty the bottle is with it's black polka dot ribbon. The scent is long lasting and very florally with warm undertones. Eau de Perfume usually contains anywhere between 8-14% perfume oil, so it tends to last longer and have a more intense smell than Eau de Toilette which contains around 5-9% of perfume oil. This Eau de Perfume come in a 30ml, 50ml and 100ml, so plenty of choice. This is a nice bottle of Eau de Perfume, but I would like to see a body spray or body lotion to complement the scent experience, so therefore it's 4* from me folks.

I received this at no cost as part of the Amazon Vine program in exchange for a fair and unbiased review.This scent is nice; the amber tone is just right. You can smell the berries in it which makes it a "brighter" fragrance than so many on the market. I have worn it to work and when I am out and about; it is definitely a versatile perfume! I use a regular scented soap; this perfume manages to come through and sticks with me for several hours. I think were it to have the body wash and lotion, this scent could be come to strong.I recommend this to anyone looking for a new scent that has depth without being too strong.

Beautiful bottle, really pretty and the perfume itself is really lovely. Fruity but with a lightness that lifts it out of the category of the cheap sweet perfumes flooding the market, and with a lovely deeper caramel woody base which makes this a fabulous scent to wear. It’s a lighter version of the Noir variety in the same range and I like to use this one in the daytime and then put on the Noir before going out in the evening. This works really well for me because the perfumes compliment each other so I can go from light daytime to the sexier evening perfume without a clash of scents!!
