This game is an interesting game to play but it has its flaws. The controls, especially the flashlight, is terrible to control and it often decides to not follow your directions with the Wii remote and you spend a lot of time trying to get it to go where you want it to go. It is also horrendous to try and turn around as you wait forever. The game for a single player is not especially scary; you have to rely on the game for the scares which you kind of get used to. However in two-player mode, the second player is able to create random scares with their Wii remote to scare player one, making the game scarier and less predictable. It is a very short game (I think people say it takes around 1 1/2 hours in total)

Playing this in the dark alone at night is really scary if you're as scared as the movie as i aLike i said, if you play in the dark.. nowhere near the same effect as playing in daylight. people are comparing this to silent hill, absolutely ridiculous different game altogether, with a totally diferent concept. I have had to turn this off several times for it making me jump too much, whether it be from the screen or the remote vibrating and the eerie sounds.I think its brilliant, especially when you have done a level and watch your friends do it, knowing where the jumpy parts are!Definitely recommended, as long as you don't compare to the likes of silent hill :)

I bought this cheap because I want to play it but was put off by the bad reviews, I hate you haters because the game is MEGA!Yes the movement is slow but when I've been in scary situations I don't exatly go around stomping and running, its realistic as is the sound effects.And it is soooo much fun to play it on your own, find out where the jumpy parts are then make your friends play it in the dark and laugh at them.Top game, watch the film and then play.

I've read a lot of bad reviews about this game. Some comments are justified - movement of your character through the game environment is slow and it's frustrating to have to retry failed levels from the beginning.The game isn't in the Silent Hill/Resident Evil genre so don't buy it if that's what you're hoping for. Grudge can simply be described a fairground haunted house simulator and works well on that level.

This is so scary! I jumped so much whilst playing this. The person's movements are a little slow but aren't too slow. I played a level twice and even when I knew what was coming, I still jumped! That's the good thing about this game, it scares you even when you play it again and again :)

I like this game, special around my sister and friend making them scream and jump. I do have to aimed that I have jumped in a few placed. It excellent.
