I bought this 240GB SSD hard drive, to replace an old 256GB SATA hard Drive on my Acer Aspire 1 netbook. The Acer was running quite slow despite upgrading the the Ram to 2GB. I read reviews on the performance of SSD hard drives compared to SATA hard drives, and decided to take the plunge. It also works out cheaper than buying a brand new laptop. So I purchased the SSD hard drive and got it installed by my local laptop repairs, and wow did it make a difference.Boot up times were quicker, opening folders and documents are immediate, saving and closing files are just as quick.If your looking to save money and want quicker and improved performance. I have been using old Acer Aspire laptop with SATA HDD. Since then I have installed a number of new OS. However, with every upgrade of OS, I noticed high I/O disk utilisation. Thus, I decided switch to SSD instead of spending money on a new laptop. Post installing this SSD, I noticed significant difference in the performance. It used to take at least 4-5 minutes for my desktop is fully load and before I can open any apps. Now, it takes just about a minute for my laptop to fully login. The disk I/O utilisation has dropped more than 70%. I have now upgraded 3 old laptops with SSD for myself n family members and I am glad that I choose this option against buying a new laptop.

I have used several of these Integral SSD to replace old HDD with no problems to date (2 years+), providing a much needed boost to older computers. These are amongst the cheapest SSD available with recognised brand name and are rated faster than most others in the same price bracket. Larger sizes SSD are equally good if not better value!Easy to copy the old data across using Macrium Reflect (free download) or any similar disc cloning software.Yes, I would recommend this product, but suggest to buy only direct from Amazon or other recognised sellers to avoid counterfeit copies!

If you are after a SSD you can not go wrong with this. Great speeds on benchmark tests and you can notice a massive difference if upgrading from a HHD. Why pay more than you need to.Ive installed two of these in a new build and my PC boots up in 10 secs. Shutting down takes about 5 seconds.I would definately recommened these for a gaming system or a home user. I think it would handle everything aswell in a office enviroment.Does not come with Sata lead so you will have to get one if you havent any laying around.

Easy to set up I replaced my laptop main drive for it. But I must admit I wasnt expecting the performance out of this little.budget branded drive but wow. Windows load went from 23 seconds to 6 seconds ( to login screen windows 10 pro) . Have had no issues obviously being small capacity it is really only good for a os drive. But I have stress tested it and have not had any reliability issues and stays a constant performance.

Fast light & reliable, genuinely works at the promised speeds. It makes a world of difference in the speed of OS startup, using applications, navigation & Internet surfing. Storage & recall seem to be excellent. I wonder if the higher capacity is as efficient as this version, if so I'll be upgrading & ready to recommend/ purchase another one

I've used a couple of types of SSD and these are nice because they have mounting holes on the tops and the sides which makes them a bit more versatile. Speeds are to be expected from SATA SSD, perfectly good.As with any SSD. Breathes new life into any system still using a mechanical disc. Switching to one is an absolute no-brainer.

Bought through Prime so even in all this current madness it turned up the next day!Easy to install, good value for the money, Windows boots up in a fraction of the time it did using a high RPM HDD, no issues whats so ever.Brilliant!Will be buying more of these when I upgrade all my other machines or when another HDD fails.

Ok so an SSD for under £30 you may not expect much, but this is one of the best performing drives at this price range/storage capacity. I'm using this as my swap drive for page file and downloads (so not as a primary drive) install was simple enough and I'm please with the speed. Thankyou Amazon :)

Good price and arrived well packaged. The drive itself appears well made, has brass inserts for mounting screws, much better than plastic on original drive fitted to laptop. Ran a series of memory checks and all passed. Now in use whilst typing this reply. So far, so good, hope that will continue.

Integral are a well reputed company and this SSD proves it. The SSD provides exceptional performance to a computer system and is a major upgrade especially upgrading from a HDD. For this price, you are offered 240GB which is brilliant and can hold a lot of data such as video games or documents.

Used one of these previously in my desktop pc and bought another to use in my laptop.Fitted it easily in teo minutes, installed Windows 7 from back up DVD's then upgraded to Windows 10 direct from Microsoft so clean install.Laptop boots up much quicker and seems snapier to use so very happy

SSD was packaged well. My issue with it is after installing it said I only have 223GB . I don't know if this a industry standard thing or not but otherwise no issues during installation.It's only been a day since I installed so I can't talk about anything long term use

I have purchased a few of these P and V series 240GB SSD drives from Integral. Used for internal expansion of Beelink X45 mini pcs. I also used them inside Sabrent USB3 caddies to make very fast USB3 drives for my virtual machine images. At the price, you can't go wrong.

And if you're not doing anything like video editing, this will turbocharge your computer experience. The difference over an old school hdd is unreal. They're all much the same, but this one was good, if you're replacing a laptop/2.5" drive it's minutes work to install.
