Poor Charlie. In the "promo" pictures he looks more like Chucky from Child's Play than something lovely, adorable, and suitable for real kids to play with. Having had the opportunity to play with Charlie, he's a really interactive little lad, and *nothing* like Chucky from the movies. His head is very securely attached, despite some reviews, and he's actually good fun, and very good value indeed. Interactive, good movement, good vocals, Charlie is a lovable little lad. Three modes of power available, off, play and demo. Delivered in the "demo" mode, he started moving and whimpering before the box was opened! Well made,good fun, a little difficult to de-box (scissors needed),

This toy is described as being suitable for 36 months + . Given that it use a series of voice operated commands, that is hardly realistic. For older children he is not that attractive. We have given him to our 4 year and she quite likes him.The voice commands are hard work for an infant to get to grips with and mostly what Charlie does is crawl in a straight line. Tickling him is most fun and he also reacts to being swung. We are not very impressed with the ball and the dummy. It is a pity that you do not have a choice of languages.Whilst BabyWow Charlie is interesting for a while, that interest wanes fairly quickly. For that reason I cannot give more than 4 stars.

I asked my 6 year old granddaughter what she wanted for Christmas and she said the WoW baby. I went on line and ordered it and it arrived yesterday. When I opened the package the doll was in its box and started moving and giggling. I was quite surprised. I immediately loved the doll and could see why my granddaughter wanted it. However, there was no instructions! I contacted Amazon who gave me a link to Smyth and today I have received an email with the attached English instructions. Well done. All I now need to do is wrap it up for Christmas and get it ready to put under the tree.

Was dubious about buying this as it seemed dear for a doll but daughter was desperate for it..and it was well worth the money. The interaction is great and his movements are also fantastic. She doesn't play with him all of the time but when she does she absolutely adores having him and really gets into the role play of mother - baby!

I've no pictures, this doll was giving as a gift to my 12 month old baby, at first I it did nothing but as the days went by it got cleverer and I was really impressed but it was to advanced for my daughter than she's 5 now so I've ordered it for Christmas

I bought this doll for my Granddaughter's Xmas present and she absolutely loves it. It's not the softest doll going but she has thoroughly enjoyed interacting with Charlie and for him to respond.

Got for my daughters birthday she literally played with it 3 times the arm popped out was hard to get the doll to do the things it’s supposed to do overall think it was a waste of money

Got this for my niece for Christmas, she is 9 years old and she absolutely loved it, everyone kept asking me where I bought it from, I will recommend as a gift for a girl.

Bought for my niece (2 and a half) who wants nothing else for Christmas. She has been watching videos on Youtube for months! Looks the job, and Im sure she'll love it!

My daughter was desperate for this in the build up to Santa's arrival but hardly plays with it now! A good Christmas gift but overpriced for what it does.

Great doll at a unbelievable great price. Bought it 4 my daughter 4 a Xmas present, can't wait 2 see her little face light up on the big day.

OUr 6 year old granddaughter loves it. It does everything that it says it does. It doesn’t come with instructions we download from google

I actually use it on a paranormal investigation where we know kids has died. In one place it would not stop going off.
