Had problem on 1st delivery, unit did not cool or heat, phoned and got an immediate replacement, perfect, however it cools the air very well but does not seem to want to give any walm air when asked, but as it was required to mainly supply cooling air, great value, and perfect.

In this ridiculous weather we have been using this unit in our kitchen diner 5m square room and it generally reduces heat from 30+ down to about 25/26 degrees which is bearable.Works better in a smalller space but works for what we need it.Nice piece of kit all in all.Thanks

Ordered to pre-empt hot weather... Tested it out. All works and does what it says. Easy to move on the wheels , just got to sort the window out for exhaust. Love it. Thanks. AND very quick delivery

Nice little unit, keeps my downstairs pretty cool. Tube could do with being a bit lingers as well as electric cable. Still good though
