Works well, and lightweight which is great for maneuvering. Chilled air output is effective, to further enhance this maybe the water well at the base could be closer to the fan source eg shorter distance for the cool air to travel upward thus enhancing the possibility of delivering an even cooler temperature which is already quite good.Love the idea of the little freezer boxes but it could be beneficial to put these on a length of cable to be able to retrieve them from the water well, as the side door is designed for very small hands making it difficult to get them out.Overall Good value and effective. I had already bought a benross air cooler last year from TJ Hughes in Glasgow, and I knew how good it should be and I was right . The weather in the last weeks has been too hot for me ,so I had to buy Another Benross air cooler to get a nice comfortable temperature in all our rooms during the warmest parts of the day and in our two bedrooms at night ,the Benross air cooler is so easy to set up and so quick to cool everyone in the house ,I'm thinking off buying another one in the next week or two.its a great product we love it ,it has made life in here so comfortable and Cool .

Unfortunately as stated in other reviews the remote does not work, but I think my legs can manage the trip across the room to put on or adjust. As an Air Cooler this is brilliant, certainly does the job it was purchased for, to keep us cooler. A bit noisy I guess but not massively and you can put up with it because it is doing a good job, on one of the hottest days this year I actually felt a tad cold after about an hour or so that is.

This inexpensive device is great for keeping the temperature down and the air fresh. We use it at night so the bedroom does not become so warm we can not sleep. Easy to use - just keep it topped up with water and throw in some ice cubes every evening to cool the water a bit. Has a timer so it switches off in the small hours. We may buy one for our spare bedroom

item is value for money. the only issue is to get a cool breeze during hot days of summer have to put too much ice. light weight so easy to move. easy to clean. great stuff

Cool air is circulate well. Not too loud but can be heard. Remote doesn't work but other than that I would highly recommend. Was delivered quickly. Great seller
