easy to install as long as you are F gas registered and have the correct equipment as you need nitrogen to pressure test the pipework, gauges and a vacuum pump to remove the air and moisture from the pipes before allowing the refrigerant gas into them. As i am F gas registered was great 2 hours from out the box to cooling my shed. Time will tell on reliability but with 2 years standard warranty extended to 5 if you service it should be ok

In and working fine - Had I known I would have purchased the quick fit which was a bit more expensive but given the fact I had to pay for this to be installed put a bit of a downer on it! But on the face of it what a great night sleep since installation and now ready to have one installed upstairs and my son is having it installed at his home too.

Excellent product only problem sent me the cheaper unit when I paid for easy installation I received installation that required air con engineer. Brilliant for cooling in hot weather and for hearing in cold weather

Good machine, does what it says, nice and quiet but definitely requires a refrigeration gas engineer to commission the unit. Unless you happen own a refrigeration vacuum pump and gauges.

its been 2 year using 9000 btu version i did DIY and it comes with gas, hardest bit was making hole in the wall, nice warm room in winter and cool in summer recommended

Love this AC unit. No issues so far. Great quality for the price.Has all the features you'd need.FYI, I'd recommend getting a refrigeration engineer to install.

Keeps my upstairs nice and cool, its pretty quiet as well. Install wasn't to bad although better instructions would be nice.

Superb unit that is excellent at cooling. Also easy to install. Keeps our bedroom lovely and cool. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with this unit works brilliantly with WiFi app from anywhere and cools the room really fast
