As I often make tortillas and need to cook them on both sides in quite a deep pan, this double omelette pan is ideal. Makes it so easy to turn anything that needs cooking on both sides cook by attaching the second pan, closing and gripping both handles together before turning it 180 degrees and putting what is now the bottom pan back on the hob to cook the second side. Tip: ensure whatever your cooking has cooked sufficiently on the first side to hold together without breaking apart as it drops from one pan to the other when they are turned.

The biggest advantage of this pan is you can cook your Chinese vegetables and in sauce and at the same time keep your stainless steel cooker ring ALMOST free of all splashes so it does not need a complete strip down and major clean, provided with a quick first class postal service as well.

This is a brilliant idea and if you like Spanish tortilla, a must. No more dicing with a hot pan and plate to turn the tortilla over. However there is a little catch to hold the upper pan in place after it's been flipped and that seems very flimsy, I can bend it with my fingers.

I have been searching for the correct size of tortilla pan for ages, this one is perfect. It is the correct size and with the foldover design makes the perfectly sized tortilla.

Great non stick pans but could lock together better. First set delivered were badly damaged but Amazon replaced quickly.
