I've been using the phone for a week. The phone itself is easy to use. Massive downfall is the app store. It is Huawei own. They don't even have the basics Facebook, barclays app. Don't know how long it will be if ever before they do have it. If I had known I would never have brought it.

So it turns out there are some politics between to different companies which impacts on this product. There is no google play and this phone is unable to get basic apps such as what’s app. So it’s a no from me . Rated it a poor as I cannot get the apps that I want
