The size of the printer and the wireless reach are very good. This is a simple black-and-white laser printer but useful for a small place. Preferable to an Inkjet printer because there is much better value in the refill cartridges.The only criticism I would have is that the printing is 600 x 600 would be better if it was of high quality. But it is fast and the print quality is adequate for most projects Particularly if you are just using it for letters and print copies.Generally I’m very pleased with my purchase.

A little difficult to set up but I got there in the end, super small perfect for my desk, good print quality. The machine puts two indentations down the paper as it prints but I can live with this. My biggest worry remains, how expensive will it be to live with a laser printer. It cannot however be more costly than ink jet types that need to be used every day to prevent the ink drying out. In conclusion I think I have made a very good choice. Would love to make a report after long time use!

Bought this to replace a non wireless printer but as I don’t print colour thought it best to buy a Monochrome version to save money on cartridges . Very compact and visually appealing. The set up was pretty straightforward, though it didn’t say to plug in and turn on power for the total info. purists, and took a little while for the Wi-Fi to pick it up. Once recognised we were up and running very quickly. Easy to use and the fact that HP had a £20 money back offer on made it a complete bargain.

HP claims this is the world smallest laser printer and indeed it is very small. As a consequence the paper is stored more or less in front of it. Nevertheless it is small so I space to keep my old printer: Of which the paper feed failed. The scanner still works on the old one. Printing speed is absolute amazing being used to my old office jet printer. Also this printer does not do all sorts of checks before printing. Obviously no colour printing, greyscale comes out OK, but probably eats ink.

Bought to have print capability if working from home. Set up took about 30 mins - just need to carefully read the instructions and download the drivers. Easy enough to follow. Wifi functionality is great as I can now also print direct from my phone. Print quality also good (FYI black only). Being able to print double sided is a plus (you have to manually put the paper in again to print the other side though - so not suitable for massive docs). Speed great - just a few seconds a page.

Needed small printer to fit in bookcase. .This so far superb - sharp enough to print draft B&W photos [ I have another printer in the garage for serious and colour work], fast to start and print. Previous inkjet frequently clogged. This comes on immediately with no head cleaning pfaff. Setup on USB and WiFi pretty straightforward.Quite sturdily built for home use, light enough to be very transportable. And CHEAP - even cheaper with the current money back offer. Good for HP !

I was a little underwhelmed with the first print using cheap paper but after reading online about better quality paper I bought some HP paper which to be fair was only slightly more expensive. The difference was night and day, apparently printer manufacturers design their hardware to work best with their own paper which I thought was just marketing guff but it really was noticeably different. I went from taking it back to Argos to keeping it and deciding it was great.

HP set-up instructions are very poor: scattered over the internet, nothing clear or methodical. No cogent instructions on how to get it on the wifi network, kept going round in circles. Eventually I found a video explaining how to install the HP Smart app on my phone which you then use to connect the printer to the wifi. Once the printer's on the network your other devices will be able to find it. So I'd recommend this way to others.Printing: so far so good.

The printer does its job! need to run a few prints off when first buying (expected)If you want a proper 100% black I would personally change settings RGB (all 100%) I'm a Graphic Designer but for everyday use, it's an awesome little printer.The reason I bought it? The office was on Lockdown and needed something printing... CAN I JUST SAY THE STAFF SAVED THE DAY FOR ME AND I REALLY DO APPRECIATE YOU GUYS WORKING! - WIGAN, SAINSBURYS - THANKYOU!

Bought to replace troublesome inkjet printer a family member working in IT recommended a laser printer to avoid my constant pestering to fix my old one. Set up was easy and I was printing in minutes. Cannot believe how quick it prints.. I have not used many other types of printer but the quality is more tha good enough for invoices and all my monochrome printing needs. All round good printer and usual phenomenal Argos customer service. Highly recommend.

Really impressed with this printer.Compact in size, takes up a lot less space than my old inkjet.Set up was fairly straightforward, although took longer than I thought.Print speed is ultra quick and mono print quality is very good.If you have lots of documents, emails, receipts, downloads, recipes, instructions, etc., to print from your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone you won't go wrong with this printer.Very reasonably priced as well.

It's a nice little printer if all you do is print in black and white. Find I don't need scanner as I can just use phone and never really print my own photos at home anyway, so this does the job perfectly and takes up very little desk space. Also really quick printing once it's started up which does take a few seconds. And great value especially with the cashback promotion and the full toner cartridge it's supplied with. Highly recommended

This is super easy to set up. We have the smart app on our phones so easy to print from them. However the only down side is that you can't print more than one page on a page which sometimes I would prefer to save on paper. This maybe bale to be done through a desktop but I have not set that up.Good value for money. Not sure how long the print cartridge will last for as we have only started using it

Having had multiple ink jet printers over the years that always seems to run out at the wrong moment, I finally opted for this HP LaserJet after much searching.Online set up was automatic, including software updates, so it really was just connect, install and print. Could not have been easier.Print quality is excellent>For the price, very very impressed.

Small, compact mono laser printer, great for places where space is short like small desks, small offices or where you want something unobtrusive like the kitchen table. WPS wifi or USB setup is easy, laser cartridges don't dry up like an ink jet and compatible cartridges can be bought cheaply. There is also an m28w model which is similar but with a scanner on top.
