I purchased three sets of these for my sons 3rd birthday I got the 180 helix v2, infinity loop v2 and a v1 construction set. He is the boy who has everything so finding toys to buy is hard. These toys do have a couple of problems that people have reported but I found simple fixes for all the ones I've encountered. The construction sets have stop/go doors in the set. The 180 helix the bugs get stuck going straight up the tube to the black helix tube so I put a stop go door at the bottom so it would stop them going up the tube that way. I also found that the V2 bugs couldn't go up the Orange ramp on the construction set so I put a stop door at the bottom and put a grey up ramp and used the Orange as a down ramp.

I bought this set for my son because he had just bought the HEXBUG nano habitat set. I was VERY impressed with the delivery because it arrived the next day even though I purchased the standard delivery. Also I was impressed at the size of the set.On the other hand the HEXBUG don't go up the spiral very well and most if not all of the connectors were stiff. All togetherits a very good set wouldn't however had paid the full price of £49.99 and it would have been better if it came with more than 1 HEXBUG but over all its a very good set!! Definitely Recommend!!The Photo Has More Then One Set Attached.

Wow! Fantastic! I bought this following the purchase of 'Hexbug Nano Glow in the Dark Habitat' which was not quite big enough. My little boy who is 7 loved it, he quickly arranged both tracks to make a huge track & was absolutely delighted. The Construction Elevantion Set was substantial enough on its own (imo) there are various different ways of building & creating, the bugs can be directed in certain directions using the movable 'doors'. Up, down, round & round - AMAZING! The 'bug' even bit me if I'm honest, what a clever, simple concept. Highly recommended.

Fantastic present! Purchased for my son's 3rd birthday and it has proved to be a huge hit! I was a little worried it would be too old for him, but it's perfect and keeps his mind busy working out how the bugs work and watching them travel around the habitat. I agree with the other reviews that its a little difficult to build and the instructions aren't particularly clear or helpful. But once you've crack it, it's fab! He's spent hours playing with it already and finds the bugs fascinating. Would def recommend.

I must confess I had never heard of HexBugs until it was suggested as a Christmas gift for my grandson. He (and his older brother) loved it. It does take a while to assemble, but it is great watching the 'bugs' busying themselves around the 'track. We also bought extra 'bugs' which make it more fun.

This is the second Hexbug habitat I have bought. My grandson had 1 and after playing with his my granddaughter wanted one. They play with them almost daily and it is addictive to watch the tiny creatures climb, swerve and manoeuvre around obstacles. Races cause great excitement.

My son (a Hexbug addict) wanted this set, and we had a slight problem registering one of the Hexbugs. These guys provided first rate customer service, and even contacted Hexbugs direct to resolve the issue.I would definitely buy from them again, for customer service alone.

Arrived well packaged and fast. Set is great - lots of pieces that click together easily and offer great flexibility for layout for the more creative child too. My son is SO pleased with this - worth every penny!

Love it. During Lockdown we made a family game.... 4 people, 4 bugs different colours and a closed track bar one end.... Race hex bugs, cheer and get excited as you see you bug win!!! We even put 10p bets on!!!

Good value set of Hexbug track with quite a large number of parts compared to the starter sets. Thanks to Hexbugs we won't have to worry about having too many batteries now, I was losing sleep.

No idea what sheerness and thickness have to do with this. 6 year old liked it and the bugs. Best to take it apart every few days and let the imagination during construction start again.

Haven't opened yet as it's a present for my son? But just think these toys are fantastic and keeps my kids amused for hours.Perfect for any age over 3

My son enjoyed them but the instructions arent very clear. I took it as a challenge and really enjoyed the challenge of putting the track together

This was a Xmas present for a 5yr old boy. He loved it and so did the adults that played with him. Easy to assemble and well made.Hours of fun!

Heading says it all, 6 year old hasn't stopped playing with this since Christmas. Useful add-ons to get as future birthday/Christmas presents.
