I absolutely love this bin. I am ashamed to say i wasnt a regular recycler however after getting this wee bin it made things so much easier and i actually enjoy recycling! My eight year old loves the different coloured bins and is always so proud of himself when he knows what bin to put what rubbish in.Its a great wee buy and so handy to have all your bins in one place rather than 3 different bins.Only one down side is it needs emptying quite regularly however i believe that would be the case with any recycing bin and doesnt take away from all the positive things.The green recycling food bags are a little bit smaller that the food bin in the Hailo but you just need to tie a little knot at the side and it stays on fine.

Got this when our local council suddenly went into recycle mode. Works great. Sizes just right for the amount of rubbish we create. Didn't want one that had two foot pedals, just a flipping nuisance, or one with two separate lids. One stamp of the foot and I can tip stuff into one or both sides. Simple. Conveniently for me, the bin fits neatly into the pre built bin space in my kitchen, with no sticky out bits as a tripping hazard. Only criticism is that the thin plastic dividing strip between the two compartments is incredibly delicate and already taped together. Why not have a metal strip - most of the rest of it is made from metal. However,

Brilliant bin... which I had purchased for recycling my plastics & cardboard. I thought it would have been big enough to empty on a daily basis, but now I wished I had bought the next size up. I didn't realise how much plastics I actually use on a daily basis... Just bear this in mind when you purchase your bin. But overall I couldn't fault this bin. I will be buying the next size up & will use the smaller one upstairs. The bin is very sturdy, smart looking & will look very discreet even to use on my upper floor. I trust this brand as I have purchased other products of theirs, which are also very sturdy & smart looking. Well recommended.

and would have had 5* except we didn't realise that the latch that opens the top of the bin protrudes out on the back and for us made it slightly more in depth than we really wanted. However saying that its a really useful bit of equipment! I had got fed up going to the bins outside all the time trying to sort the rubbish, now I can do it indoors and only do the outside trip when the indoor bins are full. There are only two of us in this household with a tiny kitchen so for a family you may need a taller bin.

I love this bin. After years of struggling to find a good way to recycle in a flat, I've finally found the answer. It has 3 buckets inside, each with metal handle. Each pulls out for taking down to the main bins. Pedal means you never have to touch the lid. It looks stylish for a bin so I don't mind it being visible in the open plan kitchen/living room. and is a lot cheaper than the other stylish ones. Well made, great product, very happy!

Absolutely ideal for the kitchen rubbish. I would suggest that you use the larger section for the recycling and the smaller for general waste. The outer casing of the bin is a little on the flimsy side and moves backwards when the pedal is pushed down so put a baton behind it to protect the wall behind it. Otherwise it is just as advertised and fits neatly into the kitchen.

Great design bin for the price. I bought it because it's slim, not too tall and has dual compartments for rubbish and recycling. We use the larger compartment for recycling. The only challenge I found is finding bin bags for the size / shape of the larger compartment ... I bought brantia bin liners in bulk from ebay as they were the cheapest and best quality.

Very pleased with this. Small kitchen and so wanted a small twin-compartment bin for recycling/non-recycling. This is the smallest twin-bin I've seen. Seems sturdy and the right size as I don't want to be keeping too much rubbish in the house before taking it out to the dustbin. Good value.

Nicely designed bin which looks great in the kitchen and the three compartments are quite handy to separate rubbish / recycling / glass. Think I should have gone for the two compartment version instead as the one for general waste is quite small but it's alright for a single household.

I invested in this bin as I was running in and out the house with my recycling. We have used the small section for household waste and the large section for everything that can be recycled. It looks great in the kitchen is really well made and is highly effective

This is a very well made item and a stylish addition to a white kitchen. I'm really happy with the construction and finish. It is quite small, and does need to be emptied everyday, but the who wants smelly rubbish in the bin overnight? Perfect for two people.

This bin very good and helps with splitting rubbish for recycling. The only niggle is the lid is very thin and somewhat fragile, our dog can lift it with his nose to get at the contents. We have to put something with a bit of weight on top of it.

Three interior plastic bins contained in this handy unit. Not huge capacity, but good for separating out plastic, glass and board etc for journey to the tip. Quite expensive, but solves a particular storage problem here. Can recommend this.

I purchased this bin for my father who thinks it is great. This bin has two compartments making recycling rubbish very easy. It is not too big so does not take up too much space and as a bonus looks stylish.

Very pleased with this item, just the right size for my small kitchen but takes care of everyday recycling, by cutting things up and really squashing cans etc It holds a surprising amount. Recommended
