Searched for a while for a decent in-cupboard bin that wasn't mounted on the door (as it causes them to sag), eventually settled on this one as it was very reasonable price and seemed to fit the bill. I was definitely right!It's excellent! Took no time at all to get in hung thanks to a handy measuring guide thats included in instruction booklet. Just stick it to the inside of the cupboard - drill a few pilot holes and them whip it out and install the brackets.Turned what I expected to be an hour of swearing into 15 minutes of easy DIY!Looks great to boot!Size is 15L, so fine for my girlfriend and I, but I imagine would be too small for a family!

Bought this to replace 25 year old similat design. This one was larger but fits well into the under sink cupboard. The template to fit it is accurate but the pictorial instructions are a bit vague in places. For example it does not make clear that the catch attached to the foot ofthe cupboard door is adjustable up and down. This is important to ensure the base of the bin is securely clipped against the door when opening and closing it. The lid seems a bit flimsy but moves well out of the way when opening the door so the bin is not obtructed (as it tended to be with our older un-named model). All in all it looks like a good buy after a few weeks use.

Replaced previous under counter Hailo bin due to lid breaking, however we had had this for 15 years+ so served us well. Just replaced using existing screw holes so easy to install but first time installation could be tricky, as its easy to make errors in locating catches and never installed one before. When in situ works well.

This is our third purchase of this exact same item for use in the kitchen on the inside of a cabinet door. The bin and fittings are good but the problem is with the plastic swivel lid which splits after a fair use. Only purchased again because its the only one we could find to fit our cabinet door.

I can't say I agree with the comments that say it's hard to install, I used the car template provided and it worked well first time. As for durability, well, we've only had it a week so will have to see. Generally very pleased so far and much better value than anything IKEA had to offer.

I bought this to replace the one I have had for years. This is a very good design that serves its purpose extremely well. Very easy to fit. It has a very smooth operation and does the job perfectly. I had no problems with delivery and am very pleased with my purchase.

This is the third of these bins we have purchased in the last 20 years. The design is simple but clever and the construction is of high quality.Installation as a replacement is very easy as all the drill holes are in the right position.

The Hailo bin was a direct replacement for the original one fitted to our kitchen 14 years ago. It was exactly the same to fit as the last one, so changeover took 10 minutes. Superb quality and finish. I can definitely recommend it.

this bin was intended to re place a similar one bought many years ago, which has given excellent service. with a little fiddling we were able to slot the new in place without changing the fittings. it's now working well.

This item was bought as like for like replacement so the fixing holes were the same but the instructions seemed fairly straightforward. Ideal bin for under sink and size fine for two adults. Delivery right on time

Not convinced by lid arrangement compared with the old style. Bucket on old model no longer repairable after 30 years service but lid fully functioning. This one seems flimsy, clunky and easy to become detached.

Correct size to replace extisting bin whose led no longer opened/closed. With drill and screwdriver fairly easy to fit.Lid a bit clunky but does the job. Hope it lasts.

This bin we had when kitchen was installed and that was 12 years ago we are pleased that we could replace it. Easy to install and came very promptly would recommend.

Doesn’t feel very strong when installed, a bit noisy with the lid when closing and quite difficult to install other than that a good purchase. Does what it says.
