My wife's alternate daytime perfume with Carolina Herrera. 4 stars only because the packaging was a bit flimsy, which could make people receiving the scent think it was not the real thing if they are used to the usual overkill from perfume departments of big stores . No cellophane over the box and a simple and loose cardboard liner rather than anything more fancy. That, and the fact that the bottle is not the same as in the illustration. I was genuinely nervous about handing this over as a present, but it went down well and I was informed that it's a retro bottle design. I hadn't been able to get Eau de Parfum in the right size so I was also worried that Eau de Toilette would not do the job,

And considering amount and quality,not really that expensive.Having a fully functioning sense of nasal appreciation in terms of incense aromatherapy cologne and similar,I got this for an occasional trip along memory lane...Shalimar was the favourite perfume of my partner Lynne,who departed from this world over 30 years ago,and its used on the pillow now and then and a quick spray on the hand and under my nose.Definitely a mood enhancer,and would delight any femme given as a surprise gift or whatever...Christmas,birthdays,any day...any quality lady would love this one.

I use Guerlain for long years - however Shalimar for around one year - this bottle is a little disappointment - although EDT not perfume it does not stay on me long - looks original. however, I would be upset if paid full price and could not smell it after one hour. above all fantastic scent

My Mum asked me to get her some perfume next time I went shopping so I had a look on Amazon instead. This is her favourite and I ordered it Saturday morning and it was delivered Monday lunchtime - great service! This was even cheaper than I would pay even with 10% off at Boots.

I have stuck with this perfume since I "grew up" some 50 odd years ago. Can find nothing to compare. This was the best price I found and am very pleased with it. The smell doesn't seem to last as long as years gone by, but I suppose this is to be expected today.

Perfumes come and go but Shalimar is my all time favourite. Great price, fast delivery, original perfume in box, one light spray of this EDT lasts all day! Not too strong so can be used in any occasion, but still noticeable.

Well this perfume is a favourite of mine,and I have used it over many years....But I have never before bought it that this amazing price.....hence my double order !! A gentle subtle perfume for every day use.

Love this perfume. It arrived in perfect condition.Would certainly order again.This is an old fashioned perfume which has lasted through the decades never dated.Hope I will always be able to buy it.

Prompt delivery and well-packed. My Mum has been using this perfume for as long as I can remember. It has a lovely long-lasting scent - you can often smell the perfume long after Mum has left a room!

I bought this fragrance blind and it's everything I wanted. It has depth and staying power even though it's a cologne (more than my latest Chanel EDP)! Great value and will eventually buy the EDP.

Don’t usually buy this fragrance but fancied a change very pleased I did as it’s got a lovely smell I’ve worn it in the evening and daytime it’s one of those smells that can been worn anytime

I've always loved this beautifully sophisticated fragrance and am returning to it after several years. On application it smells rather 'sour', but soon warms into a lasting and lovely perfume

I have been using this perfume for over 30 years and still find it as refreshingand sustainable as always have not been tempted by many other perfumesno Guerlain Shalimar is for me

got this my Mum-in-law for xmas, she loves it and wears it all the time.. you can smell it ages after she has gone (fancy a bottle myself now) just might treat myself!!
