I've worn Guerlain parfums for 40yrs and Mitsouko along with Nahema are my favourites. Sadly, mitsouko has had many reformulation so it will never smell the same as a vintage bottle. I have checked the batch code wich you will find on the underneath of both the box and the bottle and my bottle was produced 1yr and 8 months ago. This batch has citrus top notes with great longevity but lacks the depth of the oak moss as they had to find a replacement for this ingredient, I find it to be more of a modern fragrance compared to the earlier formulas. I think next time I will go for the EDP as it's deeper and more haunting compared to the EDT wich is fresher

I was given this perfume about 30 yrs ago and I still buy it,people always remark on the lovely,scent I usually pay about £60 to £65 but amazon was doing a promotion,and I bought it for £28half price I couldn’t believe it,I had just bought one earlier in the year,I am keeping my eyes peeledfor any more bargains like this.would recommend to anyone.

Guerlain has to be the top perfumer for me.And I love perfume. L’instant is my favourite but I was intrigued by this one (Mitsouko edt)To me it smells very ‘french’ a hint of fruit (peach) and mild pepper. Woody and warm. A clean chypre scent. I can see me investing in the edp of Mitsouko.

was very pleased with your service. however i would have described the fragrance as being floral rather than chypre as i would have preferred.had i smelt this perfume on my friend i might have thought she was wearing her usual channel no.5

This is my 'winter' perfume. I absolutely adore it and would wear it even if I were on my own and no one else was around to enjoy it. It's not often stocked in shops or stores these days so thank goodness for the internet!

I was worried the edt would not smell the same as I used to know at least 10 year ago but it was like meeting a lovely favourite old friend . Very nice

Brilliant old style perfume still holds it's own against cheap modern stuff. Although only Eau de toilette just as good as Eau de parfum

Everything about mitsouko is wonderful my wife was well pleased and so was i. the service was first class what more can i say.

Exactly what you expect from Guerlain. An expensive, distinctive fragrance. Excellent value for money too.
