Bought 2 of these after looking for ages for a decent solution to the kids watching movies on their iPads in the car. Previously they had been putting them on their knees and spending the whole time looking down but this had resulted in them starting to feel car sick after a while. These are an excellent solution and seem like a much better option to the alternatives which appear to use fiddly and flimsy looking brackets and clamps. These simply have a good quality Velcro strap which attaches the holder around the seat head rest posts. The build quality looks great (as with most griffin products I’ve owned) and they are very fast and simple to install. I’ve got mine in a BMW X5 but I see no reason they wouldn’t fit most cars.

I am really happy with this purchase.first impression is a product made from quality materials. The back is made from cushioned neoprene with a full length slot allowing ease of access for your iPad mini. All the cut outs are there for the various buttons and earphone jack (great for when the little one will eventually wear headphones).It fits snuggly on the rear seats of my Vauxhall Zafira with no hassle at all! On our recent road trip from Wales to France my 2 yr old Son loved his Peppa Pig marathon on his iPad mini.This is a great piece of kit that does away with the added expense of a seat mounted DVD player. Delivery was next day with Amazon Prime (Sunday morning.........!).

I bought the ipad mini case as I have the same type for the ipad2. Contrary to other reviews stating there is not enough length on the strap to secure around a standard headrest I would say there is more than enough. When I first tried to fix the CinemaSeat I too thought the strap was short but it was simply me not releasing the strap correctly, once I realised this it fitted like a dream! Anyhow the case fits snugly around the ipad, all controls are accessible and it looks great too. What more could you want? A fantastic product delivered quickly and good VFM to boot. Highly recommended.

I bought this and it's ideal. The iPad mini slides in. It's a good fit and simply slides in and out of the top.Fits easily onto head rest of car, means our daughter can watch her fave films on the iPad from the back seat.Headphone, charging and volume controls all accessible when inside the case.Because it is not a fixed holder, it's easily removed, good from a security point of view.I was thinking in the sun it would be hard to view screen in back seat but no problems at all.No safety concerns for the iPad mini whilst being used in car.So good product for me.

This was a god send on a recent long car journey, after a nap and being happy most of the way our little one decided he'd had enough, so for the last 60 miles of our car journey we had he's favourite cartoon on my iPad mini inside this product and he was as happy as a pig in......... Well you know what. Sturdy and well built product that attaches securely whilst still giving you access to all ports/speakers/mic etc. well worth the money.

If you are keen to avoid all manner of elaborate clips, angles, brackets and hinges and the like in order to fix an ipad mini to the back of the head restraints in your car, then you could do a lot worse than this product. You just slide the ipad into the open top side and that's it. The simple solutions are generally the best.

Arrived really quickly and in time for a 3 hour car journey with our 6 year old daughter. The straps fit perfectly around the head rest posts of a VW Golf and held in place perfectly for both the journey there and back. Highly recommended.

Fits around the posts of the headrest, when pulled tight iPad sits flat to the back of the seat. Allows me to stick on a film for my little people when on long drives. Super! Love it! iPad fits very snug into the case.

Used on the back of the driver's seat to play videos on long car trips to a hyperactive 3 year old. Strong velcro fixing straps prevent tampering by children and easily accessible device allows charging in use.

Since receiving this product my daughter has used it to greatly on long car journeys and also avoids the iPad shaking which has in the past led to her feeling a bit unwell!!

If you want something that looks good, easy to apply then this is it. Fits perfectly. Looks good with ipad. Dont think you can go wrong with a Griffin tbh.
