I have two of these cases. The case comes in two parts, the first is the front part and the second piece clips on to the front part. Putting these two parts together can be tricky as they are sealed with a rubber peice which gives it a really protective quality as it stops any dust from possibly getting inside. All openings are fully protected in this way, the headphone jack, the lighting plug and even the little mute button. All are fully accessible but covered with protective rubberised flaps.The case is really sturdy, made from a strong flexible plastic, even if a little heavy but does an excellent job of protecting your iPad Mini. The design is really nice and even the box it came it looks really smart.It is very tricky to get the case on and off quickly, if this is something you'll be doing often and in a hurry I would not recommend the supcase.The big flaw of the case is the front part which comes with a built in screen protector, this protector is awful. It doesnt fit on the screen properly and is not of good quality. The solution here is to simply rip it off and throw it away then fit your own high quality protector, in my case I fitted a JEtech tempered glass screen protector which along with this case do an amazing job of protecting my iPad Minis (yes I have two), each time I have ripped the included screen protector from the front of the case and fitted the JEtech protector which I have had to order at an additional cost.If the Supcase had come with its own high quality tempered screen protector it would have easily been the best case I had ever seen and used. If you are prepared to buy an additional screen protector by all means go for it if not then you will be disappointed by the included protector which really lets this case down. For this reason I have given it only a 4 star rating.

2016Let me just say this case is worth the money very slim and does the job. Only reason I'm giving this a solid 4/5 is because it took me 15 minutes to install the case with force thought I was going to break the case or crack the screen but after I got it on I have no need to take it off now.2020Update I’m still using this case about 4 years later with hardly any problems tho the built in screen protector should definitely be removed as it’s very reflective and has really annoying oily effect to it. I decided to get an upgrade to the IPad Pro 11” 2020 which I highly recommend. I decided to hand the iPad down to my dad in which he’s never used an iPad before so something like this is idealfor him all in all the case has never broke so deffo worth the money considering it’s been dropped a good few times now.

I bought these for my boys (aged 4 & 6) iPads.Fitting was a bit tight but once on the iPads are very well protected.I love that it protects the entire pad from bumps & scratches. My youngest recently dropped his pad from the top of the stairs - I feared the worst as it bounced down the steps but when it finally came to a rest at the bottom the pad & case were in perfect condition.I've got a Lifeproof case on my iPad which cost me around £50 & although these ones aren't waterproof, they offer similar protection for a fraction of the cost.Would highly recommend as for very reasonably priced iPad protection!

Absolutely brilliant case. I have no idea why anybody would rate this badly. The back does NOT cover the camera as somebody pointed out, so I can only assume they bought the wrong product. Fault of theirs not the seller ! It's not cheap or clunky. If you want to retain the slim nature of an iPad then don't buy one these. Just grab a smart case/cover. This is one of those hard wearing, hard to break ones. If somebody's screen shattered then it was because you threw it, not dropped it. This will prevent damage if you drop, not throw it like a cricket ball.

Simply the best range of cases on the market. Low profile, takes a good bit of punishment. Had my original one for a year and a bit on my work iPad mini and it’s only just got scratched up enough to warranty a replacement. The iPad is as-new under the case and it’s only the screen protector that has really suffered. From being used everyday in a work environment (heating engineer), this case has been thrown in my tool bag at least 5 times a day without much care, dropped down stairs and knocked off of worktops. Cannot fault this range of cases. Perfect.

This case was fantastic, I bought 2 (this one and one for iPad Air 2) and they protected my kids iPad's so well. They lasted over 16 months before they broke due to a lot of use, drops etc...I used to clean mine in the dishwasher (top shelf) as my kids were 4/5 at the time and it got covered in food and sticky sweets. The inside is felt lined but I took a hair dryer to it and it dried in quick time - good as new.Good value for money, wish there was a 2 year guarantee like with Otterbox but never mind ( I guess I will have to buy a new one :-) ).

Very very good product.You will definitely need/like it.Fully protects iPad Mini ,- unfortunately I have dropped down mine 3 times while I was lying in a rest bed.When it gets the concrete on the edges ,-the glass cracks right away.Luckily I had insurance,- I could save money if I would have this from the very beginning.Since I've purchased my iPad Mini 2 years has gone Im having iPad Air now, the guy to whom I sold it still has it,- and resold it ,- for some reason I have seen it on the other day,- still it was in a mint condition.

I've only had the case for a few days, but so far so good! It does seam to give all around protection, but I'm not keen to try just to prove the point. I only gripe thus far would be how difficult it actually was to put on the iPad, so be warned it is a snug, & fidgety job. So word of warning, ensure you have a clean scream before attempting, because the last thing you wanna do is take the case off to remove the speck under the case, after you've spent 10 minutes trying to put it on. On a whole I'm quite pleased with it.

Having had the utter misery and cost of a dropped iPad Mini...with resultant £150 cost to replace (Apple do not repair these..beware) I found these online and bought two. They do increase the thickness and weight of the iPad...BUT it feels really safe and sturdy... and is held very snugly. I'm not going to go and drop test one deliberately but it does give a great feeling of security. I recommend watching the Youtube Video on how to fit as it is somewhat of a test! Overall very impressed.

I love this, it keeps my iPad enclosed with no need for a case or screen protector, but I don't tend to prop my iPad up on any of the stand cases, which is why this is perfect for me. If you require a stand, this doesn't have one so won't suit your needs. I love that it is neatly enclosed, but it was difficult to put on at first as the clips need pressed really hard. Once it was on though, I felt is was very secure and my iPad is very safe from bumps and scratches.

So far so good. Bought this to protect my Son's iPad mini at Christmas, and so far it's still in one piece!The built in screen protector means the chocolate and gravy stains aren't actually getting to the glass of the devices, and the substantial plastic surround should hopefully prevent smashes from drops.Definitely a good case for anyone who's not going to be super careful with their device.

my otterbox defender didn't even fit properly, the built in screen protector was too tight up against the screen leaving bubbles, and the connection of the two pieces had cracked. Whereas the sup case fits perfectly, it's easy to install, no problems with the screen protector, and it's a lot cheaper! Also the postage was very quick and was delivered within 2 days of ordering.5/5.

Brilliant case. My son has now dropped his iPad many times with this cover on it, and it is absolutely fine. Cover comes with a built in screen cover. All fits very snugly and is easy to put on. All ports accessible. I have one of these on my iPad Air for work. They are very protective, but do not make the iPads feel as bulky as many other protective cases do. Highly recommended.

Great quality, fits the iPad really well.Has a built in screen protector to stop your screen from being scratched-This is unfortunately not very hard and does pick up scratches with hard use, however if you actually take care of your iPad this will not be a problem for you.Has taken a few drops and knocks and both the iPad and case have come off unscathed

No, wait, deader than Syrio (TBC).These cases have Hodor-like construction, able to withstand much punishment, though not necessarily from the army of the undead - I haven't tested that.
