The mechanism used to turn the device, which is plastic, has been (crushed) broken into several pieces when we got it. I would say the packaging could do with being better. It appears to have come from Germany just in one of those cardboard Amazon envelopes.I had ordered one previously, which I am pleased with, and that one arrived OK - so we're ordering another in the hope it will arrive intact.Maybe it's a bit of a lottery.
