I read mixed reviews on this case but it seemed to me they were mostly because this cover did not work well as a stand. I did not want a stand, I only wanted a neat cover for my Galaxy Note tablet so I decided to take the chance. All these sorts of covers are fairly expensive so I was not disappointed in terms of price, it was what I expected and as for the cover, it is great. It is really neat and fits the Galaxy Note perfectly as it should. The back is more solid and the front cover more flexible but does exactly what I wanted it for. I wanted to protect the screen when I lay it down somewhere and as my tablet is white, I went for the white cover. I really love it,

I was really cautious about buying this product after reading the bad reviews it had previously had, however decided to go for it anyways as I really wanted the case for ages!It arrived and works perfectly, turns the screen on and off when I open and close it. It fitted really easily when I first put it on. It also told me that it would arrive by the Tuesday however it actually came on the Friday before which I wasnt expecting! Stands up fine when on the lower level, however a little more awkward trying to get it to stand on the higher level; I have seemed to work out how to do it now and feel it'll work better when the case has been used a bit and become a bit more flexible in the joints/folds.Dont let the other reviews put you off...

From a look and feel perspectiv, I can't complain about this product it is as good a cover as you can get, except for the magnetically connected surface cover that doubles as a keyboard.The note slots nicely into place and looks pretty slick. However, when opened the steeper viewing position is not very stable.My other gripe is that I use my note in portrait mode a lot, taking notes but I can't elevate it with this cover. However, this was expected.So all in all a great product slick cover, albeit a little pricey and not great for elevating the note 8.

I first bought a Cheap case for my note which was OK but it was to big and bulky which ruined the overall look of the tablet so I purchased the book cover its worth the extra money its great quality and the tablet fits in perfect it keeps the tablet looking nice and thin and even adds to the overall look of the tablet people moan about the price but a official ipad mini smart cover costs the same and they don't even cover the back of the tablet this is a bit pricey but its a good looking quality case which is worth the money I'm very happy with it

It's as thin as can be and lightweight too which is what I wanted from it. I read complains about the front cover not resting perfectly flat on the screen once you have used it as a stand. While that is true, it's the price you pay for having a non bulky case.I have no issues with this. If I want the front cover to be flat I just leave the tablet laying face down with the cover closed for a little and it gets its shape back.Also with an official samsung product you have no worry that it won't fit properly.

As others have noted, the magnet on this item is not strong enough and so the degree of protection the cover affords is limited - if you drop the Note 8 the cover will certainly open leaving the tablet vulnerable. That said it does provide some protection and the slimline design and low weight is convenient. At the price of £10:50 this is worth a punt - had I paid full price last year though I'd have been very disappointed.

Perfect! I used to buy some cheap cases for all my tech devices. This time, I choose to invest a little more for my galaxy note, and I'm very satisfied.This cover feets really well. The top didn't close by clicking or something like that, but it works fine in a magnetic way.It is also really protective, including on the edges (frequently the cheapest covers didn't protect the edges properly)I truly recommend! :)

This is the one to buy. Great piece of product design that adds to the Samsung Note! The rear replicates that of the tablet, with logo and faux stitching details. The folding front cover discretely incorporates logo and is adjustable for, say, small presentations. At £30 its a little pricey, but you could go for a cheaper alternative which takes away the slick design of the Samsung Note. The choice is yours!!

I've bought a number of cases for Samsung devices over the years and have been met with bitter disappointment (see other reviews) so I usually stick to the official stuff, which I'm glad I did in this case. I paid 20 pound for it and it protects the device very well, I'd be happy (well not really) to drop it on the floor while it's in this case. It's also pitted which adds to the grip. All in all very good.

Love the colour of this case - lime green. It's designed especially for the Galaxy Note 8 and comes with cut-outs for the various buttons and s-pen. Fits very well and although the magnets aren't very strong, it does hold the cover in place if it's on a flat surface. I'm very pleased with it. Got a good price through Amazon though I certainly wouldn't have paid the full price pf £35.00 that Samsung suggest.

Just want to say this product is well worth the price that this store is selling it at. Would of been worth it even at full price. Genuine Samsung product. Devices looks even sleeker with this cover on. Love it. Love it. Love it.Also this company is brilliant. They are quick with delivery. Have used them twice now and not been disappointed. Will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent cover for the price, slim and lightweight. When closed, puts the Samsung into sleep mode and wakes it up when opened. The only reason I didn't give that extra star is that the cover seems to get dirty slightly too easily, though I'd give the extra star if it had the facility to prop up the Samsung unsupported. Four & half stars perhaps?

Loved this case! I've had a few but this is slim and slick. It is a genuine Samsung product and looks very classy in Dark Gray. I marked it 4 Star as it only seems to stand on the landscape edge (long edge) on a low profile so it half an inch off the table top. I'd like it to stand up higher. Will buy another one in another colour.

Although the front cover is quite thin it does offer protection to my Samsung Note. The cover does not add much bulkiness to the tablet and is much better than the previous cover,(not a Samsung), which lasted less than a year before it split and the magnet catch fell out! By the way the price for both covers was very simular.

This is a nice fit and loosks good on the Note.However the magnets are a bit of an issue, and don't really seem to be strong enough. This means the case opens, the screen wakes up, and this wastes battery.For travelling / out and about i'll probably pick up a cheap zipped case.
